I love this place. They have wonderful products and very nice staff especially Genei. She is so accomodating and hands on when dealing with us. She explain the products thoroughly. I will always come back to this place. read more

I've always loved Lush! I've been to many locations, but this visit was the best. The associates were so sweet! Helena helped me find my perfect skin product. She was so patient as she sat with me and sampled the products on my skin! I swear she's a Lush encyclopedia. She knows everything about everything in that store! Good employees like her make a potentially overwhelming/intimidating selection easy to navigate! read more

I'm a little late on this review but I came here Sunday night and it was my first Lush shopping trip. After Sunday's experience, it definitely won't be my last one! I was greeted by a friendly worker who brought me a basket and showed me around. She gave me the rundown on the products and showed me some really great stuff. Her recommendations on the shower and face stuff were great. I can't remember her name, but she was in the night shift had dark hair and dark lipstick. Loved her. Then I go to the cash register ready to check out with all my new beauties. The lady at the register was the store manager I assume, cause she was very sweet and knowledgable about the products. Her name was Michele. Thank you for everything that night, Michele and the Lush Crew! I love all of my products and can't wait to come back for more :) read more

Very helpful, very nice and genuine! Simple as that. I love great customer service. We were welcomed immediately and given exceptional service with a great smile from the gentleman working on 8/2/2019. I would love to return to this location for assistance! read more

This is one of my favorite stores! I love their products, my daughter loves their bath bombs. The products smell amazing and work! I love the the oatifix face mask!! I want to lick it off my face it smells SO GOOD, sympathy for the skin is my go to body lotion! Although I use a lot of their different body lotions! The honey lip scrub and honey lip gloss are my must haves also!! The staff is always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their products! read more

I was a first time buyer so I walked in clueless! Right away a worker comes to me asking if I'm finding everything okay I told her I'm a newbie she was the best! Sweet helpful and just overall a great help. I told her I was finally getting my 3 year old a real bath bomb I normally just grab some at target but they are nothing compared to these. Everything is natural witch I love, it was safe for my baby to use and she has eczema so she breaks out very easy I have to be very cautious with what I use with her or she gets breakouts. They smell amazing at that! Everything about these are just wonderful and the workers that helped me were great. I'll definitely be back for more read more

My first time ever at a Lush store and got overwhelmed by how many different products were available. I was greeted by a staff member and loved that he told me background info about the company and how products were made. He did some product demo with the sea salt scrub and other soaps/washes. I came to the store only just to look around but the customer service was excellent that I really wanted to try one of their products. I bought a facial bar soap since I'm running out of the one I normally use. After one use I noticed how my face doesn't feel dry compared to my previous facial cleanser. I would definitely come back to the store once I run out of this facial bar and maybe try one of their cool bath bombs! read more

So I went in here blind never been into one before But my girlfriend kept talking about bath bombs come to find out this is the place to buy them. It was pretty busy in there so I asked for some help and was kindly greeted by Brittney she showed me around and recommended products and was very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that. I will for sure be coming back here plus it smells very good in there. Thanks Brittney! read more

This store is amazing. I've used the products for years. My favorite was the African Paradise skin conditioner. But now, I was blown away by a product called 93,000 miles; it relieves sore muscles. I used it for the 1st time this morning, right from the freezer. My aching body was left tingling. I'm so grateful for the customer service that I received Sunday, June 5th 2016. The ladies working that day deserve a bonus and I wish I could remember the name of the ladies that helped me. I'll be back! El read more

I made my second trip here tonight and both times the customer service I've received has been amazing. I wish I knew the names of the two employees who helped me last time, but this time Lupe was a huge help! She guided me exactly to where I needed to be, and even let my sons try some soap out. I ended up with much more than I had planned on getting, but I love every item. I'm definitely going to keep returning to this store. read more

My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday with a small group of her friends at the store prior to opening. The staff were exceedingly kind and attentive. The girls had great fun making bath bombs and applying face masks. Every parent had lovely compliments about the choice of venue and how we should come back for the evening adult version of the party. Thank you LUSH! read more

Everything is great, well organized love the products, I think they need more employees on the floor I waited for a while for a face mask

My visit was Monday January 25, 2016 at about 2 PM. I was greeted upon walking in... I don't always reply to an associate when then greet me - so she politely greeted me AGAIN! It was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and knew everything about anything !!! Explaining everything in DETAIL Helped me all around the store but she gave me my space. I highly recommend the face masks.... And please don't forget the bath bombs. Can't wait to go back !!! read more

Very disappointed that on Sunday they close at 5 pm while so many people were out. Had to go to Sephora they were open.

So, my toddler lost his shit today in the store! I mean, I couldn't even focus on what was happening in real life because he was freaking out so bad. Life stopped for what seemed like the longest 3 minutes of my life. The associates in the store were FANTASTIC! That whole scene did not phase them one bit. The manager made my boy feel better, gave him tons of stickers and lots of attention. This from a cosmetic store is above and beyond what is required. When my dude is happy, momma is happy. I walked out with a mask, a wash, and a bubble bar. All recommend by associates, as I was clueless of what to purchase. Will definitely be back...BY MY SELF! read more

I absolutely love this place. My manager and I went there today and everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Especially James and the blonde hair lady I didn't get her name. He knew all about the products which was very impressive. My daughters will love there bath bombs! Will be shopping here again! read more

Been using Lush since it was only available in Canada. Always get great customer service with these amazing sustainable products. Very happy to finally have a Lush store in my back yard. The team at Rancho is knowledgable, patient, and always has a good tip or trick to share - as well as time to demo a product. From Rehab on my head to Fair Trade on my toes, I'm a Lushie for life! read more

I am excited that there is a Lush location less than 20 miles away from me! Vanessa was the sales/customer service associate who assisted me today. Wow, she knows her stuff! She asked me to take a seat so that I could try out some product. Woo Hoo. I picked up my favorites - Ocean Salt Scrub, Angels on Bare Skin and Lemon Flutter. Also, I try their new "Rough with the Smooth" exfoliating bar. Thanks, Lush - Victoria Gardens. Like Arnold says, "I'll be back!" read more

The products here are so pricey but worth it! I love almost everything I've ever tried. The associates in this store are super friendly and I love how knowledgeable they are. Lush is the one place in the mall I have to take friends to if they've never been. If you are even remotely interested in organic or all natural products that WORK, come here! Everything is handmade and smells so yummy, you could eat it. Everything from hair to nails to skin to makeup is here. I will never buy shampoo anywhere else ever again. I have been to this location four times now and their customer service is truly incomparable. The employees all greet you and have a big smile on their face! Some of them have started to recognize me too :) All of the employees are very knowledgable on the products; they know the contents, uses, and benefits of everything. Whatever you are looking for, they can find! I always stop in here whenever I get the chance! And the boy with purple/gray hair is THE BEST, so sweet! Don't miss this store. read more

Visited this Lush location today and was pleasantly surprised! We generally travel to several San Diego locations but due to the rain we stayed local! We were helped by Nancy and she exceeded our expectations in regards to customer service. She went above and beyond to help us complete our purchases & also supported lush as a whole rather than only the Victoria gardens location she let us know about the fashion island expansion but also told us the days that the masks we like are restocked. Thanks for brightening our gloomy day Nancy! I love my rainbow by the way it's awesome! read more

My first time at Lush and can I say all the employees acknowledged me and were very kind. Some of the best service, and happy faces! I went last night because I had to try the shampoo bar. Well I came straight home and tried it out. I'm hooked, I don't know what kind of sorcery they're using, but I like it. I highly suggest trying it out. Make sure you get the little tin that goes with it. I suggest the square one so it's easier to get out read more

I love this store. Natural ingredients, and a product for every inch of your body. At first the store is very overwhelming, but don't let that scare you. The lush crew is very knowledgeable. They can narrow it down to exactly what your looking for. CHRIS has been a favorite of mine. He remembers my favorite products and guides me to new products that I never would have given a chance to! I leave there every time excited to try my new finds! THANK YOU CHRIS. MVP! read more

Lupe is so amazing! I have been having a lot of sensitivity problems with my face all of a sudden. I went in with some items i purchased that now bothered my face, returned them, told Lupe why they bothered my face, and she totally helped me out. I told her my issues and she jumped right in. She told me exactly what to use and how to use it from start to finish with my skin regimen. And said, "so which product do you think you'd like?" I said, "all of it" lol. I was so in love with all the products and my returns allowed it. And her demonstration and explanations of everything was so good, i just wanted to take everything home right away and try them all. I really did have the best experience at Lush with Lupe! Will definitely only go back when she's there!!! You should do the same! For real though! read more

I've been a big fan of Lush for around 7 years, but this location actually compelled me to write my first Yelp review! Not only do you get fantastic product, but also fantastic customer service. I do not recall the lady's name who assisted me, which is unfortunate because she totally deserves recognition, but she was superbly helpful. I'm generally really indecisive in this store because there's so much great stuff to try, but the aforementioned employee was really patient, and helped me find a couple of items that suited each of my needs, and gave me a TON of samples for the ones I couldn't make final decisions on without making me feel like a poo for getting so many samples, which I end up feeling a lot like when I sample product. I had to return a product that wasn't working out for me on top of my purchases, but she made checkout a breeze. Overall a very seamless, memorably pleasant experience, and I will definitely come back to this location! read more

I walked in there and had some of there ice cream samples, I think it was expired. Never going back

Last Tuesday I finally bit the bullet and bought a few bath bombs. I've never been inside the store, but any time I pass by LUSH I always look at their window display. The female associate was extremely friendly, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, and described the difference in each bath bomb, some of the different ingredients, and her recommendations. The male associate even showed a sample in water. Ended up buying two, and have just used them. WOW, they felt great! Never used a bath bomb before, but the water looked like a deep ocean! Once in, the water felt like coco butter, skin was super soft, and a nice subtle fragrance. Really impressed with service and product. read more

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I had never been here before and the super sweet girl helping me was telling me all about the products and showing me so much stuff. I ended up getting a few bubblers and they are so fun for my kids! She even gave my daughter a shower jelly to try and a free bar of soap to sample. Really amazing environment and highly recommend the bubblers! Just a little piece fills the tub with bubbles. read more

Just left this place. There was only my husband and I and another couple in the store and there were 4 employees. An associate was happy to help the other couple yet NOBODY has asked if my husband and I needed help, nor greeted. I've been to plenty of lush and this one has horrible service. The person who rang me up asked if I found everything ok, well maybe you'd know if u asked me if I needed help. I just had to find my own things while associates stood there and talked. read more

I love the Lush bath bombs. But the workers weren't very knowledgeable about the products at this location. You'll love the way your body feels after a bath. You will get addicted to the bath bombs. They have tons to pick from and some for the kids too. And some smell so good and the smell last for days. read more

Thank you Alejandro! He took his time on showing us moisturizers, masks and even demonstrated some for us. Ended up buying them all

I came in here for the first time on a pretty slow Wednesday morning. The store is very nicely laid out, very bright and clean, and easy to shop. The customer service was great too! I was welcomed in and once I indicated I had never been to a Lush before one of the employees showed me around and gave me a quick run down on the various products, then gave me a more detailed breakdown on something I was interested in and demoed it for me in the large sinks. Afterwards no pressure and no hovering they left me to shop and look around at my leisure. I liked it so much I've already been back once and I'm pretty sure I'll be in regularly. read more

I wanted to buy everything when I went in. It's so beautifully organized and the products are astounding. You can even get a small sample if your hesitant on buying the product. Chloe, the woman who helped me out, was kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. I definitely have to go back! read more

Worst Lush store I have ever been in and I have been to many of them. The people working there are extremely rude and unprofessional. The girl that checked us out was unhelpful and just tossed everything in one bag. Overall, worst experience I have ever had in my 5 years of shopping at Lush. Update: just got home to find that because they didn't bother to wrap any of the bath bombs and bubble bars, or even bag them separate from the lotions, we have a ton of damaged stuff. The worst is the Star Dust bath bomb that I got, there are huge chunks of it missing from getting banged up against other stuff. This wouldn't have been an issue if they were smart and wrapped the stuff up in the soap paper like the wonderful girls at the Anaheim store did. read more
