EXCEPTIONAL service, AWESOME products!!! I go to the Lone Tree location all the time since I use their products on a regular basis. I use Karma body cream, Karma perfume, Karma soap (my boyfriend loves Karma and I have gotten SO MANY random compliments from men about how good I smell LOL), Coal face wash, toner, face moisturizer, hand moisturizer and TONS of bath bombs. I've kind of become obsessed, it's not hard to do. The service there is amazing, always someone available to help and everyone is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the products. Maybe this is why they work so well for my skin type (this is the only face wash I have EVER found... and yes, I've tried pro-active... that is good for my skin). Be forewarned, due to the excellent/knowledgeable staff and wide array of products you'll probably end up spending way more than you intended to there. I do every time. :/ BUT it is worth it. Do not buy products from here! Many of their products contain parabens (look for methyl-paraben, proylparaben, benzlparaben or butylparaben in the ingredients list). Parabens are taken up and stored in the bodies tissues and are known to have horomone disrupting effects. Additionally, I wasn't able to find a single product that didn't have have "FRAGRANCE" in the ingredients list. That is their way of hiding harmful chemicals in their products. Notice that its not colored green or annotated as being associated with essential oils? That's because they are hiding harmful synthetics under that term "FRAGRANCE". The sales associates (even customer service from Lush headquarters) will try to persuade you that these ingredients are safe and that there's just a little bit in the products. But a "little bit" stacked over 10-15 products that you use every day adds up! They do have a clever (and deceitful) marketing mechanism by promoting no animal testing and that their cosmetics are "fresh". This distracts customers from the fact their products actually contain many harmful ingredients. Please educate yourself on these ingredients and buy products without them for your own health and the health of your loved ones! read more

I love Lush to death don't get me wrong, and this store does have a good selection. The reasoning for my one star review is because of the employees. I was in a few days ago and I did not get one minute to myself to shop. They must've tried pushing at least 20 products on me in the short time I was there. I understand up selling, but they were relentless. I politely said i did not mean to be rude but i would prefer to just browse but that didnt stop the harassmemt. It was very irritating and I will not be back to this location, I'll order online or go to cherry creek. read more

We just had a birthday party for 7 - 10 year olds and they were fantastic! There was so much energy and excitement and they made the girls feel special and wonderful they entire time. My daughter felt really special and all of the girls obviously had a great time. None of the girls had had done anything like this before but it was right up their alley. They got to touch and try (and smell) all of the products and the staff explained how everything worked, how it was made, and some of the background of each of the products. They got to play with the gels, explode a bath bomb and play with the bubble bath soaps. The girls each got a facial, made a bath bomb, and made a shape with the moldable soap to take home. Then each girl got to shop with gift cards and the team helped the girls select good products for her skin. (The cost of the party was put on gift cards for each of the girls to use on her shopping spree). Finally, they dimmed the lights for Happy Birthday. It was perfect, although my daughter was a little sad that it was all over. I can't say enough great things about it! Thanks again! read more

This seems overwhelming when you walk in but the staff is amazing - knowledgeable and patient, willing to walk you through the ingredients, how each product works, and what fits your needs. The Lush in Park Meadows is absolutely amazing because of their variety of soaps and shampoos they carry. Because of their fine quality products, I have seen many, many different changes in my hair and makeup. I am currently a heavily user of the "Cynthia Stout" beer shampoo, and their "American Cream" hair conditioner! It makes wonders to my hair! However, I also purchased the the Brazilian orange hair soap circle, the "Roots" hair treatment will go greatly before you shower. I absolutely enjoy their "Yog Nog" Bath ball, and their variety of sweet smelling soaps. The associates are very friendly, however a little over attentive. I hope the visits are as more satisfying as they have been. Thank you Lush! read more

Love Love Love Lush! I do suggest going on a week day if you want the BEST customer service. It is always packed on the weekends and harder to get help when there is wall to wall people in the store! Anyway, the staff is always really friendly, quick to offer demos of different products, which is nice if you are not quite sure what you want, and the products are to die for! Like the location at the Cherry Creek Mall, this Lush store has a great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was sad to discover that my favorite Buche de Noel facial cleanser was seasonal (and therefore out of stock), but one of the associates was very helpful in my search for suitable alternative. I ended up purchasing a small tub of their Angels on Bare Skin, which is sadly not the same but still as luscious! read more

I am absolutely in love with Lush products. I go here every week. That being said I do hesitate to come here just because of the harassment I receive when I walk in. The Sales associates constantly push products in my face and when I tell them that I have already tried everything and that I would like to just look they bring another product to me. I would rather go to the cherry creek location just because they let me shop in peace but it's a little too far. I just want to buy a few bath bombs let me be! read more

Ahhhh, I do love the Lush store in Park Meadows!! I usually go in knowing what I want. I don't buy based off suggestions from the girls in the stores- except for the fresh face masks some times. They are more than willing to make a sample of something if you wanna try too! read more

Love the products and the people here. It is a little pricey, but I know my money is going to a company that cares about its employees and the products it supplies. I love lush!!! I have been using their products for over a year and honestly wouldnt use anything else. The natural ingredients and delicious smells are super amazing! The only reason I am not giving this location 5 stars is because staff at this store usually only talk to customers that look like they have lots of money. I have had it happen several times where I spend over a $100 with no one helping me, but the customer they did help, that they thought would spend tons of money walks out with nothing. read more

I've used Lush products for over 10 years. Because I live nowhere near an actual store, it's all been mail order, except for one trip to a store in San Francisco (it was terrific!) I was excited to see that Park Meadows had a store when I was visiting the Denver area a few months back. Needless to say, I love Lush's products and am pretty familiar with them. It was a bit of a disappointment. The sales staff was AGGRESSIVE. I'll admit that I'm an indecisive shopper and I need time to think. If anyone reading this is also that sort of shopper, good luck at this store. The staff was on me as soon as I walked in, and as soon as I'd told one that I just needed some time to think, another would materialize in a matter of seconds. Even with my hands full of three gift boxes, I was still getting approached. It was aggravating, and I think I lost my temper with the last sales person, because I said, in what I hope was an even tone, "You know, I'm actually doing fine, and I'd like to be left alone." After spending close to $200 and leaving the store, I realized about an hour later that one of the gift boxes was the wrong one. The thought of going back in there made me cringe, but I bit the bullet and went back. I explained to the girl at the register that I'd bought the wrong box and wanted to exchange it for a different one, and she replied, "But you just bought this one!" Yeah, I knew that, genius! The exchange process was relatively painless, except for the trip back past the vulture-esque salespeople to get the gift box I'd meant to get. I know they probably have sales goals. I know they probably have customers who aren't familiar with their products. They are definitely enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but their aggressiveness was very off-putting to me. Lush has fantastic products; I have too many favorites to list. As far as shopping goes, I'll be sticking to mail order, unless by some magic I find myself at a San Francisco location again. read more

I avoided going in there because I knew once I did, I would be hooked. I couldn't avoid Lush anymore after hearing about their Shampoo bars. The intrigue and uniqueness of the products alone was enough to get me in there. After doing some research I made my way to Lush and it was love at first sight. I was ready to spend some big bucks here. Got hit up right as we walked in the door, which I expected and okay. However, I misjudged a display sample set up and spilled some product. I apologized over and over and helped clean the mess. The sales person DID NOT talk to us again and spent the rest of the time while we were in the store folding washcloths!!! The absolute best example of outstanding customer service I've experienced in years. I bought a $50 gift card for my daughter for Christmas. We went in today around noon, picked out her purchases, but when we tried to redeem card, it showed that it had never been properly activated. At first it seemed the only resolution was to hold off using it and to bring in my credit card statement at a later date to prove I had purchased card, but the two sales people who were helping us didn't want to give up, instead contacted some other department by phone and found that it was a defective card. All was resolved, card got activated, and we were on our happy way. read more

Called about a miscommunication with a product (face masks/scrub needing to be refrigerated) and was talked down to like a bigot ("Well if you look at the container it says it needs to be refrigerated. Thanks for the feedback though") No apology. No thoughts on a solution or a refund. When I called the Cherry Creek Lush location on the other hand, I was INSTANTLY treated with empathy and respect. Girl on the phone told me to come in any time over the weekend to get a fresh replacement free of charge and was given an apology, and even offered to put the products on hold for me. THAT is how a customer should be treated. And quite frankly, someone should have mentioned the scrubs needed to be refrigerated from the get go! Or at the register! Or both! As a loyal customer that LOVES lush, I am very disappointed to see that a location has hired someone that would talk to a customer the way I was spoken to this morning. So, the Cherry Creek Lush location gets five stars from me, and all of my business from here... Park meadows on the other hand... leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
