Smells soooooo good in here! I wasn't greeted when I walked in which was really disappointing!!! Over priced soap items but they sure do smell good!

I have taken on a whole new approach with self-care during the pandemic. I have always been a fan of Lush products mainly because it is vegan and cruelty-free. Their scents and quality built and packaged in their products have made a Lush believer out of me! My skin is normal and clear with an oily t-zone. Though, now that I think about it, my t-zone has not been oily since using Herbalism. I use this cleanser daily and nightly for my face. It has helped to prevent any blemish breakouts with chamomile and rosemary ingredients. Following that cleanse, I use a facial moisturizer, Cosmetic Lad. It's light and smooth with a Fruity Pebbles-like scent. Body moisturizers such as Charity Pot is my saving grace, as it leaves such a bright, dewy glow to my skin. Not to mention, it has such an amazing scent to it. Less of a dewy glow, Dream Cream can be your next best bet with creamy textures. Pansy is another one of my fave body lotions, feeling like half Charity Pot and half Dream Cream combined. Fizzy bath bombs and bath oils come in colorful designs and aromatic scents. It has made a bath bomb fanatic out of me and that's coming from a person who is not a "bubble bath" enthusiast. For shower routines, the skin moisturizing soap bars leave me smelling my best! I absolutely cannot break away from their natural cut ingredients like rose oils or dried fruits. Peppermint foot cream is part of my post shower routine. A pink, minty, cooling lotion helps to seal in moisture on the heels of my feet. There's even sections for the hair, beard, and lip cares. During this pandemic, Lush asks you to wash your hands with their small soap samples, prior to shopping. If you need to try a product, be sure to check with an associate first. Their limited store capacity is taken into account for safety of employees and customers.

Absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in the aroma just hits you in the face. All of the products are unique and can't be found in other stores. I can really tell that the CEO of the company works hard to make sure the employees provide great customer service. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a well informed employee who seeks to make your experience the best. They also give samples!!!! Thanks for providing great service!

Lots of quality made products here, it smells so wonderful and yummy inside. They also offer free "demos" whenever the staff has time for it and will show you how the bath bombs will look like and dissolve into water.

Darling little shop with super cute gift items or just buy a gift for yourself. Everything looks too perfectly displayed to touch. Colors are so vibrant, they draw you into the store with the beautiful fragrant scents. The staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Yes, items are pricy, but I believe they are worth the extra dollars especially when you get a quality product in return.

    Bath bombs... yesssss!

Always a favorite of mine. I was officially out of bath bombs so I had to stop in. There are a few new scents I was dying to try and they had just started putting out Christmas stuff.

BIG Shampoo and sea spray is the best tbh

I LOVE LUSH WOW. This location is amazing everyone is so nice and helpful and really help you to find the right product for your skin/hair type. I would recommend trying to get something new every time you go because all of their products are phenomenal! My favorites are BIG sea salt shampoo and all of their bath bombs are great! But I would also give their face masks and soaps a try because they are great too!

Love coming home a setting up my Lush products!

I get so ecstatic going into Lush! Their products are wonderful and smell absolutely amazing. Their bath balls make your skin feel so silky. I highly recommend the dragon ball and the charity pot lotion. These two are my favorites! Also their customer service is phenomenal, this place is always busy but somebody will make sure to get to you! Love me some Lush!

    Haul from my latest trip!

The staff was very helpful, and my colorist was extremely kind--despite being pregnant, she was full of energy. There are a one small details that should be corrected. For example, when you ask for a blow-dry, Luz seems hesitant to ask who her client is. There should be a board or some kind of system to notify the stylists who the client is. Other than that, Luz did an awesome job with my hair, and I will definitely come back again.

The cut itself was acceptable, so I scheduled a roller-set service with the same stylist the following week. Prior to the appointment, I specifically asked the stylist whether she knew how to use tension rollers. She confirmed that she did, though she noted that I would need to bring my own rollers, pins, and setting lotion. However, midway through the appointment it became clear that she did not know how to perform the service. Even after I provided a demonstration video, she was unable to execute the technique. At that point, I was exhausted, disappointed, and disheartened. Compounding the issue, I had already been upcharged because my hair was described as having "texture"--despite being a combination of 3C and 3A. When I decided to pivot and simply have my hair blow-dried, flat-ironed, and curled, I was informed that curling would incur an additional fee because of my "textured" hair. I found this troubling, as I felt misled, targeted, and ultimately penalized for my natural hair type. When I asked whether every client with curly hair received this additional charge, the stylist said no--only those with "textured hair." Yet when I asked for a clear definition of "textured," her explanation was inconsistent and vague. The implication was unmistakable: the pricing structure appeared less about curl pattern and more about race. Ulta, whether intentional or not, the policy as it was explained to me functioned as a "Black tax." It is unacceptable, and for that reason, I will not return. Plus my hair looked like I had not been to the salon a few hours later.

This was my first time visiting this store and was quite impressed by their products. A lady named Debbie helped me and was very thorough discussing their product lines with me. Everything is suppose to be made with natural ingredients. She informed me about their anti aging products, body care, face care, and hair products. I was informed that their products including the hair care products are highly concentated and that you don't need to use much. I believe they carry other products also. For my first visit the info on the above products was plenty of info to take in since she went into detail. I receive some free samples and actually spent quite a bit of time checking out the vast variety of product line. They have boutiques worldwide and even have an I phone app if you want to download them. The products are from Provence. If you're at Market Street in The Woodlands stop by for an informative free discussion for your face and body care. Product prices are moderate to pricey. I've tried the samples for the anti aging skin care and actually liked them but I haven't purchased anything in quantity yet because I'm using up my other brand stuff first. That's why I am giving a 4 star at this time.

I usually visit about twice a year for miscellaneous nail files, pedicure products or hair treatments for use in between my salon appts. I leave my pedicure and hair highlites to the professionals. This particular visit I was unable to visit my hair highlite stylist so she suggested Sally's. She told me to stay away from the hair coloring/highlite products from the drug stores. So I ventured off to Sally's. A nice helpful lady hooked me up with the products I needed. I seem to always have helpful staff at this store unless the checkout line is too long. I appreciate the help since my visits are infrequent and I don't know the best miscellaneous products or where they are in the store. There seems to be a couple thousand products and I just want what I need. I save my looking down the aisles for grocery stores! So Sally's seems to have a couple thousand products for your hair including all kinds of quality hair dyes and developers. Speialty hair condioners, ionic blow dryers, higher quality curling irons, hair pieces, all kids of nail products and pedicure products of a higher grade than Walmart, Target or drug stores. So remember with their higher end products and pretty good customer service knowledge, you should leave with the right Diy products :)! Store aisles are narrow and long. Have to wear a mask currently. Prices are reasonable. Huge free parking lot. If you are adventurous you can even get hair color products to create multiple pastel colors for yourself :)!
