Thank you Leah and Meghan for excellent service! This place is great! It smells so nice. You can all sorts of products. The perfect place to go to feel pampered and special. There's a lot of parking because you're at a huge mall. Highly recommend this place! read more

See all

I've been to this one and to the one in Albany. They're both pretty sweet. Soap that looks and smells so good that you want to eat it. The salespeople are helpful and maybe slightly aggressive. Aggressive isn't the right word. I just mean you walk in, they say hello, and they follow up with this is great, this is great, this is great, oh you have a beard we have beard wash, this is great. Anyways, I love these places and I probably will eat the soap one day. I want to roll around in sleepy lotion. read more

This Lush is disappointing. The other 3 I've been to in Providence, Natick, MA, and in Mohegan Sun provide better service. None of the people here have ever offered to demonstrate their products or hook me up with samples when undecided like any of the other 3. In fact this was the first I had ever been to and I was so overwhelmed that I left with nothing. Providence was my first introduction to Lush with an attentive salesperson who demonstrated tons of stuff and gave me samples. Even in Natick & Mohegan Sun, they were still attentive and demonstrative despite me obviously having shopped at Lush. Then I come back to Danbury (closest to my house until Westfarms gets one) and am completely ignored. Yes, Lush's products are awesome. The help here, not so much. The one redeeming thing is they had the kit I wanted in stock, which is sold out elsewhere and on their website. read more

Lush Cosmetics - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Danbury, Connecticut

Once you step into this Lush location, you are greeted by friendly faces and such amazing smells & scents. I have been going to this location for years, have introduced their products to friends, family and co workers who have become apart of the Lush family. This location is one of the main stores I must always visit when I head to the mall. The staff is 110% knowledgeable of all products, provides great recommendations, answers any questions you may have and they always acknowledge repeat customers. Lotions, deodorants, face scrubs, bath bombs, hair products, etc...this place has it all. Creativity and a refreshing quality is what Lush products provides for you. The creative layout of this store and all that it has to offer will not disappoint you. With Lush, washing, showering, bathing, shaving, moisturizing....this place will take you to the next level. read more

Theo and Johnathan here are awesome ! They assisted me so well and offered lots of great info . Defiantly will be coming back !!

I love lush! And this one is great, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They never hesitate to help or greet you with a smile when you walk in. Also if you're unaware how certain things work, they will show you! They even offer free samples of face masks/soaps or whatever you would like to try without purchasing beforehand. I've gotten tiny pieces of face masks that I never would have gotten if they never gave me a sample to try. read more

I am not a fan of the mall and when I am in one, I have tunnel vision. I go in, get what I need, and split. I almost walked past this place but thankfully, the bright colorful soap in the window caught my eye. I loooooove handmade soaps and almost turn into a junkie needing a hit when I run out. Lush has saved me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff that *know* what they're talking about. Not pushy or yappy at all. All of their products are handmade and I believe most items are also Vegan. I've heard good things about Lush (especially their shampoo bar) but never tried their products before. I took my sweet time sampling their soaps and making a mental note of other body products I would like to try in the future. For my first visit, I left with a 1/4 of Vanilla In the Mist soap and my skin is so happy. I am an instant fan. Some people may be put off by the higher prices but if you want good quality that will last, you should be willing to pay for it. I can't wait for my next visit! read more

I always love trips to LUSH and going here is no exception. I went on a slow day and the two women who were working were very helpful, but they didn't try to push product on me at all. As always, they're willing to show you any product you're interested in and you can always get free samples if you buy something. I'm sure I'll be back soon! read more

I love love love lush! Their products are above any other when it comes to bath/spa. I love their scrubs and cleansers as well. I really benefit from the aromatherapy of their products. The employees were nice and helpful. I love when I'm not hounded into buying products. If anything, I do feel like they hovered a little too much while my friend and I were shopping. Like we'd be looking at a product and an employee would suddenly appear by our side to talk our ear off. That could also be because the store is just so small. That being said....They need to expand! If it were slightly bigger, I'd definitely be offering up 5 stars. read more

I love Lush products. But the staff at the Danbury Mall are incredibly aggressive and rude. We're like watching our every step and we felt so uneasy we just picked our bath bombs in a rush and left. Shouldn't have buy anything! Absolutely horrible customer service here! Go to another Lush location or better buy online. read more

I walked into lush a week ago and have heard about it online and just wanted to walk around to check it out and was immediately cornered by a very aggressive blonde woman and I told her I didn't want to buy anything and just look around , so she kept asking me 21 questions to the point it left a really bad taste in my mouth and made me not want to buy anything or ever go back. Let me walk around and read things on my own without feeling like your shoving your products down my throat . read more

As a self-appointed "Lushie", I might be biased, but I love this store. I applied to work here once and even though I was not hired, the staff was so endearing that I would definitely shop here if I were in the area. If one doesn't fall in love with the products immediately, one will definitely fall in love with the memorable and personable employees. This goes for the Farmington and Trumbull locations as well. :) The products might seem super expensive, but I know from experience that they ARE quality and a lot of stuff lasts a long time. I have a jar of shower smoothie in my tub that I got as a Christmas present and I'm only seeing the bottom of the jar now, and it's July, going into August! Also keep in mind that I'm a corpulent person with a lot of flesh to wash, and I STILL haven't finished off the jar!! My personal favorite products that are available (sadly a lot have been discontinued or were seasonal!!): R&B leave in hair conditioner, all the Bubbleroons, Roots Hair treatment, any of the pink and girly bath products, Sweetie Pie shower jelly, Sandy Santa body butter (seasonal), Gold Fun (seasonal, but the pink one is pretty good too), Enchanted Eye Cream, and the list goes on! If you've only been an online shopper for Lush, I highly recommend shutting off your computer and going to your local store, if there is one in your area, and have the Lush experience for yourself. It's divine and you can feel good knowing that the stuff is good for you and not tested on little animals! :) read more

They always have what I need and their bath bombs and lip scrubs are my favorites. I Also love how caring of the environment they are and how the employees are very nice and helpful to customers read more

Such a great little store. My daughter received their bath bombs as a christmas gift so I went in to replenish her stock. The girl that helped me was awesome and really knew her stuff. I bought several bombs and bubble bombs and can't wait to go back again soon. read more

This was my first time visiting but the staff was really excellent. They provided demonstrations and really knew there stuff when I asked a few questions. I definitely was not planning on purchasing all I did but I really love it when an employee not only can give you details on products but also provide personal examples and can give recommendations. Will definitely be back! read more

This is a review of the service I received at this particular store. I love lush products but the employees at this location need to seriously scrub away their egos. They didn't want to give samples even though I spent/ spend a lot of money and drive far to get there. The tester products were old and had film over them and not fresh. No thanks I will never comeback. read more

I love it there & apparently so do the employees! Everyone is so helpful & friendly. I love the products. Matt spent so much time with me, describing the ingredients & what they do. I had a great experience! Will be going back. read more

I went into this Lush today to grab a few bath products when I was kindly greeted by Alexia. She was beyond sweet and I had my 11 month old daughter with me and she told me they make baby friendly bath bombs which I had no idea, which makes me so happy cuz I love their bath products. Her kindness made my day, little did she know I just came from a store that gave me terrible customer service bcuz they ruined a piece of my jewelry for the 5th time. And Alexia made my day turn right around and I will be a returning customer for that reason. Not to mention, I'm addicted to all their stuff. read more

I walked into LUSH on a whim today and was helped by a young woman named Foxie. She asked if i'd ever been there and I was almost afraid to answer. I did and she welcomed me like I had just joined a club. A half hour later I understood why! I just took the most amazing bath and used my brand new buffy bar! I left with a store tour, lots of samples not for just me but a co-worker as well. I'm so in love! She hand picked some hair stuff for me (she's the one with the huge awesome afro) and I am so pleased. She promised results and LUSH delivered! I will be back! I can't believe I walked right past this gem for over 5 years now. read more

This was the last location I went to to buy Lush products in store. The reason I like going to the stores is because there are certain face masks that you can only buy in store. That said, I have stopped going to the stores because I am never able to just shop and buy without the workers constantly trying to help me with something. It would be a good thing if I needed the help, but I was not able to even look at a product or pick something up without the girl trying to help me. She kept asking me what my skin was like, what type of complexion I had, whether or not that product would be good for me, what she would recommend, Etc. It was almost as if I wasn't allowed to buy a product just to try it. She asked several times if I needed help and I said no, but she still kept trying to help me with each product I looked at. So now I just shop online. I am able to try whatever I want and buy whatever I want without the hassle of constantly having someone ask me questions and give feedback. I am giving three stars because the products are exceptional, but they lose two stars just for having such an aggressive staff. Maybe invasive is a better word. I just wish they would let the customers look and shop in peace. read more

I've visited several Lush shops and I usually research what I want online before walking into the store. Unfortunately whenever I come to this Lush store the over friendly sales associates bombard you and it's difficult to even pick a product up without them shoving the details of it down your throat. Believe it or not some customers would appreciate experiencing the products on their own without someone constantly leaning over their shoulder.. read more

If you get dry winter skin buy the Buffy soap. It is great. I bought it for my family for Christmas gifts!

I recently went in to pick up a shower gel from the Mother's Day range and the women at the register was very unfriendly, giving me looks as if she was bothered.. Made absolutely no conversation and when I asked for a sample she looked livid. The way she was talking to a co-worker made me believe she was a manager. read more

Really bummed out about this store. I've been a Lush employee for years now (in a different state) and my boyfriend and I stopped in this store on our way home from a road trip. We went to this mall just because it had a Lush. While I was so excited to go chat with some fellow Lushies, I was so disappointed to be ignored and see sales associates on their cell phones at the front display table right next to me and not approaching us. My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store and the three sales associates didn't speak to us once. We were here for about 15 minutes walking around looking at how the store was set up until we just left so disappointed. :( read more
