You're supposed to give me the total amount refund that I paid for the item regardless of what happened with your own business taxes. He then asked if I paid cash or card and I told him card and he proceeded to say I can't refund you today. I said excuse me what did you say and then he changed his tune and said I'm gonna give you cash. I said that's fine as long as you give me my full refund. I will not be going back there to get ice cream or anything else because of the poor customer service, bad products and his rude attitude.
