I would not bring your vehicle here! My sister-in-law went in for a simple oil change, they changed her oil filter but forgot to empty the old oil. Proceeded to fill it with new oil, then forgot they filled it and double filled it and completely blew her motor. All while her husband (my brother) was employee, he went in today to talk about the car and they proceeded to fire him and blaming him for what THEY did! Not to mention on Friday August 1st 4 other cars besides my sister-in-laws car had been returned because someone couldn't do there job correctly! This company has a quick lube service center. They advertise that "no appointments needed! I attempted to get an oil change today and was told the first appointment they could give me would be in one week, next Tuesday!!! False advertising and a poor customer service for an advertised "Quick Lube"! I will not patronize this business or their mother company, Flagship Ford, again! very disappointed! read more

Stay Away, Go else where!!! Bought a $30,000 truck from them. A/c never worked after calling them, they made an appointment and they said they will take care of it. First appointment: They canceled my appointment an hour before the appointment, after taking half day vacation. 2nd appointment: After taking my second half day of vacation, I sat their for 50 min, just to get told the a/c machine just broke and they will call me when they get it fixed. They never called back after 3 weeks, so I called and made another appointment. Third appointment : My third half day of vacation used. I sat there for an hour and a half until they were done, They decided they were now going to charge me, after they said would would take care of it. They charged me $429 just for an a/c recharge and said I could not take MY TRUCK until I paid them. Worst place I every worked with!!! read more

I purchased a vehicle from Cole at Flagship in Jan of 2023. We found the vehicle using the Blue Advantage website and it checked all my boxes. I called the dealership and actually ended up talking to the owner John. He offered me a fair trade in on my vehicle and the price on the new vehicle was very competitive. We put a deposit on the car and made the very long trip to Baldwin WI. When we got there the vehicle has a small dent I wasn't expecting and carpet that was damaged. Minor stuff. We resolved it. No haggling over price and the gave me the offer they promised on my car. I was happy with the deal. The buying process was long on a Saturday and Cole had another customer. It took a while but no biggie. When we were all done signing papers and we are ready to go when Cole informs me the car doesn't have a second key. The Ford Blue Advantage program guarantees two keys for the car. So he says he will drop it in the mail for us and it will be there in a week. We thought okay cool this is not an issue because this is guaranteed but we are slightly miffed that we were not told until the deal was done. So we get home and look at the owners manual and it says it takes 2 keys to program a new key. So I text Cole and he assured me they can do it with my VIN. So I think okay. Two weeks go by and still no key. I call Cole and he says it's backordered 6 months. Okay I mean in this post Covid world I could understand. A month goes by I don't hear anything. I call just to check in not wanting to be forgotten. Still backordered. Okay fine I think. I google and I can order a OEM key online. So I call my local dealership (we live 7+ hours from Baldwin) and I am told they have the key fob in stock. They have to order the metal insert and it will take a week. They also tell me they can't program from a VIN so even if the fob was sent from Flagship I would have to pay over 100 dollars for programming (still not sure which is true). My husband calls Flagship and is told still back ordered nothing they can do. They tell us they will pay for the key from the local dealership but not the full amount because our local dealership is higher than their price. They would have to get authorization to pay the full amount. My husband tells them that's not acceptable as a second key was guaranteed. They tell him to call back the next day because they don't have many people in the office due to a storm which is understandable. I call Ford Corporate about the guarantee because I am started to get worried I am going to get screwed into paying for a 400 dollar key and I wanted to see if Ford would back the guarantee if it came to it. They facilitate a call with Nick. We go back and forth. Finally the same day Nick calls back and says they will pay for the key at the local dealership. We horsed around via email for 2 more weeks but finally the owner and the local dealership worked out the deal and I ended up getting my key at the end of March. My point in all this is that this had the makings of a 5 star experience and it didn't have to go this way. I could be wrong but I don't feel I would have ever gotten the key had I not been persistent which was a waste of my time. I am happy with the car and I think I got a fair deal. They did in the end make it right and shout to Nick for standing by their word and finally getting it done. read more

I bought a used 2013 Charger from Doug Bole and he treated me great! I stopped a few months earlier and tried out a car and it was not what I was looking for so I told Doug what I was looking for and he never pestered me until he found the car for me. I trust them for all cars I will buy in the future. Andy is also great and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They noticed before I took the car that the sync feature was not working and they had me take the car to a Dodge dealer and they covered the whole bill of over $1000. Small town feel with very knowledgeable staff that treat you like you matter. I cannot say enough good about #FlagshipFord I will be back and will recommend them to all the people I can. read more

On 3/20/20 I went in for a oil change at about 45k miles. The technician said I was missing a bolt on my valve cover. Well that wasn't true, it was a factory hole not used on my Fusion. Then I was told I needed a transmission oil change. That wasn't true either, after consulting with the dealer I bought it from. Then, as I watched this bone head change my oil I looked and realized that he'd put the lifting arms in the wrong area of the front and dented my rockers on both sides! Manager came, looked and said we will order 2 new rockers and replace them. Haven't heard a peep since I left that day! Do not take your vehicle there! Incompetence and will not keep their word!! read more

I have been taken by them TWICE. I purchased a Chevy Equinox in 2012, went to trade it in in 2013 after a host of issues with it and it had a branded title- a LEMON. I went straight back there and talked to Tom, the owner. He apologized, swore they had no idea and "made it right". I then purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from him (that same day) and he informed me this was his aunt and uncles leased vehicle, they trade in every 2-3 years because he owns the dealership. I just went to trade in that same Edge (thank goodness not at his dealership)--- he purchased it from an auction AFTER IT HAD BEEN IN A MODERATE TO MAJOR ACCIDENT. All he had told me was lies. My experience with this dealership -- sub-standard and untrustworthy. read more

I dropped my car off for service that was scheduled a week prior with a promise of a loaner car for the day. At the time my husband asked if we could get an Explore since we are considering purchasing one in the near future. The service man said they only loan out Fusions/Focus but they are newer. I drive a 2012 Fusion and was given a 2007 Taurus the cruise control doesn't work and it shook terribly my entire drive. Inside the car was a sticker that stated "Please be considerate with our courtesy car...if you drive a little: our compliments. If you drive a lot: please replace gas." When I received the car it was almost on empty. Also when the service man gave me the loaner his comment was, "it's not as nice but it works and should get you there." Looks like you need some brushing up on your courtesy internally as well. I've had service done on my car at other Ford dealerships in the area and their customer service was outstanding. They always made sure they put you in a vehicle of equal value or higher along with a full tank of gas. Very disappointed in River Valley. I hope when I pick up my car things go smoother. read more
