I was just here and filled my truck up via the app and ask for a $25 cash advance. When I went…read moreinside there was confusion because there was a beer rung up on my receipt and I didn't want beer on my receipt. Apparently the manager had wrung the beer up Then the computer froze and she didn't tell her subordinates who then rang my order up. The manager then just took a snotty attitude towards me like it was all my fault. I read on the receipt that she was charging me a fee when I questioned it she told me I was imagining things there wouldn't be any but I could see that said fee. She just wanted to blame me for the whole problem because she didn't know how to do her job and then she forgot to put my cash advance on there so she had to ask me all the questions again I think that was three or four times she had to ask me the questions trailer number, truck number, Trip number. Wasn't my fault just because the people in that store don't know how to do their job they shouldn't take their anger out on me and then when I started to show the slightest bit of irritation she refused to give me my $25 cash advance. So she acted like an idiot very rude and unkind through the whole transaction and then when I had the nerve to show a little agitation she said I raised my voice and I wasn't going to get my money. She probably pocketed it. I'm just putting it on here and when corporate sends me One of their questionnaires I'll really socket to her there. See around sweetheart.

Since they started at the new location they have been much shadier about pricing and repairs. This car isn't even a decade old yet. Used to be reputable but I would stay away from them now that they've increased in size and overhead.

They are not trustworthy. Took my car in for an alignment n to see why my back tire was wearing. As…read moreI had put on four brand new tires about 12,000 miles ago. They told me I needed front brakes immediately. Little did they know that I had just changed the all brakes/rotors so they were brand new. Told me my back shocks were bad and leaked out all the oil. Is why my one back tire was wearing. (ridiculous !!) And they would not warranty this new tire if I did not change the shocks. (why would a tire be warranty for wear anyway?) At this point, I did not trust them. So I paid for the alignment and a new tire and left. Checked my shocks. They had great resistance and there was no oil leaked out. Though they were rusty, but still great working condition as should be. The alignment they had done was bad as my steering wheel was sitting at 11 o'clock instead of straight up. I took it back in. They did the alignment again. And then told me that I needed four new tires is the reason the alignment went out right away. (it did not go out right away, it was bad from the second. I drove it off their lot because it was not done properly in the first place.) This guy should have at least looked at their history before telling me that I need for brand new tires to see that they had just put on a brand new tire two weeks ago. They lie and use scare tactics to have you do a service that you do not need. I would never go back. And I would never recommend them to anyone. As I sat and waited for them to redo the alignment, anyone that picked up their vehicle in that hour and a half, they were told that they needed this and needed that. So it is common practice for them to do this to everyone. I mean come on, why would they tell me I need to change my front brakes immediately when there was absolutely no wear at all on them because they were literally brand new. Had someone else look at my vehicle. The rear axle was pushed over to the side a a little bit. They fixed the problem. I borrowed my vehicle a lot to people who need it. Someone must've smashed a curb. Anyway, was the reason for that black Tire wearing. That is why I took my vehicle into St. Croix automotive in the first place. But was absolutely nothing that they did to have a solution for the problem that I actually had. All this makes me wonder if they actually change peoples oil and filter. Or just say they did, and charge them.
