I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

They took a look at it and within 30 minutes called with a quote on the price and estimate of how long it would take to fix. The price they quoted me was extremely fair for the problem and was actually on the cheaper end of what it could cost. The car is an old car, and has other issues as well, so I decided it was time to junk it.
