Hardin's Gardens and owner Doug Hardin are amazing! When I purchased my home in May, I knew I was…read moregoing to need serious help with my yard as the previous owners had let it become overgrown for nearly a decade. I recently called Doug Hardin on a whim after receiving two other outrageous quotes from landscapers to have my yard cleaned up, graded and beginning stages of landscaping started. He worked within my budget and has been realistic about what could be accomplished based on the season (winter) and the condition of the yard (rocky, large trees, etc) Not to mention, the quote he provided was significantly less than other quotes I received. I now have a yard that is progressing beautifully with stack stoned borders, cleaned up landscape, small trees and bushes removed and drainage concerns taken care of. I would recommend Hardin's Gardens without hesitation for monthly maintenance or a large landscaping project. Doug is honest, realistic and dedicated to his business. He works right alongside his crew. Hardin's Gardens is a gem in the landscaping and lawn care maintenance business!

I foolishly agreed to this, because he was making it sound necessary to finish the landscaping and he was clearly not offering to pay for his own mistake. My husband hates everything about it.

I am new to the area and just called moments ago to make an inquiry about getting lawn care and landscaping. The gentleman who answered said, "We do landscaping but not lawn care." (slow blink) "Lawn care" is IN THE BUSINESS' NAME. i went on to mention that i don't have a real lawn, but shrubs innthe front that need maintenance and grass in the backyard that needs cutting. "Yeah, we only do landscaping and tree removal." Dude: if you think the job us too small, just say so! i cheerily asked if he could recommend someone, and he responded, "Nah, I can't recommend anyone. Sorry." So, you're in the LANDSCAPING BUSINESS, but can't take a moment to recommend *anyone* else in the same business? Ridiculous. Like i said, don't bother calling. In the "Business Photos" they advertise that no job is too big or too small. Lies.

Y'all... yawl! My back yard, has been in such disarray. When I tell you that it was a disaster, I…read moremean it with a genuine heart. We had gotten so far behind in managing the, and the storms made it worse. There were branches, leaves, cut up trees, brush, Ivy, and even satan himself was there. I first contacted the person who use to do the back yard, but he had started doing a different business. So, I got on Yelp, searched, and Yelp did its thing! I got many estimates from different contractors. I decided to go with this company, because this is where my spirit led me. Mr. Alex, came out and did an estimate. All I can say, is that for what needed to be done, and what Alex charged, was not worth it. This man, and his company, deserves a million dollars, for the peace he brought me. We were unable to start on time, because of these pesky storms. Like, why did it have to rain, when the number 1 contractor, was coming to make our yard, look like a ray of light, filled with sunshine and daffodils? Whyyyy? When the rain stopped, Alex was true to his word. He arrived on time, was respectful, had great communication, and was/is a hard worker. He is trustworthy, and honest. Alex and his crew worked through the heat, all day.....until a storm, yup another rain storm, rained them out. Alex and his crew came back, within two days, to finish the rest. Let me tell you what this company did for my family and I. He removed a big pile of disaster. The pike had trees, leaves, and wood. He removed vines from our trees, he removed Ivy, a big doggone swing set, a bunch of shrubbery, and removed little trees. Y'all, he hauled it away too. Thank ya Jesus!!! But, but, that's not all..... he made it to where we can open our gate in the back yard. Dirt was preventing it from opening. Don't yall know that thats not it? In the midst, of cleaning the abyss, yes my yard WAS the abyss, Alex killed 4 poisonous snakes. 4 poisonous snakes, that could have sent any one of us to to the hospital. This company, made everything so easy. It eased my mind, and didn't break my bank account, that had been dry and drought like. Many wanted to charge so much, that we would have had to wait and save up, thus slipping the back yard further into the darkness. We thank you AT Landscaping. We will see you soon, for the fence, and hopefully many many more projects. Book and hire. This company is worth every penny and much more.
