*BEWARE* This man is a scammer and psycho. The WORST experience I've ever had in my entire life…read moreworking with Eduardo Morales or Algarin. Overpromised. Underdelivered. Get everything in writing if you make the mistake of hiring this person. I hire people all the time and unfortunately got too relaxed on this one. He agreed to install a gravel lot, pine straw in the back yard as well as cleanup. $1560. All verbal. BIG MISTAKE. The gravel is less than an inch thick!! Edges are messy and not secured. Pine straw is so thin. He didn't remove any weeds prior to laying down the straw. He even hit my neighbors fence. He didn't start the job until midday, only brought one person to help him and finished around 8pm when I was away from the job site. He blew up my phone demanding payment that night for a job I hadn't even seen! I offered to send him payment for the materials ( gravel, straw,etc.) until I could see the finished work in daylight. He wouldn't accept it or send me any proof of what was purchased. He sent me a shopping cart screenshot instead of receipts. Come on! I'm so happy I waited until the next morning before paying. It was a terrible job! I will literally have to pay someone else to re-do the entire job. I offered too pay him $500 , what I believed was a fair price for poor job and materials. He didn't even try to be rational. He started threatening me. Saying he would put a lien on my house, threatening to harass my tenants, threatened to harass my fiancés employer...etc. He came back to my home to make a scene. Yelling, trying to insult us, saying all type of crazy racial things. A real psycho. We ended up having to get police involved to settle it. He accepted $700 for the completion of the work and left. I hope I never have to see him again. Will likely get a restraining order to be sure.

Eduardo did in fact do a great job installing new sod however, he did not follow through with his…read morework. He completed my front yard and promised to come back to service the back but cancelled our appointment several times and ultimately stopped responding. It's unfortunate bc I was hoping to have a lasting business relationship with Eduardo and his team. I'll have to shop around again for someone to complete the job.
