The wings were really good. The pizza was average but you can't really expect much from pizza out here in I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I had to have them hold the mushrooms and bell peppers because I was born and raised in Philly and that's just not a thing, anywhere. I must also add that you guys need to do away with the mozzarella cheese on the cheesesteak and spring for American. It also wouldn't kill you to add a little more meat. Average Italian food. Not bad, but not great. This is my fourth time trying Luna with the previous three orders delivered via GrubHub so I wanted to see if dine-in food was any better. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and a slice of cheese pizza. The spaghetti dinner comes with 3 garlic knots which were the best part of the entire meal. The pasta was way over cooked, far beyond al dente. The spaghetti sauce was very watery and the meatballs don't have all that much flavor and are quite bland. The slice of pizza was okay but seems like it had been sitting on the warmer for quite a while. Overall, not a terrible meal, but certainly not the best I've ever had either. Will give them another try on another day. My last delivery order was the chicken parm which was quite good so I'm not ready to give up on this place yet. We absolutely love this place. Randomly decided to try them one day but man am I glad we did! The pizza here is SUPERB, we love it, and their homemade ranch is amazing. First of all a young lady working with the food prep was wearing her mask under her chin and not covering her nose and mouth. The eggplant parm sub was mostly cheese and sauce and a piece of paper thin eggplant with no flavor. There are so many pizza places nearby, but this one is great! The staff is polite and generally the same people help you out every time. We really like their pizza, but on this visit my boyfriend got a Philly Cheese Steak and I got a Submarine- no tomatoes & we had the option for chips or fries as our side, so we both got fries which ended up being steak fries. We knew we would be watching the World Series so we each got a slice to go- that we ate later in the evening. The food is great quality at a decent price, so you definitely get your monies worth! Ordered a large pepperoni and 20 medium wings. The pizza was great - crispy crust but light in color, not burnt or overdone whatsoever and we rarely get a pizza that is crispy but not overdone. So sad to post this review however my last experience was so bad. I want to say I used to love Luna Pizza, I have been ordering from there for 2 years and still travel to Glendale for their food. Tonight I spent almost $60 on 2 pizzas, salad, wings and zucchini. They left the pepperoni off my medium pizza and when I called to get a refund on the pizza OMAR the "manager" told me they would only refund the charge for the toppings and would only give me a full refund if I brought the pizza back into the store which is 45 minutes away from my new address. The argument that ensued was not only void of any sort of customer service which is very saddening. He told me the owner of Luna Pizza would FIRE him if he refunded the amount for the pizza. When I told him that was unacceptable he began to shift the blame to SLICE, the third party service they use for ordering online. OMAR refused to take responsibility for this and yelled at me over the phone for most of the call. If anything he should be retrained as a manger and the faulty procedure should be updated. I usually spend around $80 a month at Luna Pizza which is around $960 a year that I will now be taking to a much closer restaurant. Honestly I wanted to support this local business however after this experience I cannot continue doing business there. read more

Paid for extra meat one day on a couple philly cheese steaks sandwiches. They were great so we return to do the same but on 1 philly and I have hardly any meat so I called to say they forgot to put the extra meat. He tells me he made the sandwich himself and it does. I explained to him my last was way diff. Then he goes to tell me I only charged you this much . ...(whatever it was I forgot). I told him I don't care how much you charge it's not about the money I want it this way I'll pay whatever you want. He was unreasonable and a kid in my eyes. I guess customer aren't always right. He wins end of story. I will never come back and I drop 50.00 dollar orders at average for my family. I like your food but don't argue with me and not solve my issue. The best Pizza in the area, this is the pizza and wings you continue to crave until you eat until you get your fill until next crave session. Used to work downtown Glendale and this was my favorite lunch spot so, it was much easier to feed the cravings. Can not beat their lunch special, 1 topping slice w/ wings.
