The scheduling person promised me they always had tons of openings if I got on their wait list, but the openings never came. (Then they told me it was because they kept those for established patients, but those also never opened up for me, so I think it's just extremely hard to schedule--and they can't or won't accomodate people who may need to get in sooner.) The physical therapist is pretty good and gives a lot of feedback. Some of the techs are good, others seem to be on a bit of a power trip or not paying attention and kind of just going through the motions. I think I had a different tech every time I went in. Working with the techs is often about the same as doing the exercises at home (with added bike/treadmill time); they don't really give good pointers or anything. Spooner is very slow about updating exercises in the app. You basically have to remind them. I'm glad the AC works again; it gets pretty hot in there. Also didn't realize there were more convenient locations when I booked, but that was my fault.

I thought it'd be a straightforward session without the need for exercises or extra manual therapy. But surprise, surprise! I ended up with a bill of $643 for just 55 minutes of care. That's on par with what you'd pay attorneys and specialized doctors! I get that all services there have their billing codes, but the final cost was way too high for such a short one-time visit. Plus, there was only one other patient there, and two technicians--definitely not a busy day. Foothills philosophy doesn't include one on one care. I didn't know that when I went. It would've made a huge difference if they shifted to a more personalized approach, especially with low patient-to-tech ratio. Instead, I found myself left to do my exercises solo while the staff chatted and socialized, and tossed around an exercise ball. Talk about a lack of focus on patient care! Overall, I was really let down by what I thought would be a more specialized physical therapy experience. I walked away feeling like I didn't gain any real help for my shoulder, just a bill resulting in tremendous disbelief! Based on my visit, I can't recommend this facility for physical therapy. Unfortunately, from my experience, zero stars would be a better reflection of my recommendation, but one is all I can give. I would attach my bill, but I am afraid of the detail it would show #Disappointed #NotRecommended

No endocrinologist has been willing to engage with my question of 'why is my thyroid enlarging' other than doing a biopsy which came back benign and putting me on a low dose synthroid. Cara did talk to me about different reasons this inflammation might be happening, and I've found through trying different ideas she suggested, that iodine and gluten are big factors for me. It is mind-blowing and undeniable what I different I feel in my increased energy, lifting of mental fog, and decrease of thyroid size. I am so, so thankful for Cara. I went to this practice specifically for PRP injections having exhausted so many other treatments for chronic neck pain. Multiple people told me to try this treatment because it helped them immensely. I did three rounds of injections as advised. No imaging/mri was ever taken or done before hand which I questioned. The injections were painful and each time I let them know I was getting much relief. I paid 1675.00 for three treatments and was told that generally helps most people. After the third treatment I was told I may have to much damage and stem cell injections would be the next option. I confirmed with other doctors that stem cells cannot be taken from the stomach area which is what this clinic does. So thankful I did not spend the 5,000 here on that treatment. After being in pain, spending money and getting no relief I moved on and had several second opinions. I learned PRP injections are done very differently and was advised by reputable doctors that I was scammed. An mri is a bare minimum when injecting into the neck and the amount of prp used was extremely low. Also, it is generally one treatment and you are under anesthesia because they go through many layers. When a person is in pain they are desperate for some relief and I feel this clinic took advantage and took my money. The treatments are not being done properly and it creates false hope and then you are left with no relief and cannot get that money back. Unacceptable. Please go to a reputable doctor for PRP if you are considering. I'm trying to get my money back with no luck. I need to have PRP done again elsewhere and the money would go towards it.

I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Colbi is awesome. She pushes our daughter and individualizes her program. She is with Colbi the entire session, unlike our other facility where the PT was out of site 80% of the session so she was with an assistant most of the time.
