Three times in a row, their assigned therapist was a no call/no show, and canceled the appointment after being asked about their not coming. It is usually more than a week in between rescheduling, and then the next person does the same damn thing. These people don't give a darn about your health or recovery. This ended up being a terrible experience. The idea of in home PT is great. What's not great is they do everything on the phone and bombard you with text messages. It took two weeks to be assigned a therapist. He was nice, but seemed to be doing generic PT that was not germane to my situation. Then I got the bill. $215 for the first session after Medicare. The second was $410. For what? I can't recommend these people, mediocre therapists and outrageous bills, and a pain in the neck texting system. Seek elsewhere. read more

When I signed up for assisted stretching for some pain in my neck and back I was sent a physical therapist who then decided I needed dry needling. While it would be fine to try that I was never told that the cost procession for that would be $325. My first four sessions cost me $7.50 because my Medicare and supplemental insurance paid for it. Suddenly they're billing me for the full amount minus a small insurance payment by Medicare. Never at any point was I told the pricing and when I called they were very dismissive and compared it to going into a doctor or having a surgery or a hospital and that I wasn't told ahead of time with all of that would cost but this was not that kind of service. They knew and the therapist knew there was an up charge and it didn't really do me any good. I'm gonna take it up with the company and I would encourage you to not do business with them. I was very disappointed and I felt targeted because I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. They are exploiting Medicare and that's all there is to it read more

Tried to schedule an appointment for my father who still suffers the impact from a stroke he had back in 2023. The stroke affected his left side & we were hoping to find a place to help strengthen his left leg mobility. He is currently in a wheelchair & is able to move his left leg, but doesn't have the full strength. The Luna website states that they help with stroke patients & we even confirmed this on a prior phone call when we were gathering information. However, today when I went to schedule they stated they couldn't help cause he needs assistance getting up. No where on their website is it stated they only help on your independent mobility level & one prior phone calls this was not brought to our attention. So this was very disappointing, as it sounds like unless you can fully move on your own they can not help you. Let me also be clear, I understand this is for risk & safety concerns & I 100% respect that. My disappointment comes from feeling misled till the last second. read more

I am very pleased with the care that I have received to improve my strength and mobility. Don't think I will ever go to a physical building and get PT again. I was having problems with my right shoulder. Heard about these guys from a guy in the grocery store after he saw me nursing my shoulder. My therapist, Savannah was great. She had me to do some motions for her. And then we got started on the exercises. Don't think it took me more than 8 sessions or so to get back on track. I learned about 12 to 15 exercises in the privacy of my own home. I'll definitely be utilizing LUNA in the future seeing I am an old ex-college athlete. read more

Ok. You will not believe you are reading a medical services review. We have struggled mightily with multiple Neurologists, care facilities etc. You know what I'm talking about. And then the accident and surgery. The rehab facility recommended 2 at home PT orgs in Scottsdale the highest rated was 2.5 stars. We had enough. Called one of the best pt groups in the valley they didn't do at home care. They strongly recommended Luna. Easy to sign up, amazing business model think Uber where you can pick the car and driver. Alex has given me exercises to improve my balance . The also will improve my strength in my legs and core that I so desperately . I am seeing a little improvement but I have a long way to go. Only I can make my body more stable and not wobble so much with the exercises. I'm having weekly sessions to get me ready for my May 1 right knee replacement. Melissa is fabulous, in a word! I am so looking forward to getting this next knee done, and I know working with her (for which I did no preparation for the left knee) is going make this next one even easier. He did a complete evaluation of my functionality after having a total knee replacement and determined along with me what he feels will work best towards my gaining strength and full function back.
