That was the makeup look I was going for period. The girls know!! Anyway there's plenty of seating inside and outside. There is plenty of parking which is good for SD parking. Very filling and tastes like your average mediterranean meal. Everything was great, but I wasn't a fan of the salad dressing. The stuffed grape leaves were very flavorful, and the meat was nice and soft. The portion size was also very nice, enough for my friend and I to share. This review focuses mainly on the food quality and the overall menu of entrées. Luna Grill's food is not as good as it used to be years ago. Popular items, such as the delicious wraps, have been discontinued unless you order them as catering. Additionally, pitas no longer come with french fries; you have to buy them separately. The food sometimes is also a little undercooked, especially the gyro meat. The presentation often looks off and isn't as flavorful. On another note, my reward wasn't added to my Luna Grill app account this year for some bizarre reason... unless they no longer offer a free annual dessert of choice. For all these reasons, I don't feel it's a great enough restaurant to dine at anymore. Some positive notes: Litzy at the Mission Valley Luna Grill provided fast, friendly service. I have experienced friendly service here from several cashiers/servers and management. I also like the renovations and décor they chose; it feels more Mediterranean inside with the selected color palette. I appreciate this. read more

We were a big crowd with different needs, but Jordan offered helpful and kind service! He let me know that kids eat free when you download the Luna app, and he walked me through the process even though I was completely brain dead and changed my order 10 times! This is one of our favorite restaurants in the mission valley area. It's great for lunch and we love the dog friendly patio. There are lots of healthy options on the menu.
