The food is very delicious and cooked great ! I am very happy with the service and how clean it is . The place is outstanding and would rather come here then any of the restaurants around. Anything off the menu is excellent. I have recommended people and I come a few times a month and get the same thing each time cause it's so good and I'm not sick of it . I ordered the filet beef kabob. The meat was extremely tough and very cheap meat. Nothing had seasoning. Cupcakes are frozen. They give a spoon full of hummus out for free but then let you know that it's $.75. Would recommend going to jettys surf cafe over this! Check that place out super good and better prices. read more

Food was tasty and place was really clean. The lamb could have been more flavorful, but was great overall. Plates were fairly large and he vegetables were nice. I'd recommend the green peppers over carrots. The peppers were juicy and fresh. The salad was very fresh and crisp. Loved the dressing. Would like to return when I'm back in the area. read more

If you know what good food really is, which most of my Oxnard peeps don't, you'll be disappointed by this place. I'm actually a bit disheartened that people think this is good. First off, very expensive for what you get, and not at all authentic. Like the overpriced Taco Bell of Mediterranean food. Pita breed is awful, doughy and unflavorful. Tasted like it was popped out of its packaging, thawed and microwaved, which I'm sure is pretty accurate. Hummus is very bland. I'd rather buy mass produced and packaged at a grocery store. Rice is also bland, disappointed that they give you a small portion of saffron rice on top of a huge portion of tasteless jasmine rice. Gyro was okay. Tzatziki tasted just like yogurt and was a very thin consistency. No taste of cucumber or dill. Counter service was lacking. The girl didn't know how to put in the order. I ordered three of the exact same plates, nothing fancy, and it literally took her 5 minutes to place our order in the POS system. No one else was even in the restaurant. read more

My boyfriend had previously eaten here when they first opened and said it was pretty good so he wanted to take me there to try it. We stood in line tonight for about 10 minutes. As we approached the counter we could see one of the line cooks eating directly off his glove, not once but twice. Not just take a bite of something but actually touching his glove to his mouth. This is hands down my favorite lunch or anytime of day spot. Everything is amazing! My go to is the beyond burger and the spicy feta with veggies! Great food. Had the lamb kabob and the it was a great cut of meat, well seasoned and well cooked.

Pretty disappointed. We ordered 1 gyro wrap, 1 falafel wrap, a side of stuffed grape leaves, and 1 baklava. Our order came out to around $28 for everything and we ordered it to go. I'm a stickler when it comes to my greens/veggies being fresh and I was very disappointed that my side salad (that came with my wrap) had greens that were already rotting and browning. My wrap had wilted greens inside that were rotten, they were not crisp or fresh. The tomatoes were also overly ripened. I was also disappointed that my wrap had pretty flavorless sauce inside of it and the only flavorful sauce was the side that came with it. Luckily the falafel was moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside, but my boyfriend said the lamb in his wrap was pretty dry and not as flavorful. I was also bummed that the stuffed grape leaves tasted like they came out of a can, they did not taste very fresh or good. The baklava was good, you can't really go wrong with baklava usually. Overall I came into this place with high hopes, but the food fell below my expectations (especially for almost $30 worth of food). I really wanted this place to be great, but I will not be returning. read more

First time coming here very disappointed. I Ordered over the phone. I got there and noticed they had a line specifying "Pick up/phone orders line " went and stood there, the cashier was calling customers over from the walk in line, failed to notice customer waiting for the PICK UP. Finally after I told her "excuse me, I'm here for pick up", I Got my order, paid and headed out, got in car. Checked order and it was all wrong. Didn't go back due to lunch being short and didn't want to stand in line forever again waiting to be noticed . I'll stick with Mammas Hummus over in Camarillo, Never fails. read more

Just had the Beet Bowl with chicken. It was sooo good! I'm amazed at how this place puts out such high quality, tasty food. All the choices are good and well prepared but this is a great blend of flavors and textures. I've had the same kind of thing at trendy expensive restaurants that wasn't done as well as this. Not Impressed, disappointed actually. Been here 4 times (2 in Vta / 2 in Ox). 1st visit, when they opened was OK. I thought the 2nd time at The Oxnard location would be better than the 2 times in VTA - but pretty much the same experience. Dining room is always dirty, food takes forever to be ready, and employees are always standing around like they have nothing to do. Too bad too, because this place has the potential to be good, but it's mismanaged in both locations. The food wasn't great either... falafel was burnt and way too salty, gyro's were cold and the rice was bland. I won't be back... read more

Food is great, Service was great also. Wanted to test a lot of items for a future catering order. The manager Judd was EXTREMELY helpful. Gave us samples of all the sauces and many of the sides. Answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). Definitely ordering through them for the catering and will keep going there for lunch :) read more

The food here is really good. The prices for the amount of food and the quality also seems very reasonable. The staff is slow but I think it's only because it's a new place and everyone is still learning the systems. Definitely recommend getting a cupcake for dessert. read more

I had the flat cut chicken kabob a la cart. Chicken was cooked perfectly and always fresh and seasoned well. I eat here regularly for lunch. You can dine in or carry out.
