Customer service was amazing! Super friendly atmosphere! Noticed a family in there with many kids yesterday (saturday at noon) left their table disgusting and embarassing for them and even with that the employees kept a smile on their face as they cleaned up after them. Besides their table manners from that family the resturaunt is decorated awesome and super clean! Food was brought to table and the presentation was phenominal! Fresh, perfect flavor, large portion and felt clean eating it and not gross or heavy like leaving other resturaunts! I def. Will be back!!! Their employees and manager who checked on everyone made the experience that much better. Worth every $$!! On the healthy side, their food is nom gmo, grass fed, have vegan, cage free etc..... read more

Luna Grill Oxnard - Mediterranean Near Me - Oxnard, California

This was my first time here and I will definitely go back. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! I had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap with the side salad. I was impressed at the amount of chicken in it and the sauce was amazing along with the house dressing. Everything was very fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend this place! read more

Welcoming and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean and has a unique decor. The flavors are unique and refreshing. The Chicken Kabobs are marinated to perfection and served with flavorful basmati rice. Loved the food. read more

good food , goood service , small portions of protein . especially if you order salmon

Came here today for lunch, it was my first visit. The location in the collection is convenient, and inside was very clean and well managed. I had the filet kabob plate and my husband had the lamb gyro plate. My food was ok, just ok. It is much better than other Greek food I've had In the area but the meat was not cooked as well as I'd like. It was half chewy and half done. The onions were also way too strong, even when grilled for the kabob and the rice was bland and just ok. The salad and dip were very good though. My husband was expecting to get the gyro on the falafel bread but it did not come that way for the plate. Like I said, It was ok lunch, maybe we just didn't order to our complete liking? I'll try it again though and see how it goes. read more

I was at the Luna Grill in the collection and the food was amazing...Adriana Velasco was soo attentive and great definitely coming again

Food is decent. Service is good. However, the quantity of the children and beef were small. The amount of money I paid, I should have got more for the money. Hope they will consider increasing the meet portion.? read more

Hi the food was great at your grand opening. We would like for you to offer garlic sauce on the menu to go with the Kabobs or as a side dish! read more

I've been here a few times and the food is generally good. This is my first experience ordering online. The confirmation email said my food would be ready at 6:05. I arrive at 5:58 so I can get the food before it got cold. When I arrived the food was visibly sitting on the counter not sure how long...but it was very cold when I got home. I only live a couple minutes away. If they do have a pick up time they should have the food ready at that time NOT before. Or at least leave it under the heat lamp. read more

I love the hummus here. Overall the food is really good. The challenge for me is that it takes forever to order and get your food unless you order online via the app or call it in. If there is a line when you arrive it will definitely take a while to place your order. This is why I'm giving them only 3 stars. I was just here to order my hummus and there was a couple in front of me who could not decide what they wanted to order and they just stood there looking over the menu and instead of the person taking orders either calling someone from the back to take the next person in line or asking the couple if they minded if she took the next person in line she just stood there. Finally the couple said to go ahead of them. Just makes no sense to me. read more

The food is healthy and tasty. They have a few beers on tap. The inside looks modern and the atmosphere nice. I will keep coming to eat here. read more

The food was great the service also great and non-invasive, fresh food and veggie options. Had the veggie sampler. Love it! Collection gets packed probably would frequent more if it were elsewhere. Have yet to find better falafel in the 805. read more

I walked in with high expectations but walked out disappointed. Food was fresh but had barely any flavor. wish it tasted better, would be in there every day for the healthy eating options. read more

Natalie was so informative for our first time in. I can really appreciate the effort that went into remembering that whole menu. Natalie portrayed genuine customer service and made us feel way hungrier than we were walking in. Honestly, the whole staff was friendly. Super impressed. read more

Love having a healthy choice within walking distance from home. This food is amazing.

I absolutely love the food here. I would eat here 3xs a day, every day if I could. The only complaint about this place is the very painfully slow ordering process. People tend to ask many questions about dishes here which holds up the line in every instance I've been there. Although I do see a second register, I've only seen it used once. If it wasn't for the slow ordering process I'd give Luna Grill 5 stars. read more

Yes, yes, yes...so much YES!! Fresh, quick, easy, clean, all the things you want in a lunch spot. Not that I wouldn't eat here for dinner. Service was great, everyone is so nice. Food was incredible. I had the Mediterranean chicken salad and my mom had a gyro plate. We split the spicy feta dip. Shared a couple desserts too. Even the lemonade was to die for. I had never heard of this place before but I'm about to see it on my bank statement all the time. SO GOOD! Can't wait to try other menu items! read more

The food was good and the service fast. It's a good alternative when in and out is played out and cooking is out of equation. I did like the fact that all of the calories are listed on the menu inside the restaurant. This makes it really easy to eat healthy. Only four stars due to limited draft availability. read more

Delicious food, fair pricing plus super friendly environment! Definitely a place to visit more than a couple times a month.

Every time i enter Luna Grill it is such a delight and the food is absolutely delicious. The place is always clean the staff is so in tuned with the customers and they are exceptionally professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this place!! Thank You read more

I'm really enjoying the menu here. The prices are reasonable and my faves are the spinach pie and the spicy hummus, yum. I like that the location is near shops I need to go anyway. read more

Delicious, healthy food. Real silverware. Not quickly served. I've had the fish plate and the sirloin wrap.

My husband and I really enjoy this restaurant. We've been to their Ventura location but the staff at the collection are just always so friendly that we always opt for this location. It's not unusual for the manager to stop by the table to see how things are going. The food is flavorful and the portions are generous. Sometimes after eating out you can feel sluggish but this food is like what you'd make at home, it just tastes better and you don't have to cook or clean... Which probably makes it even more enjoyable. We usually get the chicken kabob plate, add a filet kabob and split it. Fun and clean atmosphere with plenty of patio seating too. read more

Good service, good food, good discounts!!! New and clean!!! Crowded at lunch time but plenty of seating outside. Hummus is delicious!!!!

We have gone a few times & everything that we have tried has been yummy. Lamb, gyros, chicken, spicy feta, salads, potato chips, pita.... the meat has great flavor & is moist/tender. Everything tastes fresh, recommend getting the spicy feta & potato chips-YUM!! Wish they would open one in Camarillo...outlets would be a great spot!! read more

The food is always so fresh and delicious. The girls that work the front are always so nice, whenever I need anything extra they are always happy to help. read more

This was my first time here and I loved it! I ordered a classic chicken wrap with white rice on the side, along with a fresh lemonade. It was so fresh, healthy and tasty. The menu has so many options to choose from so you'll definitely find something you like. Definitely going back! read more

Been here only twice but I must say each time has been amazing. Service is really good, and the food tastes wonderful - and does not taste heavily processed and overly salted or anything of that sort. Is also very vegan and vegetarian friendly. I give them 5 stars too because their packiging isn't plastic heavy! It is paper with plastic coated interior and they ask if you want utensils or not when ordering To-Go. Really amazing place, highly recommend when in search for some delicious Mediterranean food read more

The online ordering was really easy, I was able to see great photos and browsed the menu effortlessly. My food looked exactly how the photos online showed. The staff at the Oxnard location truly made me feel undervalued and dismissed, hence the 2-star rating. As the email confirmation instructed, I went to the Pickup line and stood there for several minutes while a cashier was taking an order and a second employee was standing there, waiting for the cooks to finish plating. I had to get their attention for someone to offer me assistance. When I did, I was promptly given my food and my iced tea cup, which needed to be filled. She gave me the cup and I went to fill up the cup with ice and it wasn't working. The machine wasn't lit up, the ice wasn't coming out. I tried a few more times without success. I again, had to flag down an employee for assistance and she said "oh, we are out of ice." Walked away and didn't offer me any solutions, any options, not even a "let me go to the ice machine in the back." NOTHING. So, I left my empty cup on the counter, said "thank you anyways." And left. Thirsty, yes, for 2 things: 1) a refund for my iced tea and 2) for some considerate customer service, just a little acknowledgement and show you care! read more

Have tried this place a few times now, so far the food seems very light in flavor, yet satisfying. The pita bread, spinach pies, fries, and lemon chicken soup are all delicious! The prices aren't too bad, servings are portioned just right. read more

Fantastic. The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious food!!!! From all the Mediterranean good places this comes first. As a Greek I would recommend this place.

Very tasty and refreshing. Consistently good service. Made a special request for my salad, and the manager personally delivered my salad to the table to point out that my request has been met. Good beer selection. Really enjoying this place and the fun rewards program. Definitely a happy customer and enjoying the tasty eats. The salads are great, as are the pitas. The quesadilla was REALLY good, but pretty greasy. I think I'll stick to the lighter side. read more

The food is very delicious and cooked great ! I am very happy with the service and how clean it is . The place is outstanding and would rather come here then any of the restaurants around. Anything off the menu is excellent. I have recommended people and I come a few times a month and get the same thing each time cause it's so good and I'm not sick of it . This place deserves a 10 read more

Food was OK. They forgot the sauce with my gyro wrap and forgot our falafel starter (they didn't charge us and I should have noticed by the price). The wraps are really dry without the dip though. Fries are awesome however almost all the stars go to the fries! read more
