Yummy place to dine and the staff are always friendly. A little pricy but totally worth the buck! I enjoy the chicken pita wrap.

The food is super fresh and so good! The staff is very pleasant and friendly! I constantly crave it and come all the time! Reccomend it 10/10. read more

Have been going to Luna grill for the last few years. Food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly. Their chicken and gyro plate us my favorite. Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful. Today Diah and Cassie were working and they are awesome as usual. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is usually as amazing as the food. read more

Luna grill had been one of my favorite places to dine for a long time. And Laurie is such a kind and genuine person, she makes my visit that much more enjoyable. She is professional and makes it apparent she cares about her restaurant. read more

The overall experience and food is good. Staff are friendly, place is clean. But the way the food comes out is not always consistent. I recently ordered the chicken and gyro plate. Very tasty but I seemed to have gotten the scraps from the bottom of the gyro container, no slices just crumbles of gyro meet. Never had it like that before (slices are the norm) and definitely nothing like the picture on the menu. Unfortunately, it was to go as I would have made a comment had I eaten in. Maybe just an off night. read more

We were hungry and found this gem. Everything was delicious. Had the chicken plate and lamb and falafels. They served beer. Service was extremely helpful and suggested items that we might enjoy since it was our first time there. We were so impressed that we signed up for their app Luna Grill. You get offers and freebies. Jada was so friendly, she totally made our experience from good to awesome. read more

The food here is BOMB. I always get the gyro plate with rice and spicy hummus, and it always hits the spot. I'm kinda disappointed that they got rid of the sweet potato fries, but the hummus is a nice substitute. It's always a nice calm spot for my boyfriend and I to eat lunch/ dinner. read more

Where do I start. We moved to the area 2 months ago, and I discovered this place and it WAS amazing. We were ordering EVERY DAY since is 5 minutes walk from my apartment, so what happened? I call this place "kinder surprise" since now you never know what are you going to get. For the las 2 weeks, ever time I order (and yes, we still order every day, until today) is a surprise. Sometimes the chicken is burned outside, sometimes I get 3 bites with chicken and the rest is lettuce and pita, I mean it taste great, but the price for 3 Pieces of chicken in a wrap is crazy. Before I would always have a small piece left from my wrap, because it was a good size, now I have to hunt for the chicken in the wrap, and the last 3 bites are just pita. Yesterday, the fries were soaking in oil, and apparently now you can't pick your sides as we used to do, so I can't replace the fries for hummus. I can go on with examples of how inconvenient this place has been. long story short, this place is changing owners, or menu or whatever, but is not what it used to be, which is a disappointment. You will be hungry because they are not changing prices, but they are reducing quantity considerably, and limiting the sides you can pick. read more

A NEW FAVORITE!!! First off Cassie made my family and I feel so welcomed and so excited to try a bunch of her favorite plates. We definitely took her word and vast knowledge on the ingredients and flavors of each plate. Santorini chicken bowl, Gyro plate, double the fuel plates, dip trio, GLUTEN FREE French fries, Mediterranean salad, modern Greek wraps& modern Greek Salad..(I can go on!!!) were our TOP favorites to say the least we'll DEFINITELY be coming again soon& frequently! Truly thank you very much to Cassie such a friendly, sweet, attentive, fast smart young lady representing Luna Grill. Shoutout to the AMAZING COOKS TOO! read more

Great people. Great food! I was supposed to get a 50 percent off of my next order from Lina Grill but due to glitch in their app, it never got added. I walked into this place and explained the problem. The owner tried to give me a discount but their system didn't allow it. So, they gave me an entree for free! Thank you for trusting your customer and going out of your way to help them. I would be your loyal customer for life. read more

The first time we went to Luna Grill was in Santa Barbara. It was a complete surprise it was in how delicious everything was. We loved it. We have been to the Oxnard location a couple of times and the food is not quite as good here. Yesterday we did an online order at Oxnard for curbside. When we pulled into the curbside parking space and called the number posted in the parking spot they said to come on in and get the food inside the restaurant. When I advised we had selected the curbside option he advised that for online orders curbside did not apply. Huh? Why then was I asked for my vehicle make, model and color? Perhaps to collect information on clients? I chose curbside for a reason - my disabled kid in the car. Going in was a pain! Additionally, I requested utensils and there were none in the bag. Good thing I checked! We were going to eat the food at the park for Father's Day. Last but not least, the food order was honked up. One of the orders had a whole wheat flatbread request and we didn't get it.The extra charge for a tiny spoonful of avocado is not worth it, and their garlic feta sauce is watery and not good at all. So disappointing! I hope someone reads this there and does something for their quality control. There is NO WHERE on their site to report an issue with the order or to provide feedback. I guess they don't care. read more

The food was ok. It lacked flavor. The meat was warm and ok but the sauce was bland and so was my Greek salad. It barely had any feta and only two olives. The refreshment selection was nice and different. The fries are a little spicy but it has more feta and flavor than the other meal. The fries themselves are really good. I might try something else next time. Maybe the hummus. read more

My Gyro was excellent! Diah our server was very pleasant and prompt. My wife enjoyed her Falafel bowl. We'll be back for more.

Diah, Cassie and the whole kitchen staff always do a great job! Nicest staff that always gets it right. Thank you!

This restaurant is one of our favorite places to go for lunch. We have always loved the santorini bowl, but now we are enjoying the med wraps also. I like to get a house dressing to go with it. We love the incentives that you get which are specials (today we each got a wrap and a drink for 10.99); and for every 100- spent you get 10- back! The staff is very nice here; and the food is always well prepared and delicious! read more

Easy to order through yelp. I ordered the beef gyro and loaded fries. The loaded fries were delicious and shareable.

Luna Grill is an amazing restaurant with amazing food. The company has clearly spent a lot of time focusing on food quality, competitive pricing and great value. The restaurant is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, considerate and extremely helpful. The food is presented well on the plate and has a lot of flavor. read more

I use to love Luba Grill. Went there today horrible! The staff, the food, serving portion even the plastic container to eat there was tasteless! I have referred so many people pre-pandemic to the one in Ventura I assumed this one had to be the same, WRONG! I was embarrassed I brought my friend there. Don't waste your time or money. Management better te-educate your staff on not only grilling (burnt) wrong order, bring back real plates not plastic, not just one meal but both sucked read more

I love Luna Grill and would give more stars but today I ordered an Apple Walnut salad to go and it was missing half of the ingredients (there were no walnuts or cranberries). Remember to triple check your order. They go over it with you before you check out, but I guess we should actually open the containers and check ingredients to be sure. read more

great service, Laurie was a caring manager who cares about her customer and makes you feel at home.

My husband and I used to order Luna grill at least once a week or every other week, it was one of our favorite place but in the past year it has gone completely downhill, the meat is or not cooked enough that we can't eat it or over cooked which makes it not very good, I always ordered the lentil soup and I would usually get very little lentil and vegetables mostly just broth, every time we order there is at least one or two items that have a weird taste and we often get stomach ache after eating there. We are really disappointed because we used to eat there often we loved the place, even if the employees were not the nicest. We havent tried to ventura location yet so I am not sure if its this location that is dysfunctional or the entire brand that changed their recipes or ingredients! read more

Super happy to find this place! It was a great surprise. It's easy to miss in the Collection plaza, so look out for it! It's bright, fresh and even sheek for a casual eatery. The food was healthy, tasty and super fresh. I had the Market Wrap and sweet fries. They prepared it for me as a lettuce wrap, since I'm gluten free. The General Manager Judd Burks was working that day. He went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed me visit. All of the Staff were very helpful and friendly. I want to bring my husband here! read more

Absolutely fantastic service!! Good food. I would give the service 5*+, the food is good for a chain, the carrots are absolutely fantastic! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. My review is based on my expectations of a chain restaurant, not of a Café on a Greek island. read more

I honestly don't understand why there are so many raving reviews? Maybe because of the lack of Mediterranean restaurants in the Oxnard area. But I spent almost 40 dollars on 2 chicken kabob plates, a side of hummus and a spinach pie. Maybe it is because the place is new, but I will not return. Typical chain resturant. The spinach pie was the only good quality. It is the reason I am giving 2 stars. When we got our kabob plates my boyfriend's had 4 small pieces of chicken, and mine only had 3! If I'm paying that much for a meal, shouldn't you be getting more meat? Also, the meat had absolutely no seasoning on it whatsoever. It seemed like the only seasoning it had was the water it seemed to be cooked in. The 'grilled' tomato was very cold, as if it had been refrigerated. And the cucumber dip tasted like straight yogurt, not a true Greek yogurt dip. Very disappointing. If you are looking for TRUE Mediterranean food, Jetty Surf Cafe in Oxnard is amazing, and blows the socks off this place. read more

Good food and friendly service!!! Cassie is the best!! I would recommend this to my friends!!

This is a delicious Mediterranean and Greek Grill! My wife and I ordered the sampler plate, lamb kabob and fries on the side. Wow! It was a fresh feast! I recommend going here if you want to get lamb so tasty that it oozes with flavor- the falafels are crunchy and hot fluffy goodness on the inside. The dolmas are great with the yogurt sauce! The fries were crunchy and golden brown. The humus will have you humming yes- mmm hmm! Next time we dine here we will try the spicy humus and order one of the gyro's- I saw a gyro being ordered up and it looked like about the size of a Nerf football. Dang, I should have ordered one... Next time, Next time. read more

Great service , Cassie attended me and was very kind and helpful. Food is amazing, awesome atmosphere :3

I don't always remember to take pictures of my food, but when I do it's already halfway gone. :P I will definitely remember to snap a shot pre-eat next time! After a mean craving for Basmati rice, chicken and pita I set out for Luna Grill! The interior is modern, clean with a slight Mediterranean influence. Someone yells out "Welcome to Luna Grill!" as soon as you enter, which is a nice start! After reviewing Yelp for some visuals, I opted for the Chicken and Ground Sirloin kabobs with the roasted tomato- to go. Wait was a little longer than I would have expected, but the buzzer rang about 15 minutes later and was already nice and packed up for me when I approached the counter. I snagged up my bag and ran to my truck- all while sipping their slightly too-sweet Pomegranate Lemonade- with my lunch in hand. I sped to work, plopped the bag down and pulled out the huge food container. NO.PITA.BREAD. I almost shed a tear, potentially two. Fluke aside, the chicken was suuuper tasty, Basmati rice was great and the side-salad was nice and fresh. I'm not a huge fan of the Ground Sirloin, it tasted like a large, bland meatball with an odd texture and I'm a little disappointed I only received 1/4 of a tomato versus what looks to be a standard half. Overall, it looks like the to-go option may hold less food than the in-house counterpart. I bought the tttiinniiiessstt little piece of baklava for $1.50 for dessert and let me just say- YUM! It was flaky, the pistachios were coated in honey and it was just an overall good mouth feel. I'd come back, forsure. But I would definitely not do to-go again. read more

Always like the beef kebob. Very tasty all the time. Hummus is also delicious. I find it to be consistent which is important. Reasonably priced. Like the idea that food is fresh and I don't mind waiting a few minutes for it to be prepared. read more
