We have eaten at the Luna Grill brushy Ranch location, many times, but we've never had it delivered as we did tonight and I just have to say it was fantastic. The sliced chicken is as tender as any chicken you'll ever find and then you add a salad that we had and it makes it even better OK with a pita. They did not follow instructions and got parts of my order wrong. They also did not give me a full Chicken Kabob and very little rice on my or my wife's plate. New owners are being very cheap and are not very friendly as well. Very disappointed. This is the third and last time I will order from this location. Service sucks. read more

I generally don't rate chain restaurants, but as Luna Grill is (mostly) a San Diego local only chain, I think it is fair game. We've been eating at various Luna Grills around the county going back 20 years. They have always been good quality, if slightly generic Mediterranean food. They do play around with the cuisine a bit--the increasingly ubiquitous "bowl" is in full evidence on their menu. Is it the best of this kind of cuisine? No, but it is consistently dependable and the folks who run LG have been consistently great, both at these various locations and this one being reviewed here. For a decent meal at a pretty reasonable price, Luna Grill is a pretty good bet. read more

Thomas, during 4/25/26 shift, provided superb quality customer service to me. He was very polite, kind, super friendly and generous in providing detailed options in upbeat chit-chat as I explained my cravings and helped me come to the decision of my order in providing his recommendation with much polite tact. The kitchen staff did fantastic job as the food was served fresh and very quickly. At the time, I did not ask about pita inclusion as it typically is the case with most meal selections, and being the option I selected did not include pita, after reviving my order when I asked Thomas, he very tactfully said he forgot to disclose the pita omission in this meal selection prior to me making my choice and payment; therefore, he said he could bring so at no additional cost. He provided it very quickly and positively as well as offered sauce to go with it. He proceeded to return to ask if anything else was missing and if any extra utensils were needed or anything really at all. He was extremely attentive and provided a very welcoming and positive experience in your restaurant. I absolutely had to provide this review as a token of kindness for his warm service. read more

Tables were a bit dirty, so I had to wipe it off. Food is consistent, counter help meh standard for a chain restaurant. The Gyro Meat Plate is one of my go-to entrees from Luna Grill. I ordered takeout and it was good, but the tzatziki sauce in the container was so little; it was only filled to half of their sauce container. And that wouldn't have been enough to dip the gyro. Good thing I wasn't charged when I asked for an extra tzatziki sauce, otherwise this review wouldn't have been 4 stars LOL. Would return for a quick lunch when I'm in the area. read more
