The tuna was seared and cooked to a medium rare and served on top of a bed of vegetables. It was so fresh and delicious. We washed it down with the house sangria, which I watched the make at the bar right in front of me. So I know it was fresh and it was the best sangria I've ever had. Decor was modern and upscale. And the service was great! Our waitress was kind and patient with my terrible Spanish and our food came out quick. This place was definitely more expensive than your typical food in Mexico, but Guanajuato is a tourist town, so it was expected. It was also not expensive compared to American dinner prices. It was about 900 pesos for us all to eat and have drinks, which is about 55 American dollars! Overall, I definitely recommend stopping here for dinner any night you're here!

My partner and I were both hankering for pizza, so we took a risk. Is there good pizza in GTO? The answer is a definitive yes. I got their signature pizza. Except for the pistachios, which I love but we're a tad weird on a pizza, it was amazing. I'm not usually a thin crust lover, but it was perfectly done. My partner gambled on a pepperoni pizza. It wasn't pink! It seems like much pepperoni in this region is some strange pink substance, but not here. True tasty Italian pepperoni.
