Great Filipino resto in Killeen. Try their cassava suman. Needs to use palabok noodles, not bihon noodles for palabok.

Very disappointed today, and I just ordered through DoorDash a few days ago since I like their BBQ…read morepork on the stick. Anyways, I decided to order a whole order for BBQ on the sticks today and only received one BBQ for $16.00. And my Pompano fish was replaced for Tilapia since they were out of stock. But what I received was milkfish. And it was so dry and when I picked it up it was little tiny pieces. It was like a reheated fish on the skillet and burnt into pieces. The pancit was ok. The was very hungry but lost my appetite after receiving my order. My receipt wasn't even taped on my order. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but in some cases you have too. I called the business and a gentleman answered the phone and he stated he wasn't at the restaurant. He sounded kind and suggested I ask refund from DoorDash, and I told him it's ok since I did received some food. But not the amount I paid for. I told him to tell Sarah she owes me some BBQ. I told him that I plan on visiting their restaurant. Anyways, they also relocated on Ft Hood St. I noticed their old location is now occupied by Strike out wings. I really do love Sarah's BBQ and they are kind. I just hope that they do a better service for deliveries and double check the order before DoorDash pick up.

We had a party there some of the foos was missing on the pre pared sets but they worked quickly to fix it. No for the food taste is good. Food is fresh and cooked well. I had the kara kara and it was good. Cucumber salad was good also. Just a note if you at in cash bring the right change not always able to give you change back . Took a star off for that .

One of the lookers he was using to keep his door open got out closing the door and we saw this my children and I and tried to help. He sees us and snaps asking "WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY TRUCK!!!" I politely answered the cooler removed and we were trying to out it back, didn't say anything. My husband bought lumpia's from here which you can taste the oil was old it actually gave me a stomach ache as well as made my husbands stomach turn. He then overcharged us for the jarrito $4 for a small bottle when the other truck charged us $2 for a bigger bottle. Whatever I thought we're here to support. But not once did he try to check us out or get to know us like all the other vendors did. Mind you we were a small table selling watermelon drinks and fried balls. My 12 year old son took a customer from the line which he figured was standing there for a while and they purchased. The truck owner got furious and asked my son where was I to speak about "boundaries" my son got me and he mentioned how my 12 year old son was stealing his customers and he respects the hustle but there's boundaries. He went on by saying how the last event he got his tires slashed because it got so competitive and no worries we're kool. That left a nasty taste in my mouth this was for the kids to sell, we don't sell the same thing and we were just a table while he's a good truck who's inquiring on getting another truck. We just trying to start up with our dream he's living it and he could not show an ounce of support. I'm not sure how's he still in business, it's disgusting!!!

I have bought tasteless food, I may have bought food not worth the price but I eat it anyways but this right here TRAUMATIZED me... I was disappointed, shocked, more speechless I couldn't even eat it. Like for real, spreading the meat apart doesn't even justify looking like it's worth the $15! This ain't even the portion of a cut pork belly purchased at HEB nor Walmart. But... where's the sauce for the pork belly? I'm a Pacific Islander you can't leave out the sauce for the pork Belly. This doesn't even deserve the 1 star but it is what it is. BY the way, this is the 2nd time from 2 different location that I've purchased the pork belly and was disappointed. I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt... but now it's time to spread my review.

Just received great service today, trying to do a return. The ambiance was great as well and let me…read moretell you why. I came in to do a return. I learned from one of the workers that any register can do a return, so I headed over to a random register. My cashier was Joe C. A young man who was on it! When I was up next, it was then that I could tell that he was new. I don't know what gave me that thought but what I found to be so great was how he wasn't shy to ask for help. He spoke to the woman at the register in front, "Excuse me, Ma'am?" And she turned right away to see what he needed and stepped in to help right away. She quickly walked him right through the process and he followed perfectly. Eventually, he still needed a manager to come and sign off something but I did get my refund. I got to my car and realized that he had forgot to scan one item so I was short and that's my fault. I started to get anxiety because the line started to get longer and I was feeling the pressure just a little bit. I debated about going back in to get the rest of my money and I began to drive off but then I remembered I brought all the items back so why shouldn't I get my FULL refund. I parked my car again and pushed forward to get out, grab my baby and head back in to get my $3 and some change back lol I sort of walked aimlessly back inside because I was hesitant to go to a register again and that's when I bumped into the manager, Ms. Brittany and she remembered me from earlier! Thank goodness! She came to the rescue and I never felt so good. I actually felt silly that I felt bad earlier. Anyways, I learned that the woman who helped Joe at the other register was Ms, Vanessa? Or Valerie? My apologies I forgot the name but I'm pretty sure her name started with a 'V.' Thank you Ma'am for helping him/us! Anyways, just based off this experience I had to make a review. They did such an amazing job and I am very pleased that I got my entire refund! I'd highly recommend this H-E-B. Sidenote: I always like their food here. I've bought the sushi, doughnuts and etc. you can always expect a sense of higher quality products here than other grocery stores.

Racially Profiled & Harassed by Management at H-E-B #581 Killeen, TX…read moreI'm a daily customer at the H-E-B on Trimmier Rd in Killeen and I need to share what happened to me on September 18, 2026 between 1:15pm-1:19pm at Self-Checkout 686. As I entered the store, a white male manager was behind me. I grabbed bananas like I always do and went to self-checkout. After I paid, this manager approached me with two female managers standing nearby. He accused me of stalking/harassing a female employee based on a "vague description." When I said I didn't know what he was talking about, he threatened to take my picture and insinuated I was lying. I asked him to bring the employee out to ID me so we could clear this up immediately. He couldn't tell me what description she gave. I reminded him that many Black men with dreadlocks shop here. He then admitted the complaint was that I supposedly asked a female employee out, which made her "uncomfortable." He also admitted it was NOT harassment. So I asked why I was being confronted and publicly accused if no harassment occurred. He had no answer. Major problems here: 1. Racial profiling - I was singled out as a "Black man with dreadlocks." If I asked someone out months ago and respected a "no," that's normal social behavior. It shouldn't make me an "ongoing threat" that gets me confronted after checkout. 2. No due process - The manager refused to have the complainant identify me and couldn't provide any incident details. 3. Appalling customer treatment - Threatening to photograph a paying customer and presuming I'm guilty is demeaning and intimidating. I shop at H-E-B daily and spend my money here. This experience made me feel targeted because of my race. Being social should not make me a suspect while it's considered normal for other customers. H-E-B Corporate needs to investigate this manager and the store associate involved, clarify how employee complaints about customers are handled, and explain what anti-bias training management receives. I expect assurance that customers won't be profiled over vague descriptions or non-harassing interactions. Store: H-E-B #581, Killeen TX 76542 Date/Time: 9/18/2026, 1:15-1:19pm Location: Self-Checkout 686 Manager: White male manager I've already contacted Corporate Customer Relations at customer.relations@heb.com. H-E-B, do better. Your loyal customers deserve respect, not profiling.
