I requested a woman technician because I've been here once before (male technician) with a poor experience but wanted to try this shop again. They did not even start on my nails until 6:50 and they were not that busy. Second, at 6:50 - a male technician came over to start my pedicure. My toe polish ended up being ok but it was the worst pedicure experience - no massage, rude technician, no respect for time. Third, ADA did my nails and was very rude, did not file my nails down, continued to say my nails were too short, and ultimately left my nails looking SO THICK AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally told her to STOP and that I would have to file and finish my nails at home because they were so incomplete. DO NOT GO HERE. Please see the attach photo of how my nails looked when I walked out. Very unprofessional.

So I went back the next day, and they told me they would fix the thumb for free. So, at first they couldn't find the yellow that was on my other nails, so one of the girls offered to do the nail with glitter. I asked if I do the glitter would they be able to my other thumb with glitter to match, and she said that I would have to pay for the other thumb. I was a bit confused because they are the ones who messed up on my nail and I have to pay for you to fix the other nail? Didn't make sense. Eventually she found the yellow that matched my thumb and she fixed it. So far so good I like to say overall I just don't like the service and the one messed up thumb. I also ended up getting a pedicure and they did pretty good. What I recommend? Yes. Would I pay Close attention to the work? Yes.
