She focused on my back, shoulders and neck at my request, age and injuries and hard work have taken a toll on me. She spent 2/3 of the time on those groups and it was amazing! The remainder of the hour was spent on my arms, legs and chest, and the experience left me more relaxed than I have been in years! I am a bit sore and that's expected due to the effort it took to loosen the muscles up. I will definitely return and Nichole will be the one I make the appointment with. The room was so comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxed and there was no pressure - they make sure to ask pertinent questions on the intake form so that customer comfort is the #1 priority.

And he explains what he is adjusting and why he is adjusting it.After just 2 visits I can move my neck from side to side touching my shoulders without pain or stiffness, and the pain in my lower back and hip is subsiding as well.
