Ken tried to remove "ingrown nails" that were not giving me any pain or notice. I wound up bleeding pretty good on my left big toe. He also used the dremmel to remove regular polish-I tried to stop him saying "this is just regular polish" - and I should have left right then but didn't. Now my nails are weak and breaking while my big toe got infected and I had to go to the podiatrist. Can't wait to see the dr bill. don't go here. Pay a few dollars more for a clean salon that autoclave instruments.
