(#1 Why was I not given that info when I made my appointment a week ago?) 30 minutes before the appointment they called to say that Alura had to leave so they needed to cancel my appointment. The next available appointment with Ariel isn't until 2-1/2 weeks from now. But they can get me in with Alura sooner. (#2 Alura just left me in the lurch.
