I have debated writing a review about my appointment I had there about a month ago. The first…read moreexperience I had here was good. The most recent time was not. My nail tech was falling asleep during the appointment. I had to tap him on the arm to make sure he was alright as he was trying to buff my nails in mid air. The quality of my nails were not great. I got a full set of acrylics and currently they are lifting similar to what i've had happen with press on nails - something I have NEVER had happen with salon applied nails. The shaping of my nails was not consistent across fingers and polish application was lacking in quality. You can see through my polish on all fingers (I specified I did not want to see through the nail, had reference photos and even requested an additional layer). I had the same tech both times so I am not sure what happened. I would return here to give them another shot but would decline getting my nails done again by Charlie.

The prices are unreasonable, especially for such a basic set. It also feels like customers aren't…read moretreated equally. I've never even been offered a drink, while others seem to receive different treatment. Another issue is the lack of price transparency. They don't tell you the total cost before starting the service, and by the end, there are often additional charges that weren't clearly explained and don't seem necessary. Clear pricing upfront would make for a much better customer experience.
