I do not recommend this place I asked for overlay he then cuts off pinky nail i've been going for three months so I told him just cut all the nails down then when he did a he did a regular gel over my nails he didn't even file them left old acrylic on them and put the gel on top I honestly felt like I shouldn't have been charged for the nails in the first place but I didn't want to argue with them I also added a picture of how long my nails were before he accidentally cut my nail plus this place is way too over priced.

To love this place especially Jay! He has done some amazing designs on my nails! Highly recommend.

damaged nails .... not long after the rest started to do the same

I went to go get a fill-in, and within a few hours, my nails were lifting and breaking off from being so thin and poorly done. They feel cheaply done, and when brought to the managers attention, he applied glue and sent me on my way. Three of them have come off and one is damaged which they blame me for. My fingers are less painful to where I can't get nails put on and they refuse to give me a refund. They said my nails must've been damaged before I came in but why would they put nails on a damaged base? I spent $65 on a French manicure fill that didn't last more than a few hours. I have had my nails done for years and never experienced issues like this ever.

The pink ones that we're supposedly worth 75$

Way too overpriced. The inside is beautiful don't get me wrong but it took TWO HOURS for just my nails (the white ones) I originally had asked for French tips. The nail tech proceeded to paint half of my nail white. Out of defeat I just asked for regular all white. This isn't even the problem, my friend got nails too with gel I got regular polish. The problem is it was 140$! We each got full sets, one regular polish and the other gel. I had called and asked prior how much a full set start at and they said 40$ so how did my friends nails (the pink)become 75$?. I get gel is and extra 10$. And length adds price but not 25$? It was absolutely ridiculous and not even worth it at all , the whole experience of getting my nails done was so painful

This salon is absolutely phenomenal! I got a pedicure, now hear me out. Both of my big toes were…read moresplit very low and I had anticipated needing two acrylic tips but to my surprise my master technician was able to sculpt my nails ! I wish I had took a before picture because she literally transformed my toes! Extremely professional and thorough job Hands down the best pedicure ever will definitely be coming back!!

I will never go back! The manager or owner is confrontational, and never admits wrongdoing on…read moretheir end. My pedicure and manicure polish did not dry properly. Both were messed up before I left. They quickly took the polish off of the messed up nails, and reapplied. I sat there waiting for it to dry for the second time. The manager came back over and told me they were dry, and I could go. (BTW - Pedicure had over an hour to dry while they were doing my acrylic, nail fill-in!) Within minutes of getting to my car, my thumbnail was already messed up as I put my charge card back in my purse. I immediately went back in and told her once again, my nails were not dry! She said "There's NOTHING I can do about it! At home, I bumped my little toenail in the poliship globbed right off (by now, the pedicure had been completed over two hours ago.) The OPI Infinity Shine, you used was NOT APPLIED properly! From the OPI website; Step 1: Prep your natural nails to ensure a strong adhesion. Aka, trim, file, and buff. Step 2: Apply 1 thin coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Base Coat and cap the free edge. Allow nails to dry for 1-2 minutes. Step 3: Apply 2 thin coats of any Infinite Shine shade and cap the free edge of each coat. Allow each coat to dry for 1-2 minutes. Step 4: Apply 1 coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Top Coat over nail polish, cap the free edge, then let nails dry. You did not use a base coat Infinity Shine or a top coat Infinity Shine, so it couldn't dry properly! All you did was blame me and told me there was "Nothing I can do about it!!!" If you do not intend to use the proper base coat and top coat for Infinity Shine, use OPI's nail lacquer! I use it at home all the time. It dries within 15 minutes!
