The second entree was perfectly prepared Pork Schnitzel which was enhanced by an amazing lemon cream sauce. The manager introduced himself and explained the history of the pub. The current owners have run the pub for a couple of decades and apparently the place burned down! They did a wonderful job rebuilding it! The manager recommended the fish and chips and that's what I ordered. When it came out I was floored at the size of the two filets. It also came with thinly sliced red onions and cilantro on top of the salmon, and, to my surprise, a side of mixed salad greens, as well as a citrusy green dressing. The jalapenos weren't spicy at all (no seeds other than one stray), and the corn was tasty, but I cut off the kernels so that it was easier to eat all together.
