Came here twice during my vacation, staff very friendly and helpful. I couldn't decide what my husbands size will be but 1 of the staff helped me a lot in getting the right size. Overall, I was pleased and very satisfied with the customer service I got from this branch. read more

My daughter and I stopped in after some beach time. I bought new shorts and a sports bra. They let me change in the dressing room where other stores gave us and our beach look side eye. They also gave my daughter an empty gift card as a fake credit card for our new belt bag. It was so nice to be treated decently while covered in sand. read more

Wow! I've been in this store for almost 20 minutes, with numerous employees walking past my daughter and I, not offering to assist us AT ALL! We got our own fitting room, picked out several different sizes that aren't working out. Still.... no help. We left without buying a thing. read more

I went in to exchange a pair of shorts that shrunk after the first washing. I had purchased them as a gift for a man with Parkinson's in a wheelchair who was with me. They found my purchase in the computer but refused to make a size exchange because I didn't have the tags. The "team leader" of the store told the man that it was just that he didn't like the fit. She went on to say these shorts are made for people that run and and don't want their junk swinging around. Her words...spoken to my friend in a wheelchair. We left in disgust. Great leader you have there. read more

Great store love the gear. Just disappointed in their hours. Closed on Monday & Tuesdays and the they are only open 11a-6p. There location is nice as I can go on my lunch break but the rest of the mall is open til 9/10p. The girls are great and very helpful! read more

Really happy with my visits to Lulu while in Lahaina! Help has been super friendly (but not the overly friendly kind where they won't leave you alone). I'm especially excited about the custom "Aloha" I'm having printed on my new Align pants. And the free boot camp they're hosting this Saturday. Thanks for enhancing my visit to Maui! read more

Pushy sales girls. They sell on the "you can bring it back full refund, no questions asked, if you don't like it"... should have been my red flag. I hate bringing stuff back and will suck it up before returning. Bought an Item for $100. It did not perform. Bad quality. I brought it back used only a couple of times, and cleaned of course but nevertheless the return experience was just horrible, I asked to put it back on original credit card purchased, they wanted me to get another item or size and she looked at me without "aloha". It sucked and I will probably not shop there again, Lululemon has gone downhill, I use to really like their products about 10 years ago, and sadly their best items, they no longer make. NEXT.... read more

Excellent store, it's got great inventory and is pretty big! All the gals that work there are helpful, they are great! There used to be a small closet satellite store there before this big one opened, that's why it was not open Monday and Tuesday ... they had to build out the store. The entire Wailers Village Mall is very nice. read more

We love lululemon in NYC, but our experience last night at the Whaler's Village location was extremely disappointing! My 17 year old daughter purchased two pairs of running shorts with a $48 gift card and cash. After considering how much she'd spent, 20 mins later she went to return one pair to use the money on other souvenirs. When she met back up with our group she was upset because the manager gave her a $71 gift card for her return, despite the fact she had her receipt when she returned the shorts. I went back to the store. After finally figuring out who did the return, I was told the manager was out. I asked when she'd return. Ten minutes I was told. So I waited the 10 minutes. The manager said she did the return and saw on the receipt it said gift card so she issued the entire amount of the return as a gift card. I said she only had a $48 card, the rest was cash. The manager apologized but said since she already issued a gift card there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that it was her carelessness for not reviewing the receipt accurately. She said once a gift card is issued, there's nothing she can do. I was very disappointed with the lack of attention paid while my daughter was doing the transaction. I feel like she was taken advantage of as a teen. Please be sure your transactions are done properly and keep your receipts- even though in our case it didn't help!!!! read more

Came here to get my husband his first pair of lulus and get him hooked. I was walking around the store and felt a male worker following me all around and watching me the whole time. I've never felt so discriminated upon and even feel upset to have to write this review. Regardless, my husband seems excited to wear his new clothes. read more

Terrible experience. All of the workers have strange quirks that don't make shopping fun, nor would you want to return to this specific location. The older white lady who works there comes across as neurotic- literally. Pushing you to try things on and asking you every 5 seconds if you need help. If you touch a single garment and she sees you- you can guarantee she's going to approach you about it. No one likes to shop like that. Way too much pressure and just plain awkward. Also, she was talking shit about my family and I behind our backs. I just so happened to overhear her because she didn't see me shopping the sale directly behind her. Shame on you. Talk shit in the back stockroom- not on the floor. Pretty sure the manager is a tall, lengthy, short brown haired, hapa woman who was BEYOND rude. My mom tried talking to this woman about her leggings and her sweatshirt on two different occasions and she just blew her off. My mom MOST DEFINITELY would have purchased her entire outfit she had on had she not been so damn rude and short with her! We drove an hour to come to this location because they do screen printing of the "hawaii exclusive" stuff but what a waste. If you want to shop Lululemon PLEASE SHOP at the Wailea location. The women there are SO sweet, SO accommodating and just overall friendly. We spent over $600 at the Kaanapali location and I wish we hadn't. That store didn't deserve that sale AT ALL. When you're spending that much money on workout clothes- the experience should be enjoyable! Right?! AND the custom shorts I ordered were printed completely wrong which slightly feels intentional. We marked the areas of our clothes with tape of where we wanted our "hawaii exclusive" logos to go and it looks terrible. It's not even the direction we placed the tape. Again, slightly feels intentional. Don't shop here. Go to the Wailea location- you'll be more appreciated. And you won't feel like your wasting your money with rude people who shouldn't work in customer service. read more

Lululemon is an awesome store! However this location in particular is terrible! There is barely any variety in sizes and not to mention it is pretty dark in the store. Also, their customer service is terrible! I never had a chance to get this woman's name but she was super rude and racist. She would elevator eye every single customer in the store and make a dirty look to each one of them. When I asked to try something on she looked at me rudely and smiled when a new customer entered and suddenly became friendly. So I finally chose what I wanted and had my cash out readily. Then I reach the register, and the same lady says "Umm we don't take cash, because it's a Showroom." So I had to use my card. Worst lululemon experience ever, the company should really pick out the friendlier employees and state whether or not they accept cash. Absolutely ridiculous. The one star was for the shirt I purchased, I love the products not the service. read more

This is a factory store so the selection is very limited. That said, the service is lovely. Be sure to find Kelly if you head in to the store--she's a delight! read more

First of all I love Lululemon; I've shopped in many different shops across the US and this is my first bad experience. At all the shops I've in I'm always greeted with a friendly hello but I have never been treated like the way I did when I went to this shop. Long story short, my shopping experience started out like any other (browsing), no one asked me if I needed any help or anything like they did the other customers. Then decided to try in a few things. The worker who helps getting you into the dressing room was really nice at first, then I tried on a few thing and didn't like how the items looked on me so I ended up deciding that I didn't want anything. As I walked out of the dressing room she asked how was every thing? I said I wasn't pleased with how everything looked on me today, she give me this disgusted look and said under her breath "I wouldn't either"...... really? I don't think that was necessary and I know I wasn't hearing things. I would like to go back into this particular shop in the future; I just hope it'll be a better experience. I hate to attribute the way I was treated to being a local but the feeling of their bias against locals was clearly shown at this store. The only people that got a "can I help you with anything?" was clearly visiting. I would of given zero stars if I could. NO ALOHA given here at all. With all that said, corporate really need to retrain these team members on the proper way to treat a customer. read more

I was less than impressed with this store. Their hours are honestly ridiculous and when they were finally open and I went in the workers were so rude. No one greeted us and when I said hello to the male worker he very rudely said hello but made it obvious I was bothering him (although he was just standing there looking at his nails). I was going to make a purchase but because of how rude the employees were I left without purchasing a thing and will certainly never go back. Way to go turning away paying customers read more

I had a wonderful experience at the Lululemon in Maui. I am a lifelong customer, and I found this small store to be intimate and lovely. The people that work there are great, and we had wonderful conversation and a lot of fun. Kimberly was knowledgable and friendly, and we shared a mutual love for many items in the store. It is a smaller shop, so don't think you will find everything you see mainland or online, but know that the quality and courtesy are above and beyond. read more

Today I stopped by this Lululemon because I was doing some shopping nearby my hotel. All the girls there were very nice and overall, the service was amazing! I walked out with some new shorts that I am very pleased with. Great experience! read more

I stopped by here today to get an outfit. I have a very pleasant visit. The store is small with limited selection because it only meant as trunk selection. Hopefully, it will expand to a bigger store with better selection. read more

The store was going through a remodel, so it looks more like a showroom store. The ladies who greeted me were very helpful and friendly. My hubby picked up a few items the first time we were in the store and I returned the next day to purchase a few items for myself and sister. Overall, I had a great experience at this store. Thanks to the ladies who were very helpful, I went with their suggestions and bought two pairs of the align pant which are very comfortable for everyday wear. read more

A lot has changed since the last few people left reviews... This place is great! The grungy middle schooler in me loved the hoodies with thumb holes in them, and they have plenty! Not to mention the yoga pants with the mesh at the bottom, that give me the perfectly sculpted muscles that make it look like I do Pilates! Great selection, Super friendly staff! read more

After braving the construction that is Whaler's Village and finally catching them open (FYI, the business hours at this store are wild, open 11-6, closed Mon/Tues...but I say good for them!) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the gals at this Lulu are wonderful...really know their stuff, spread the aloha, and helped me find some awesome pants! The store is small and doesn't seem to be built out in typical Lulu fashion, but still has decent selection - I wonder if they're maybe moving to a new space? None-the-less, I was super impressed with my shopping experience and I'm thrilled to give them 5 stars. read more

Stayed near Whaler's Village for vacation and had an issue with my Lululemon leggings. Kawehi was so kind and helpful to both my husband and myself. He and the store manager made our day! Wish this was the Lulu in my neck of the woods! Will definitely visit this store on our next Maui vacation! read more

so it took me an hour to find this store. its hiding on the third level. store must be brand new since half of it is closed off. merchandise is extremely minimal, not that great. and i have no idea why the store closes at 6 when the center is open til 10. not worth it. read more

Super limited inventory, weird hours...and if you're a size 6....don't bother--it's not available there. Sales staff super helpful and friendly but this is not their best location. Too bad it's the only one on Maui! read more

The store has nice yoga clothing but does not take cash. If I can only use a credit card I will search the net for a better deal online.

As a Canadian, I was pumped to find a Lululemon on Maui. But, as a Canadian, I am used to a certain level of customer service from the staff, and a much better selection of items and sizes. The staff said hello and goodbye, but never offered to assist while I was in the store. The hours are awful as well, we had to make two trips to the mall to get to the store on a day they were open. If sales aren't going well, and they have to be closed a couple days of the week, maybe they should just close up shop. read more

My teenaged daughter and I shopped here in late June of 2016 and both salespeople were unhelpful and rude. We waited a long time for a fitting room, and then the salesperson never called my daughter's name and erased her name from the list, filling up the fitting rooms with other people. This lady was particularly rude, initially just staring at us and not even greeting us or asking if we'd like to try anything on. My daughter decided to leave without trying anything on. I spoke to the cashier on the way out and told her we were leaving because we did not receive good service. She played dumb, then said they called our name, but we were right in the store and they made little to no effort to notify us. They had also been nonchalant before that when we asked a question while browsing. We've been to several other Lululemon stores and never experienced such rude behavior. Lululemon needs to provide remedial employee training at this location. read more
