Friendliness of staff is seriously lacking. Lululemon stores have a reputation of being very unwelcoming and unfriendly but wow! I just thought it was a rumor, well... the rumor is true. Back to Athleta I go. read more

I came in twice to scope out my newest purchase. After hearing so much about the comfort of these clothes, wanting them for years, and finally clearing out my closet... I decided to do it! I tried on the Commission Pant Slim, which, as it happens, are the perfect leg length for me. That being said, they offer a free hem service with any pants that you purchase, in case you need to adjust the length. During my first round through, Beka helped me out and was AMAZING, being personable, helpful, and pleasant to be around. I didn't get anything this time around but I knew they were on my radar. I was going to wait and see if I could swing a discount from some friends in Calgary who could ship it back here but a few days later, I got impatient and walked back into this location to just get a dang pair. Beka was working again and I actually witnessed her going to all sorts of lengths to help someone out; a mom was shopping for her son and Beka was on the phone with him, making sure that everything was to his liking. What a star! I knew what I wanted so I came in, tried the pair back on to make sure it was the same as I had before, and then head back over to the counter. I was happy to have the process be as simple as it was, but when I got to the counter, the fellow working seemed to want nothing to do with me. I understand that my humour may be a bit corny and possibly not his cup of tea, but at least smiling and offering a bit of conversation would be appreciated, when I'm dropping $150 on a pair of pants. So it seems like some of the team here is fantastic, while some others could use a bit of a reminder that they are customer-facing representatives! All in all, I'm extremely happy with the pants and my experience was pretty dang good. Yes, their products are overpriced and you pay for the brand, but I have to say I REALLY do love the feel of them. read more

Lululemon, I have heard everything ranging from rave reviews about the quality and comfort of your clothes to bitter laments at your prices and how quickly the clothes wear out. But I can't even decide for myself. Why? Because I'm a size 18, and none of your clothes fit me. You don't carry plus sizes. Your entire business model, advertising and approach claims to be health-centric and aimed at the betterment of our physical, spiritual health as human beings. You are a FITNESS business, and yet with your sizing you ensure that you are alienating, excluding and neglecting the portion of the populace that might actually (arguably) need and benefit most from your products. And aside from being offensive and disappointing, that's also incredibly short-sighted. I have money. I work out. I buy exercise clothes with some frequency. Just not from you. I hope to see this remedied, but I doubt it. read more

Lulu may have lost some of the original spirit but they still are making the best yoga pants! They fit perfectly and holds everything in place. This store is a gem with super friendly and happy staff. I always feel at home when I go there! read more

Had a pair of pants that blew a belt loop last year and they replaced the whole pair. Wonderful. Bought a new pair of Commission pants this year and the seam on the zipper blew out. The clerk at the store said they would try and repair them but first I had to take them home and wash them. Now I have to return to the store and pay for parking (again) and then return a third time to pick them up! Terrible customer service... The consistency is clearly lacking on the return policy. Clearly they did not perform to my expectations, yet they would not take them back as promised on he website. read more

I am a fan of Lululemon clothing, especially the newer technical running wear. I do find it a little pricey for casual clothing but when I compare the technical gear to items at other places the fit and the quality of Lululemon is better than other brands. I do have to say that the staff at this branch is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and attentive, without seeming overbearing or insincere. read more

Came in on a cruise at 6:30p and literally ran to this Lulu in hopes to purchase some crops. By the time I found the store they were closed. Such a bummer... the awesome girls working saw my extreme disappointment of not making it on time and let me come in real quick to make my purchase! Regardless of price these girls are FABULOUS and would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store with such wonderful and kind customer service!! read more

The review on hear that lisa d left is hi-larious. She "injured her arm" reaching for a water bottle ? She got a Drs note? Lol & couldn't understand why no one was taking her seriously. Wow I'm glad I don't work in customer service. Max stars just to offset her shitty review. read more

I have found all my lulu picks to be excellent quality. Their clothing lasts me for years and have found no other business in this category that can touch them. They are starting to bring in larger sizes, that was my main beef I am a 10 and now they have up to 12. I would like to see more of their reversible skirts and tops that are suited to dancing, items they sold in their sister store that is now a children's store. read more

why is it that I get a different story about the care of my Lulu clothing? I buy a hoodie...the lady tells me its very durable and can be washed and dried...i do so...lose the zipper tab on my hoodie. talk to the lady in the store and she asked me if I washed in a washer...I won't even talk about the lighter than air undies you sell...no empathy for the ppl who drop hundreds in your store. Get your story straight Lulu of Victoria. The old business acumen that the customer is always right is not one of your mantra's! Im not surprised that Lulu is being sued...they just don't care about the paying customer. Almighty greed is the only language you speak. read more

I don't wear the clothes, but my two daughters do. I'm glad that I didn't complain when they asked for my phone number because I am terrible with receipts so they keep it in the system. I had an issue with the quality of one of the pants and NOT A PROBLEM with them at all! They back their stuff. read more

I love their merchandise but the prices are through the roof amd the quality has went down over the last few years. They need to have more sizes than just up to 12??? read more

They NEVER pick up their phone. I find this extremely frustrating and super unhelpful, especially when I don't live in Victoria.

Well I must say that if I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service I got today was horrible. I simply needed to exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size. I have the sales slip and told the girl I was speaking with I have worn them a few times. She said it should be fine as long as you got the sale slip and they are able to be re sold. Out of my only day off I went down there. Only to have her tell me she can't do anything about the matter. She didnt even look them over. Then she suggested I see a tailor to put a draw string in. I was not impressed she has wasted my time to come all the way down there. She then even told me the girl that was helping me told her she tried to talk me into buying a smaller pair. BS No one helped me except into the change room. So now she is trying to make me look dumb in her own way. I was so angry I just left. All in all the customer service compared to the stores when I lived in Vancouver is horrible. read more

they take their customers for granted!!!! the Lululemon backpack, injured my arm, from twisting it in a odd way to get my water bottle (from the side pockets). it is the back pack, that has a plaid looking design with a cool type of fabric. it is designed poorly, and when i went to resolutions (with a written doctors note documenting the issue) it was a dog and pony show. Extremely unprofessional, from Chelsea, to Gavin and then Sarah did not know what end is up. In addition, they avoided my calls, and they clearly did not take this seriously. With the new ceo t.aking over you would think he would have hired top notch teams, to represent the brand. Obviously not.. . my arm is clearly in pain and all they wanted to do was to give me my money back??? Are they kidding?? . i would love to hear if anyone else has the same issue. next i will let the new ceo know about the flaw in design as well as his joke of a team. Lululemon has gone way down in quality control! Mr. Potdevin, will be hearing from me...and then some... read more

I came to this location looking to spend a fair amount of money for a few new items. I was waiting to speak to a staff member who was busy and she overlooked me several times to ask other customers if they needed help. I ended up trying a pair of pants but I didn't like the fit. I told the staff at the dressing room I didn't like them and she took them said " have a nice day" and walked away. Not one staff member offered to help me. read more

I was shocked by the poor quality of the material. I have tonnes of pants of this material and used to shop at lulu. Lately i have found that the pants pill really quickly, even with washing them correctly. At the really high prices that they charge i expect a certain quality, but sadly that has been lacking in the past year or so. I would spend the money if the quality was there, but it is not. read more
