Insults during the ride to Doc's Auto Body in Haverstraw were nothing compared to the realization after I was safely in Kingston that he had charged me $20 more than stated on the invoice. The total is $201 just for the tow. Three phone calls failed to correct this mistake. I am 82 but even a youngster shouldn't be subjected to this mistreatment. I provided all new parts to use for the job specifically stating not to reuse old hardware. and he didn't listen to a word I said . he did half the job using all the 20 year old gaskets and hardware. do not take your car here.
