The other watch needed a battery change. They changed it, made the watch water resistant and polished/refreshed it at no charge. The other watch needed a band removed. Point being, I found Russ to be an honest, upfront individual, who is passionate about his profession and watch collecting in general. When I picked it up, I cried. The team didn't just do the work, they treated it like it mattered, because they understood that it did. That's not something you can fake, and it's not something every jeweler knows how to do. They also helped me pick out a wedding band, which somehow felt less like shopping and more like sitting with people who genuinely wanted me to find the right one. No pressure, no pushing, just honest expertise. And when I needed a watch appraised, Brett Fuenfer took the time to walk me through everything. His knowledge is the kind you only get from someone who deeply loves the craft, and the care he brings shows in every interaction. To Brett and the entire Fuenfer team, thank you. You turned three separate visits into moments I won't forget.

I've been going here for many many years. I enjoy talking to the owner. He's a very nice man. But I…read morenotice the last few years the prices are just very very high. The last year I brought my second wedding ring in to get fixed , a few days later, it broke. He decided that it could not be fixed so then we decided to make it into a charm. Then we had to put it on a sterling silver necklace, which was way too expensive. That was kind of a shit show ,the whole process. My other engagement ring needed to be fixed and when I showed it to him, he said it was fine but it's not. There is a crack in it. I think the biggest issue that really made me mad was there was a bracelet in the vintage section. It was pretty. Silver hearts held together by thin bands. I asked how much it was. He said 100 bucks. I,I Knew it was too much. But I have a spending issue when it comes to jewelry . He would not go down on price even though I've been a great customer for so many years. It was a little different so I decided to buy it. Two days later, it got hooked on something and broke. I was mortified. Three days later, I went into a resale shop, and I saw the exact same bracelet for five bucks. Did he scam me? Idk. I guess I think of all the money I spent in this place and it makes me angry. I won't ever go back.
