To make matters worse, he also commented that he "liked my jeans," which felt very inappropriate. I only have one day off and could have gone elsewhere for the repair. This was disappointing, especially given the store's good reputation.

I've been going here for many many years. I enjoy talking to the owner. He's a very nice man. But I…read morenotice the last few years the prices are just very very high. The last year I brought my second wedding ring in to get fixed , a few days later, it broke. He decided that it could not be fixed so then we decided to make it into a charm. Then we had to put it on a sterling silver necklace, which was way too expensive. That was kind of a shit show ,the whole process. My other engagement ring needed to be fixed and when I showed it to him, he said it was fine but it's not. There is a crack in it. I think the biggest issue that really made me mad was there was a bracelet in the vintage section. It was pretty. Silver hearts held together by thin bands. I asked how much it was. He said 100 bucks. I,I Knew it was too much. But I have a spending issue when it comes to jewelry . He would not go down on price even though I've been a great customer for so many years. It was a little different so I decided to buy it. Two days later, it got hooked on something and broke. I was mortified. Three days later, I went into a resale shop, and I saw the exact same bracelet for five bucks. Did he scam me? Idk. I guess I think of all the money I spent in this place and it makes me angry. I won't ever go back.

We have already replaced one ring so I was not going to risk replacing another! Upon walking in, staff was quick to welcome us. Both jewelers were with another client but we didn't wait long before being serviced. She quickly sized his hand and was sure to be accurate. She also gave us suggestions which was very helpful in deciding. I want to say it was a one week turnaround time- two max? And it cost us less than $70 for a simple gold band resize. Can't beat that with great and quick service! My only regret is not bringing my wedding ring and bands for a complimentary cleaning but now I have an excuse to shop haha.

Gurl was I impressed by the stock! There is plenty to go through where it can get overwhelming. I would take your time being here due to the seemingly limitless supply of fun and unique items. Their clothing and accessories are expertly curated, fun and fashionable. Most items price around the 20-30s with some items going for more or less than that. I was able to find a cute brooch, a pearl necklace, a scarf and colorful beaded bib necklace for under $100. Parking is shared within a small strip mall and you'll need to ring the doorbell for entry. The owner Jules is a doll and greeted me at the entrance. She recognized that this was my first visit and she helped me navigate through the store. She also found expert sales associates to assist in finding particular items. You are given a small plastic dish to place items in and when you're ready to get rung up, take the dish to the counter and they will bag/box your items for you. Hours of operation are a little odd however I've attached pictures of their current hours. Call ahead before going to make sure they are open.
