We made our way to the Tudor area and I looked at the Black Bay Chrono which was impressive. After trying this on and feeling the watch, I have quickly added to my list of a future watch to purchase. I love the fact the staff is nice and answered all of our questions. They were not trying us to convince us to make a purchase. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available. When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind gesture and I ended up coming back to buy a new watch from them. Lambrecht's is a great family-owned business.
