It was a little annoying since it's at least a 20 minute drive to my house. I stopped by a third time when in the area and the third time was the charm because it was ready for me. While I was going through my dad's "treasures" after he passed away, I found an old Tudor watch…read morethat had apparently been given to him by my grandfather. It was his 25th anniversary gift from the company he worked for. I decided to bring it into Lambrecht's to have them estimate what it would cost to have it repaired. After a day or two, I received a phone call from them and was told that unfortunately, their watchmaker had determined that it needed a part that was no longer available. When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge. I was very impressed with this kind gesture and I ended up coming back to buy a new watch from them. Lambrecht's is a great family-owned business.
