There is something to be said about a family owned business. The service is beyond what any chain store can offer. The quality of the jewelry is superb and the selection wide. My wife and I brought our wedding rings, necklaces and watches here. We have no regrets about continuing to buy high quality and beautiful pieces here. Arman stands by us and we stand by them. My husband and I have purchased four rings from Arman Jewelers over the last 4 years. The first was a gorgeous ruby ring with delicate diamonds. It was the first piece of jewelry my husband ever gave me, back before we got married. After having such a good experience buying that first ring (plus free ring cleaning and amazing customer service), my husband decided to buy my engagement ring here. They took an old family heirloom black diamond and set it in the most AMAZING platinum band surrounded by small diamonds. I obviously said "yes" to my man and that ring. We then got our wedding bands from Arman, and again, the service we received was SUPERB. Always free ring cleaning, always friendly service. Two weeks ago, I was in an apartment building fire. A neighbor passed out while cooking and hit their head. In my attempt to smash their door down to get them out of the unit, I badly damaged both my engagement ring and wedding band. I lost three diamonds in total, and both bands were bent to the point of breaking. Although I was glad everyone in the situation was safe, I was very upset about my damaged, broken rings. We expected the repairs to take weeks and cost hundreds of dollars. Arman Jewelers not only fixed the rings in less than two weeks, but they also charged us a shocking amount. I'm still in tears over their generosity. They thanked my family for saving lives, and charged us $50 for everything. Purchase your jewelry from here. Not only will you get a STUNNING piece, but this family jewelry shop treats their customers like FAMILY. Yes, they are a business and the prices of their pieces reflect the quality. But unlike any other jewelry shop I've ever experienced, Arman Jewelers genuinely cares for their customers. My family will never purchase jewelry from anywhere else. We will forever be grateful for the outstanding service and kindness we receive. Thank you thank you thank you. read more

Once again thank you Arman Jewlers for making our experience exceptional! Thank you Ray for helping my fiance and I pick out such amazing crosses for our engagement. Not only did he help us but he was very patient with us. He wasn't frustrated at all and he was helping us with multiple decisions and giving us multiple options. The service is always above and beyond for their customers! read more

I definitely agree with previous review post on family own businesses! The type of service you get is unmatchable and I always make a point to give my business to these type of folks. Haven't been here since I moved to the south a few years back but the service is still excellent! I've been coming here previously for years for my watches and battery replacement. I'm always met with a kind greeting and friendly faces and service is always impeccable. They are always so patient and take their time with watch adjustments. Yesterday while I was getting my watch links taken out I was perusing and found a lovely cuff that I decided to purchase. Definitely quality work! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends. read more

I really like this jeweler. Their customer service can't be beat. They install watch batteries and repair jewelry. They are connected with the jeweler, Abe & Co., next door so they offer a great merchandise selection. read more

I really like this jewelry store. There is one man that works there that always greets me when I walk in, is extremely helpful, and doesn't act as if I can't afford the things he's selling. I hate when jewelry stores do that. I've bought a ring there before and they always offer to clean it when I'm at the mall. I always get compliments on the ring as well. My mom purchased it as a gift when I turned 21 and she bargained with them until she felt the price was right. They were extremely friendly and didn't just turn her away when she asked for a lower price. Yesterday I stopped by to look for an earring back that I had lost a year ago. I had already checked four jewelry stores and nothing! They did their best to help me and finally found one that fit. I probably got ripped off for it, but it was worth it after the struggle of finding one that fit. read more

Top notch service for engraving, watch batteries, etc. they did a beautiful monogram engraving for my sons signet ring and can do just about any design on their laser engraving tool. Really nice folks and very reasonable prices, highly recommended read more

It has been three weeks since I picked up my broken necklace - and it just broke again last night - in the same place they had fixed it. Great! Thanks for nothing! read more

Great guys who are fair and honest. The quality, integrity and honesty from this family is amazing. My mother, aunts and other cousins have shopped with these guys for awhile. They go above and beyond! You do not need to purchase from store, if you need anything custom they can make it happen... pricing is awesome. You chose quality, size and color. read more

If you frequent shady neighborhoods and have bad taste in jewelry look no further. These shady cats seem to have the market cornered on gaudy product. I had gone their because they had cleaned my sister's ring but I just wasn't buying the swarthy guy's 'gab'. He was trying to get me to buy what he was selling and I might have gone for a 25 cent ring but I'll go elsewhere on second thought. read more

My fiancé and I recently were in the market to purchase an engagement ring. I walked into Arman Jewelers and was helped by Ray. Now I will say he was very good salesman. He was very nice to us and made us feel comfortable. I was indecisive picking out a ring because I didn't find anything already made that was what I was looking for. So I found 2 different rings and I liked the band on one and the stone on the other. So Ray told us he could customize the ring and make it exactly what I was looking for. With that being said we talked pricing and we agreed on a price. They said they would call us in a week or two. Right before the second week came by they called my fiancé and told him that the ring was ready, but it wasn't exactly what they promised to make. Ray told us to come in and look at the ring because they didn't have the carat size I wanted for my center stone. He failed to mention the clarity was different. The next day we went in and he showed us the ring. Although the center stone carat was smaller it was still stunning and I loved the ring. I was told that the stones on the band and the center stone were of high quality on the clarity rating scale, and that they all matched and were suppose to be VS. my fiancé purchased the ring for me. I later went to a couple of different jewelers just to make sure I wasn't ripped off. Granted it was my fault I didn't get everything in writing before purchasing. Any who I was basically told the ring was worthless from one jeweler and the other who is a close friend of the family told me they wouldn't have sold it to me that high of a price because it wasn't worth that much. They also told me that the quality of the ring wasn't what I thought I bought. (This is particularly for the center stone, the small stones on the band were VS, but center was SI) I was very frustrated because it was suppose to be a very exciting time in my life, but instead I felt ripped off. I then went back to Arman Jewelers and spoke to the owner and I asked for my ring to be certified and they said they don't certify rings at that store. I asked for my appraisal and they said they already gave me one, but I never got anything. Now I am upset at the fact that I was lied to and I felt completely cheated. They brought me a new stone which was of middle quality and they tried to make me pay 500 more dollars for it. Granted they did certify this particular stone for me (although they told me they don't do that). If I already feel cheated why on earth would you try to take more money from us. That blows my mind.. what makes you think I want to spend another cent there!? Ray was giggling and tried to argue with me about the ring. How unprofessional is it for you to laugh at someone who is upset ? And to argue with me is one thing.. I understand trying to defend yourself, but I can't stand a liar. Bottom line I was lied to so I would purchase and then I was told another story. I had to keep the ring I originally purchased because they wouldn't refund me and I am very unhappy with it knowing that it's not what I thought my fiancé was paying for. I expected them to fix the problem with out making us pay more when we were already cheated in the first place. If a customer is unhappy about something they purchase you can't just say "pay more or I can't help you". That is just ridiculous! I won't be returning and I do not recommend them to anyone unless you get everything you discussed in writing, because they will lie and overcharge you and make you think you're paying for something better than what you actually get! It sucks to have such a horrible experience when it's suppose to be the happiest time of your life! Arman Jewelers do better next time..! A tip for first time buyers. Do your research don't rush and read reviews. And most definitely make sure your ring is certified and you have all the info in writing before you buy. I won't be making this mistake again. read more

I had two watches that needed their batteries changed, and a necklace that needed to be fixed. A friend was chauffeuring me around, and needed to stop by the mall in Lincolnwood. I stopped in a small shop that advertised jewelry repair on site. They were fantastic. They cleaned, repaired, changed batteries and finished everything within 15 minutes, and charged me less than $25.00. I would highly recommend them. Cheap, quick, and well done! Who could ask for more! Thanks Arman Jewelers! read more

I have had 2 pairs of nice metal framed eyeglasses for about 15 years which break about once every 2 years. I haven't been able to find a similar size/style since then. The Arman folks specialize in very fine brazing that holds up very well, and I have been able to reuse my frames many times over when otherwise would have to throw them away. Highly recommended! read more

Initial interaction was a phone call to see if they provide the service I need. Ray answered the phone and was extremely polite and helpful. A few minutes later, I entered the store with a pendant to be repaired. Mounir greeted me, looked over the pendant, provided a quote and had the repair done perfectly, in just a few minutes. I wore the pendant the next day and the repaired stones looked great and stayed in perfectly. I'm going back next week with more jewelry, since I had such a great experience. Very personable, professional! They do good work at good rates! read more

Don't buy from this jeweller. They are not legit. They sell fake jewelries that are not worth what you pay for. They will also transact under the table not giving receipt but instead putting your payment in their pockets saying that they gave you great discount. So disgusting having gone to this place!!! read more

Second level, Lincolnwood Town Center, you will find a great place for fun and sparkly jewelry and watches, and also a great jewelry and watch repair. An acquaintance, Ruth, advised me to go there to get my watch battery replaced. Battery replaced, minor adjustments made in a matter of minutes, and at a very fair price. They were knowledgeable and personable and I was glad to have been referred there. read more

I highly recommend this jewelers. They were so very patient and generous in dealing with my 88 year old mother who needed an adjustment on her watchband. I much prefer an independent store, rather than one of the chain locations that you find in every mall. I feel like you get better service. That is certainly the case with Arman Jewelers. I will definitely return for any purchases or repairs I need in the future. read more

The jewelry repair sign initially brought me into the store. While my earring was being repaired I took the opportunity to look around. The jewelry was simply beautiful...unique, diverse and the prices seemed less than its competition. The salesmen were pleasant, accommodating, with no pressure to buy. My earring was repaired for a very reasonable fee but the best thing is that now I know where to make any future jewelry purchases. read more

I just bought a brand new Skagen Classic with diamonds and needed links taken out the jeweler I usually go to in Naperville closed. I work in Chicago and asked a co-worker where to go around there and she sent me to ARMAN'S. WOW WOW WOW I had 2 links removed and it cost 5.00!!!!!!! And it took 2 minutes. I am taking all my watches back including all my Movados and Skagens. They are honest, reputable, have great sales, and very trustworthy!!!!! Can't wait to go back again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I can trust them with my eyes closed. That is what you want in a jeweler. They are the most honest and trusted people. I have been their customer and consider them as a family since I know them for the last 12 years. Though I not much into jewelry, all my repairs and most of my watches come from Arman Jewelers. read more
