Today my arm fell off in the middle of 47th and St Charles I called Villalobos and the police showed up The police offer asked first if I was okay and than preceded to ask is I had a tow. She said there is a local company with a red truck If not I had 15 minutes before she had to two and it would be a steep price. 5 minutes from our conversation The Red truck arrived. We set another appointment, then he asked to move that one too due to another commitment. I agreed and even sent him notes about the car to help. After that, he missed the 3rd rescheduled appointment. Multiple reschedules and then total ghosting. Would not recommend and extremely frustrating.
