These guys took the stress of leaving our car behind and not knowing what would happen and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. We will be forever indebted to Dixon's and the kindness they showed.

I have been treated as family from the minute I walked in the door and have never had issues with their work. Their prices are fair and the work is solid. Consider this a recommendation. Another shop near my work thought it was pressure plate or slave cylinder ($5-600) but the tech at Keck fixed it in 30 minutes. About $50. If that's not honest, I don't know what is.

From the moment they answer the phone with "How can I serve you?", you can tell customer service is at the heart of what they do. The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. It's hard to find an auto shop you can fully trust these days, but Christian Brothers has absolutely earned ours.

Ted's Automatic Transmission: A Five-Star Experience…read more Ted's Automatic Transmission of Raleigh truly deserves a five-star rating. When the transmission in my 2015 GMC began slipping just four years and 77,000 miles after the dealership had installed it, I was sick to my stomach. The dealership quoted me over $7,000 to rebuild the transmission .... again. During a recent job transporting aftermarket torque converters for GEM Logistics, I asked around for a reliable transmission mechanic. Nate at GEM Logistics immediately recommended Ted's Transmission and told me to "Ask for Marvin." I called Marvin at Ted's Automatic Transmission, and after a brief conversation, he suggested I bring my truck in for a closer look. Upon arriving at the shop, I was impressed by the beautiful facility and the friendly atmosphere. Marvin's straightforward approach and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease as he conducted a preliminary evaluation based on my information. Marvin and his team went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Not only did they rebuild my transmission in less than 48 hours, but their pricing was extremely affordable. The entire process was smooth and worry-free, thanks to their professionalism and expertise. I am deeply thankful to Marvin and the entire team at Ted's Automatic Transmission for their outstanding service. Thank you, Marvin, and kudos to everyone at Ted's Automatic Transmission!

I then took the car in last week to do the work. Got the car back and the problem is STILL there..... and suddenly my car drives heavier, like a truck and is heavy on gas. It was not like this before. I took it back today .... and the guy says....oh, seems they changed the routers and break pads on the BACK wheels in stead of the FRONT WHEELS, as I was quoted for. And..... politely informed me that they didn't cause the fact that my car handles completely different since I left them last week. So.... I asked him, seeing that you DID NOT change the routers and break pads in the front, as they were supposed to and admits that they did it in the back in stead of the front wheels. I told them to undo what ever they did and give me my money back so I can take my car to a different place. To which is I was given a snide patronizing NO. And apparently because his poor ego cant handle a WOMAN disagreeing with him about her car, and my voice was on the same loudness as his, I was asked to leave. What a load of BS. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They have no honor! $600 and 5 hours of my life GONE and nothing to show for it except MORE issues!
