Customer service Very friendly people answer the phone, promise to get back to you and goes into a black hole. If it wasn't for the hall saving the day (we had an amazing wedding) this would be a disaster.

Seriously great food! Stopped in on Memorial Day weekend with my boyfriend around 7 pm and while…read morethere were many in the dining room, we were immediately seated. Our server, Erik, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended I try their Mango sangria which was house-made, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. For appetizers we split the risotto cakes and crab cakes, and both were delicious. Erik had said his favorite was the risotto cake, and I can see why. For dinner, we split their signature 724 burger, which is a generously-sized burger, plenty for 2, with truffle cheese and caramelized shallots and a truffle aioli (don't quote me on this, I'm describing the ingredients from memory almost a week later. The takeaway is TRUFFLE!), and a side of sweet potato fries. We devoured our burger. We were pretty full but needed to try a few bites of dessert. On our servers recommendation we tried the bourbon bread pudding, and wow. Absolutely delicious. Some places claim to add bourbon to their food but you can't really taste it and have to take their word that it's there, this bread pudding is finished with bourbon so you can absolutely taste it. All in all, we had a great experience. We were graciously welcomed and promptly seated. Our needs were met and exceeded. We will absolutely be back

Ambiance: "Soft Casual", I.e. you feel good in nice jeans, leather and bling. Service: Outstanding! The servers, especially Joe, were attentive without being annoying. Food: Fresh hot bread(s); Generous and fab Fried Calamari and decent Crab cake appetizers (I'm picky being from the Chesapeake Bay region); Excellent Short Rib Pasta and oh so good Shrimp and Crab Pasta entrees! We had the Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream but I wish I had room for the cheese cake and chocolate ambrosia cake! I think the Chef loves whipped cream almost as much as I do! Easily enough food for a family of 4 for two consecutive dinners! I now understand why everyone had take away bags! They have a prixe fixe menu for the remainder of the year so do make sure to stop by. I know I will. (Reservations recommended).

ROMA VIEW - SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2026…read more On the occasion of our 40th wedding anniversary, we held our celebration at Roma View. From the tour of the facility to the signing of the contract, both Eric and Laurie were consummate professionals. We had at our avail, the suite downstairs to change clothes and relax. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and there was an attendant to address your needs if you had any. Renee, the Matra D, took very good care of us. Her team of wait staff and the bartender were hospitable and cordial to all my guests. I want to also acknowledge the parking attendants and the hostess at the front desk. They greeted us with warm smiles and cheerful dispositions. The room was spectacular. It fit all 92 of my guests with room to spare. The food was tasty and plentiful. We had the brunch with roast beef as our choice at the carving station and unlimited spirits. The cash bar was additional. I added fish to the menu for those who might not want to eat meat. Along with the strawberry filled cake that was part of the package, I ordered the mini Viennese Display. This wowed everyone! My favorite was the lemon merauge pie pieces - scrumptious! Joe, you have a phenomenal crew! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for helping to make our special day SPECTACULAR!

Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. A special thank you to our maître d', Gisselle, who was truly outstanding! She was so helpful, attentive, and on top of every single detail throughout the entire event. She made everything so easy for us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Lori from the office was also amazing and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive, accommodating, and made everything leading up to the event so easy for us. We absolutely loved the space. It was beautiful, fully private, and perfect for our bridal shower of about 50 guests. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. Roma View was also very affordable for the quality of the food, service, and space they provided. Everything came together beautifully, and our guests had such great things to say about the food and venue. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would definitely recommend Roma View for anyone looking to host a special event!

Erica, the owner/manager is such a great person to work with. She was responsive and helpful when trying to help us pick some good food selections for our guests. She was also able to work around our budget. Catering by Elberta sets the bar for elegance and high quality food. Not only was the food delicious, but it looked even more amazing! Every single one of our guests were blown away with the food. We had a wide variety of selections, including some vegetarian and dessert options. We decided to have a server pass around the Hors d'oeuvres, which ended up being a great idea. The food came out in perfect timing as guests strolled into our party. Erica also provides the server, which I would definitely recommend if you are having an event with small bites. Erica was on time, and even helped to cut and distribute our cake (which was bought separately from Elberta) Thank you so much for taking our event to the next level! Will definitely use you guys for upcoming events!

We hired Shiki for our wedding reception last September and from start to finish they were absolutely spectacular to work with. I actually found Shiki through a random ad on instagram (the internet knows me too well) and from the very beginning they stood out from the crowd. Their email correspondence was prompt and personal, without the gimmicks of overpriced wedding package deals that other caterers were trying to push on me. And the food! The food was wonderfully tasty and so gorgeously presented. I planned the reception without a decorator or planner so was worried about our venue looking emtpy/not decorated enough, but Shiki saved the day! The food itself and the plating was so pretty, it really added beauty to the party. Our guests loved the food, and even though we had ordered additional portions, there was nothing left at the end of the night. For the quality of the food, the pricing was also very reasonable. So reasonable that we wondered how it all made sense. We are definitely hiring Shiki again for our next event, whenever and whatever it may be.
