MRP is the worst landlord company I have ever had. The maintenance guy is completely incompetent…read more He had to come 3 separate times to and finally put two closet doors back on track... one closet he put doors on backwards! Now, another closet door he "fixed" needs to be addressed AGAIN! We needed a new fridge because the original started creating so much condensation water pooled in the bottom! They got a new used fridge... two days later that fridge stopped working. We are supposed to get a new fridge, but they do not answer our calls ever to address any issues. Food has gone bad 3x and I have wasted over 300$ in food being spoiled. Many other tenants complained about he washer and dryers in the basement and they were supposedly fixed. However they do not work and eat your money and it's not like MRP answers their phone to refund you! At this point, they should just remove the systems from the basement even if they don't plan to get new ones. I will never rent from this place again and I cannot wait until my lease is up, I actually may not even wait.

This makes the house pretty uninhabitable- especially in the winter- but they normally take about a week to fix the problem, and will try to charge you for repairs. RTO admitted to knowing about the floods but refused to fix it. Additionally, the house is very poorly built, and was nasty on move in with dead mice in the oven and cabinets. This is the shadiest landlord I've come across. They hide critical issues, are very slow on maintenance, and will try to take advantage of you whenever possible.

But when we went to check in, the heat wasn't working, there were mice droppings in the home, and mice were running around the kitchen. It wasn't safe to stay there with our kids so we never slept there. They refused to give us a full refund and stopped responding to messages. We also stayed at one of their other properties almost two years ago and it also had a mice infestation. Stay away from RTO and Sundown Vista!
