During a massage, $400 was stolen from my friend's purse by a staff member. While the massage was…read morehappening, people were coming in and out of the room. Her face was covered with a towel, and on the one occasion she managed to look up, the staff member deliberately positioned himself so that her view of her purse was blocked. When the security footage was reviewed, the police discovered that four minutes of the recording were mysteriously missing. I was present at the time and witnessed the entire incident, and to me it was very clear what had happened. The police have already taken the video and will be continuing their investigation. What really confirmed my suspicions was a comment made by one of the staff members when she called the police--he said, "the police can't do anything!" On top of that, he contradicted himself several times, which only made it even clearer what was going on. The staff were horribly rude, shady, and quite intimidating. In addition, I have also heard there is illicit activity taking place at this location, which makes the entire situation even more concerning. STAY CLEAR !!

I can't speak for my fiance but he walked out feeling the benefits of the sports massage. (IMO: My fiance lifts weight 4x/wk so he definitely needed someone with strength working on him!) My prenatal massage may not have been the routine prenatal massage you'd get at any posh place that would smell like lavender and offer you a foot soak with rose pedals before you come in. I am a hygienist that has been working a desk job and 16 weeks pregnant. So walking in I told them I am uncomfortable in certain places and reported that I clench my teeth and do get numb in my right shoulder. I asked ARLYN for an areas-specific message and he addressed it and is super effective at finding and relieving knots. I read in other reviews (Yelp and groupon) not to come here expecting a typical "massage." Which they were spot on. But that's ok. If you are like me and experience aches and tightness in places no other massages were able to get out.... come here to get fixed!

I liked that the massage was on time and they use foot covers before walking into the massage rooms. I was given a bottle of water and ear plugs to tune out from the game room next door. Thankfully I didn't need it. Sandy, my masseuse today was excellent. She recognized how tight I was and gave me the best therapeutic massage ever. The pressure was amazingly great. I did ask for a deep tissue massage. Whatever Sandy did today, relieved the pain in my calf and fixed plantar. The massage was purely magic, I was in pain when I entered and the pain simply dissipated in that 60 min massage. I was given another bottled water at the end of the massage. Sandy also explained what was going and how she fixed it. I am definitely going back, hopefully for some relaxation massage and not for under painful circumstances.

I need to know that they can do DEEP TISSUE massages but also be aware of the needs of a sports massage, and when I found Thai Herbal Therapy online and read about their Thai Bodywork combo with deep tissue, I was not disappointed!! Nana really WORKED my back and shoulder and NECK. There are bars on top of the massage bed and with your permission, if you are able to take a strong deep massage like I wanted, they will walk on your back and even do the traditional thai bodywork of bending and contorting your body and using your natural body movements and pressure against one another, to twist you like a pretzel and really help you deeply get the stretch you want and need!!
