We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

Sanrio is another major contributor, some plushies and prizes are even exclusive to Round One! I spotted cups, keychains, and much more. Now, Round One also offers bowling, karaoke, 99 cent ice cream, and arcade games. Thankfully, I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't bad at all. No one was hogging up the activities and people were civil. I thought the experience was quite calming and sobering. Usually there are instructions showing how items should be positioned in the machines, but this time there were only reference photos inside the machine. I asked an employee if they could reposition an item (something I've never had an issue with before), and the interaction felt pretty rude. They told me, "You shouldn't look at the reference photos, those are for employees." They attempted to reposition the item, but honestly just placed it back in basically the same spot, so it didn't help at all. It was disappointing because I used to enjoy coming to this location. I don't think I'll be returning since I don't want to feel like I'm inconveniencing staff just by asking for help.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

She stated what their rates were. The owner did offer to have her husband escort us to walk around if we wanted to look at the place. Although we may have looked young, we're not little kids. We didn't feel like being chaperoned by an adult. We're 4 decades old. If the whole place runs by itself without the need of physical money, how would they even know who's playing the 30min package or the 1hr? If they use a prepaid players digital card, then a chaperone wouldn't be needed if we can't play the games anyway. We don't know anyone there or wouldn't need to cheat to play for free from others.
