I've been bowling here for almost 5 years and four years in league and the air-conditioning in this place is absolutely the worst! The owner here doesn't seem to care much? This has been an ongoing issue as long as I've been coming here. Word has it "they are working on it" ya whatever! For Four years!!?? I'm not the only very dissatisfied customer! EVERYONE in our league is a sweaty mad mess! Especially being that it's a full house making it more uncomfortable.

There is a small arcade area as well. Checking in and getting the shoes was very easy and the staff was courteous. I forgot how flat with no cushion the bowling shoes were. It actually got me a little nostalgic and brought back the memories of when I was in high school and bowling with friends. The lighter weight balls, especially the 8 lbs, had really small finger holes. It's probably made for kids but I'm quite petite and was only able to put about half my fingers in before it felt too tight. At one point the colored lights came on and it seemed more like a dance party. This was at like 3:30 in the afternoon and it lasted about half an hour so I didn't understand the reason for that. The lights actually made me bowl worst because it somehow affected my vision. It does get it a bit hot after a while, with so many people in there it would have been more comfortable if they turn up the air. All in all it was a fun afternoon.

They charge by game or they have some promotions available. At first, the front desk girl assigned us to a lane but when we got there, it was full of 6-8 teenagers using only one lane in the entire booth area. I kindly asked one of the servers, Max, if we could possibly move one lane over since I'm only with my sister and toddler son. She spoke to the floor manager and was easily able to resolve this for us by moving us over to another booth! AMAZING SERVICE! She came by and took our order for drinks and appetizers, and also came by appropriately to check in on us if we needed anything else. I haven't bowled for probably 7 years, pre-pandemic. But I started getting some mojo the more I bowled. I even got a strike which is very unusual. The GoKarting was a lot of fun here!!! I like that the lap had a variety of turns and weren't just…read morea circle. I wasn't a fan of how the helmet smelled though and of how the smoke smelled from the GoKarts. It was my first time trying it out so I don't know if that's normally how it is. I also didn't get to try the batting cages because they were closed 15 minutes before midnight, even though they advertised this spot closing at midnight. The Laser Tag activity was a pretty big space and I didn't find it stuffy at all, which was good. The VR next to the Laser Tag though was stuffy but at least there was an overhead fan. I personally don't trust how well they clean and disinfect the head masks, that's why I didn't try it. The arcade area was pretty limited in terms of games but they're always a good activity to do as an alternative from the other activities that have lines. Didn't get to try the mini-golf or the "bowling" area due to time. I like the outdoor patio and the ambiance of the string lights when you want to get some fresh air. Lots of families seated wherever they wanted and kids had a lot of stuff to play around with. Looking to see how this spot will compete with Round1 opening up soon in the mall. The water cup station is super handy, but they didn't want to refill the waters near the end of the night and the cups also, so we had to ask at the bar. I like that there's a good amount of staffing here who were all working hard. There's a few bathrooms spread out in the place. Parking is big in the back, just gets pretty dark.
