That said, it's not bad at all, and when you're in San Bruno/Millbrae and don't feel like driving into SF Chinatown, this is one of the better local options. Not too many solid Chinese bakeries around here, so it fills the gap without being a total letdown. Best egg tarts are still at Golden Gate Bakery in SF Chinatown--no contest. Theirs have that perfect silky, jiggly custard and buttery crust that makes you want to go back immediately. Suzanne's is fine for a quick fix, but if you can make the trip, skip this and head to GG Bakery instead. Solid neighborhood spot if you're lazy like me and want something nearby, but don't expect it to blow your mind.

I like the vegan samples and regular loaf equally. Not as into the samples I had of the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies. They taste quite like normal Chocolate Chip Cookies that I am not into. Comes in a nice box and makes decent gifts.

Their cakes look very appealing and tempting to purchase. We just ate dinner and I was too full to try one of their coffee or tea drinks.
