Clean and professional! I'm usually very picky with nail salons but I like lucky nails a lot.

First time to try this nail salon. I came in Friday after work without an appointment and they took care of me fairly quickly. They also give you a small bottled water in case you are thirsty. The inside looks updated and clean. Tammy was nice and I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she replicated it well. I was happy with the service and the prices were average. read more

Do NOT go here. I got my nails done and I was supposed to get charged $25. Lucky Nails charged me $60 instead. On my bank account, it was pending $25 but once it posted it charged $60. The y typed in the tip of $35 and I called to get my money back. The gentlemen who rang me up tried to say someone else must have swiped my card a couple time, which no one else did because I saw him swipe one time. read more

I always make an appointment with Nathan, he's a perfectionist but he's worth the wait! I get solar pink/white powder and he does a beautiful job every time. read more

I came here to get my color change because my friend had a good experience with Erika and Tammy. Unfortunately I got put with Ben. He did the color change sloppily, kept messing up and spoke on the phone with his wife while doing my nails which is the most probable cause as to why they were done poorly. The bottom of my nails still have the original color and my nails were not filled all the way. The worst part of it all, I understand Vietnamese, and he and Mimi were talking badly about me and the lady sitting next to me, saying that the colors were "dumb" and that the lady looked "ugly and scary". I pretended to not know what they were saying so I could figure out if they were actually horrible people, and it turned out to be true. Even the salon owner told him to stop speaking rudely about people (me) because he knew I could understand. Ben proceeded to say that I didn't since I wasn't responding to his rude comments. To put the story short, if you go here and get Ben, he will talk bad about you in Vietnamese. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. Tony gives the best customer service and the staff is very nice! My sister and I have been coming here for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. read more

I came in to get a pedicure, got helped with really fast, they sat me down quickly and started soaking my feet and got a complimentary small bottle of water. Which was really nice. The pedicure was great. They took their time to scrub and file and then did a massage on my legs. I decided to get a manicure after having some acrylic nails on. I noticed they didn't even cut my own nails, they just filed a little which left them very rough and not smooth at all. My nails weren't filed on the top either so i still had un evenness from where I had had my acrylic nails on. Just a quick file and the polish went on. Two costs and one coat of the clear, I knew then my manicure wasn't going to last. The price was okay but was disappointed that by night time after cooking/washing dishes and showering, my nail polish was already chipping from almost all my nails. Ive had regular manicures done before and it at least takes a week before I see any chipping on my nails. I don't think Ill be back. read more

I travel a lot for work and every two weeks when I am back in town I come here for one of their amazing deluxe pedicures. (The Pearl Spa product line smells divine!) Tony and Cathy are so friendly and welcoming and I look forward to the visit as much as the actual pedicure. Saturdays are very busy so I recommend weekdays, but if you need to come on the weekend just make an appointment so you don't have to worry about the wait. read more

I went for the first time on saturday. It was the worst place I`'ve ever been too. I was getting a manicure, I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted them. She was on her phone the whole time. I spent an hour of waiting on her to put my nails on. After she was finally finished texting and finally decided to do her job. She decided to cut them way too short and didn't even do them straight and my nails are all crooked. I'm never going here, bad service and they just do a terrible job. read more

Why they replace all the old staffs??? The service is getting so worse Im not happy with this

My sister in law recommended Lucky nails to me so I had to give them a try. I am very faithful in getting a pedicure every two weeks and was looking for a new place. Needless to say, they have won my business. Very nice, friendly staff. They took great care of me and did an amazing job on my pedicure. Definitely a place everyone should check out. read more

I was told the wait to get a polish change was 30 minutes, and I ended up waiting an hour and then leaving. During that hour I watched 4 people come in, not get greeted and then leave. All of the televisions were on the soccer game and it seemed the employees were more interested in that than anything else. I'll never go back. read more

This place is such a joke. I have been to Lucky Nails probably about 30-45 times since they opened. At first I really liked them. They did great pedis! And as time went on they got slower & slower. Every time I am there I watch them turn people away because of ridiculous wait times (sometimes OVER an hour)! They have a huge facility that they do not put to use serving more customers because they are extremely under staffed. The guy that sits at the front by the register (I think he is the owner, or at least the manager) has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills and is so rude. I never appreciated the way he treated me or any other of his customers, but the pedi girls were so sweet and worked so hard. Well that is now also a thing of the past. I spent an HOUR yesterday with my fingers & toes in a bowl of water having someone check on me maybe twice, but doing actually nothing as far as a mani or pedi is concerned. I finally just got up and left. I will never give another penny to this nail salon and I know several other people who feel the same way. I do not recommend Lucky Nails unless you feel like spending your entire day there waiting for someone to service you. Big thumbs DOWN! read more

I moved to Bryan and was told to try Lucky Nails. NEVER AGAIN !! Not a welcoming place and I had a long wait. (45 min. after appt. time) She did an acrylic refill and my nails started cracking, breaking and actually started peeling off 2 days later. (just the new acrylic so no pain) The nail polish also faded off the tips quickly. I have gone 4 weeks or more without a refill and never had these problems. She was not careful and kept burning the skin around my nails. One spot bleed and was raw and I had to keep treating it to fight an infection. Luckily I had prescription cream from my husband's skin cancer surgery that helped but it hurt like He!! for a week. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and this was a horrible experience. Now I have ugly hands and looking for a new salon. Any suggestions? FYI... there were two ladies waiting when I got there (had appts.) but finally left after waiting for over a hour. read more
