10/23/2019 Was away for a few months - went to natural nails. Finally made it back and Henry remembered me. He wasn't my normal nail guy (Van), but he knew a lot about me! Props to him. He did an awesome job! I walked out very happy - getting exactly what I wanted. ----- 4/2019 I just moved to College Station a few weeks ago. I've seen a ton of nail salons as I've driven around. I decided to look on Yelp. Natural Nails was well reviewed. I went without an appointment. I was welcomed immediately and shown to a chair. The nail tech assigned to me was quiet, but it soon become clear he was quite good at his job! Thank you, Van. I will definitely call ahead next time and schedule with you.
I came here on New Year's Day because they were the only ones open, and the reviews were decent. My friend and I both got shellac manicures, and they were beautiful. Since I don't get my nails done frequently, I didn't realize that washing dishes could damage them and make them peel. Only two days after the manicure, about half of my nails were peeling at the edges. I wasn't sure if it was my fault or because of a bad application, but I went back after a couple of days to see what they could do. Let me tell you, they really took care of me! They gave me a completely new set at no charge, and the results were stunning! This place has incredible customer service, and if you're not happy, it really seems that they will do everything to make it right.
Best dip nails I've ever gotten!!! Henry (and Annie) paid such close attention to detail. They are not too thick like my last set (from Fancy Nails) and they are just all around perfect. He made sure to get the exact shape I wanted and everything. Amazing price & amazing service. Genuinely sweet people working there. Tons of colors to choose from as wel 10/10 recommend for dip nails or any other nail service. Adding on to this review I posted after my first time going. I've just been for my fourth time and got the matte maroon nails. They make my nails perfect every time I go!!! So much attention to deal. They are the thinnest dip powder I've gotten, which I absolutely love. It feels the most like my natural nails. Still 10/10
First time being there and I can say that it's by far the best place I've been to in college station for dip nails. Annie did an amazing job and my nails look even, not too thick, and perfect shape/size. She even went in and trimmed my cuticles so they look clean and neat. Most places don't bother doing that. Very impressed, I'll definitely be back :)
My girlfriend and I came here while we were out and about, neither of us have ever been before. Annie greeted us at the door and got us seated. She did both of our pedicures and my shellac French manicure. The pedicures were amazing. She cleaned the cuticles very well, scrubbed the bottom off my feet and removed ALL the dead skin. The massage felt amazing. She put the perfect amount of pressure on my legs when massaging them and she didn't rush. I honestly could have fallen asleep during the whole process. This was my first time doing a shellac French manicure and let me tell you, Annie did NOT disappoint!! My French manicure is P E R F E C T. I am used to long acrylic nails but due to a carrier change I couldn't work with the length anymore so going natural was kinda weird for me, but I literally can't stop staring at them. Annie works quickly but efficiently. She has a very steady hand and cleans up the nail very nicely. I will definitely be returning.
HORRIBLE PLACE. I went in about 5 days ago for a fill and 2 nail replacements. First , if you look, you can see the outline of the overgrown nail incapsulated because she didn't file them down enough to do a proper fill. The 2 nails missing where the NEW NAILS THEY PUT ON 5 days ago. Hence my nail new growth on the others. Then they had the nerve to charge me 30$ for a fill. Very dissatisfied and will not be back, now I have to pay someone on top of this to fix their TERRIBLE WORK.
Worst nail salon in College Station. The colors offered on the fake fingers to choose from look nothing like the colors when they put it on your fingers. I had to re-do mine twice because I asked for a maroon, and it was a dark brown both times. The employees talking bad about you as they are doing your nails. Plus, they don't clean up your nails after they slap the color on. Never coming back here again.
Great service. I was a walkin and was seen to immediately. The woman who did my nails (didn't catch her name) was wonderful and took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly. She even cleaned the acrylic that ended up under my nails! Minus one star because she accidentally cut my cuticle while trimming it and some of my nails have small bubbles in the acrylic. Overall, it was worth the trip. Total cost (including a $7 tip) = $50.
My favorite place to get my nails always knows what and how I want never disappointed Anne and Henry take good care even last minute they get me in.Simply love this Place but today lady Lucy did my nails she said she is doing ombré she didn't even remove my previous nail polish which was shellac she did on top of it very disappointed as I reached home showed my kids they said what have you done I called them right away and she refused to red
This is my second or third time to come to this nail salon and I've had ok experiences before today. Normally I'm not super picky about my mani/pedis but this is one of the worst I've had. My nails are at least twice as thick as what they should be, even after asking for them to be filed thinner. So much excess was left underneath my nails with some even being attached to my skin. The top coat has bubbles and dust attached to it and is rough to the touch. Parts of my cuticle bled on two of my fingers because they were so rough with them. The pedicure was VERY GOOD and relaxing while I was in the chair, but she rushed me so much at the end that I left with wet nails (unknowingly) that we're messed up before I even got home. The only thing not making this a one-star review is the fact that the pedicure was so relaxing and rejuvenating.
I walked in randomly on a Sunday to this Nail salon. I was promptly greeted. even though all the technicians were busy the owner made sure I was given attention. I hoped on their massage chairs while waiting for a technician. I got a regular pedicure and a french shellac. I will say the pedicure is one of the best in college Station. The technicians give attention to details and do their work very diligently. And the prices are very fair and affordable. I was very happy with their service and would recommend friends to this place.
had the best experience here! definitely coming back! Steve did sooooo good on my nails I will definitely be booking an appointment with him again

I came across this salon on my way to another salon and I'm so glad I stopped in because they delivered the EXACT birthday nail set I was going for, for a really good price... probably the least expensive set I've gotten ever! I will say it's empty, quiet and ran by a couple, so don't expect a nice luxury environment but I'd go for the price read more

I don't even want to leave it 1 star. I don't ever do reviews but this time i will. The man in there is horrible HORRIBLE at pedicures. Pretended to cut my cuticles. Didn't shape. Applied sugar while still having cuticle gel on toes. buffed with orange sponge while STILL having cuticle gel on. Scrubbed the bottom of my feet with what i kid you not what looked like a cheese grater. Drained the water..he asked "white nail polish" i said yes. and i told him he had not cut my cuticles?? You guys I've never had a pedicure take 8 min all together. You come to relax i feel like my anxiety was amplified here!! Do not come here!! SPEND your money elsewhere! I confronted him after he asked the girl to paint my nails HOW THEY WERE!! I said no don't! Attaching a picture of my toes so you know I'm not lying!! I left him $5 after telling him this was the worst experience of my life. read more

This was my first time going to this salon, so i called about a hour ahead of time to see if i could walk in or if i needed appointment. On the phone i was told that in a hour they would be available. When i got there I was told it would be 20 minutes which i was okay with waiting considering there was only 3 workers and they were all busy. I ended up waiting about 40 mins and then they finally took care of me. The reason I am giving this place a 4 star is because the quality of work was very good. Compared to other nail shops this one, had plenty variety of colors in all types(dip, power, shellac, and regular polish!) I showed the nail tech a picture from pinterest and he did he best to match it and it turned out really good! A suggestion for the shop i would have is to have more employees available. A suggestion for clients, if you aren't in a big rush it is totally worth it! read more

Anyone who knows me would describe me as particular and attentive to details. I will not go to many of the salons in town due to their poor service and lack of quality work. Trying Natural Nails for the first time yesterday, I walked in, was immediately greeted- though they were very busy. I quietly said which services I wanted and then let him know I needed a technician that would do a great job. I asked for their top technician. The gentleman was very caring in his responsive and said it would be just a few minutes. Steve called me to his booth shortly after. He was so amazing to every detail. He asked me specifically what I wanted and verified every step of the way. He was careful, he is talented, he did such an amazing job. Even when my services ran over their closing time, he did not rush, he did not complain! As I looked around at the work of others- y'all, each person was doing a fantastic job on their client! I will return here and I definitely recommend Natural Nails & Spa! I hope everyone gets the experience I did yeatw read more

Stumbled upon this place by accident and was not disappointed! My friend and I both got pedicures and it was great. The service was fantastic, everyone was so sweet. I also got my eyebrows waxed, which I have not done in years since I usually get them threaded and they look great. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nail salon. read more

I just started Texas A&M this year after living south of Austin. This is my third time getting sns nails, and this was the most amazing experience and job I have gotten. During the process I noticed two of the extenders were crooked, which were fixed no complaint. The woman I had seemed newer at sns, so the owner/manager stepped in to finish my job after this incident, and showed the other girl the correct way to do sns! I also changed my mind about the color shortly before they put it, again with no complaint. This is an amazing salon and I will definitely be back! They also give a student discount with proof, which made my day! read more

So many times I would get my nails done and absolutely hate it. I thought I would try a new place so I went here and asked for my nails to be dipped. The people were so nice and made my nails look gorgeous! I never felt so confident with them on! Hands down favorite place to go. read more

Do not choose this as your nail salon. Avoid at all costs!!! My mom and I had appointments at 11 AM (first appt of the day) on Sunday. They were a few minutes late in opening, which was the first red flag and pretty unprofessional. They wrapped my mom's already gel nails to remove which usually takes about 10 minutes while they started mine. By the time I was finished with my manicure, they hadn't even started the process of scraping hers off!!! She sat there for almost an hour waiting on them while they tended to people who not only didn't have appointments, but also people who had later appointments. We were obviously pretty angry considering we made appointments for a reason and people who came later were tended to first while we were neglected. My mom took the foils off her fingers and said she wasn't having this anymore and they kept saying, "No, no, we'll get someone to do it for you." Well.... who? You have three technicians, and 6 people there (at least 4 had appointments including us). We were there first with appointments. My mom kept telling them no and they kept saying yes, so I had to step in and tell them that we were not happy with our services and the fact that my mom had to wait an hour for anyone to pay attention to her. It's really disappointing and frustrating. My nails didn't even turn out that well (picture posted), when gelish is a pretty basic thing to do. My nail tech was old and had trouble seeing, would grab my hand harshly, and anytime we were obviously annoyed, they'd talk to each other in another language OBVIOUSLY about us. I asked for three coats due to the fact that the polish was not as dark after two coats. Anyone could've seen that I needed another coat and she just gave me attitude. She blamed it on my nails being short... but they weren't this short before she filed them all away!!!Not a way to grow a business. I'll make sure that all of my friends are aware of this nasty experience so that way they will not come here. There is NO POINT in making appointments. Very disrespectful staff. We shouldn't have even had to pay full price on my nails considering they came out so messy. I will never be going here again. Go to the place off of Texas near Wayback or go to Nail Spa literally 30 fest away from here. read more
