The first two or three times I went great experience got a full set of nails. They looked great and I did a great job. I only do that once or twice a year. Also, their pedicures have been great there. So I took my mom there today because I've had such a great experience and not only did they cut both of us I mean I was bleeding. She tried to charge me extra for scraping the bottom of my feet which I've never done before. And my nails looked raggedy and I asked her to fix them. I didn't look good and she acted like it was supposed to look like that. I've had my nails done before, so I know what they look like when I walk out of there because the guy that I've had in the past and a really good job. Not a great experience and I don't know that I'll be back for the prices. They charge an experience I had today. It was pretty poor. it's also extremely unprofessional for the girls at the front desk to ask if you're leaving gratuity. read more

Went to Bliss Nail Bar for an admittedly complicated acrylic set and Kevin did an amazing job. He was very professional and focused and his technique was phenomenal. I also got my lash extensions done by Elia, and it was a great first lash experience she was very gentle and did a great job with replicating my photo (wispy cat eye) and detailing lash care. read more

The overall vibe of the nail salon is great, the problem is the service. I came in for short almond nails. I kept telling my nail tech the tips were lifting during the prep process and he re glued on a few of them, but I noticed my thumb tip was extremely lifted and he chose to do nothing after I kindly let him know. I asked for a pink I assume he couldn't find because he left for some time to find the correct powder color and at the end of my service the color I got was not the one requested. (As pictured) He also was going to put top coat on top of my dusty nails and when I let him know he told me I could go wash my hands. I don't see how a "luxury" nail salon could give an experience that was anything but that. read more

I came here for the first time on my birthday in December and was happy with my first experience. It's a little more pricey than what I pay at some other places but I was splurging for my birthday and things went well. I decided to go there on Valentine's Day to treat myself to a mani/pedi. So they did my pedicure first. I had a nice older gentleman who had some issues in the beginning of my pedicure. He left the water in the bowl on and it started to overflow onto the floor. I had to flag down someone to turn the water off because I couldn't figure out where the valve was to do it. There was enough water that overflowed that my shoes got damp and they had to move me over to the next chair so they could clean up the mess. I helped with what I could to try to make things easier for the gentleman. He had trouble remembering the color I wanted and what type of pedicure I chose from the list he gave me. Well I can say that he gave a great foot massage but it's a little disheartening when there's a timer buzzer going off but I understand why they have them. The poor guy missed some things on my pedicure that one of the ladies monitoring the workers noticed that I was looking at. She quickly corrected the problem and instructed the gentleman on how to correct it. When I was done the lady monitoring the workers asked if I wanted to sit at a dryer after letting me know it was the guy's first day in the job. If it was his first day on the job- why wouldn't they start him out on some smaller tasks that just tossing him out on the floor and have him perform tasks as if he had been there working a while? I had to ask if I was still going to get a manicure? It wasn't noted on my slip they hand you. I was then directed to a chair to wait to get a manicure. I asked if I could purchase a drink since I had already gotten my free beverage and thought I would treat myself to another while I get my manicure. I ordered it and it took a long time for it to arrive. My nail tech was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on the cut of nail that would work best for me which was great! I went ahead and got the gel coat because I thought it would last longer and was trying to make it a bit of a pamper experience. The hand massage that was given was extremely quick and it was at that point that my second drink finally showed up. I didn't realize that the manicure was over at that point and my nail tech said to take my time and enjoy my drink. Now granted the drink came in a martini glass which doesn't take very long to drink but I chugged it because I had now been there close to 2 hours and needed to go. I was extremely surprised that a gel MANICURE was $40. Now I chose a little upgrade on my pedicure which was $48. I knew the price of that. I should have asked how much the manicure was so that is my fault but goodness I had no clue it would cost that. Just for future knowledge- a drink costs $11 there. I figured that's about what it would be since it's a fancier place. A pedicure, manicure of my real nails, and a drink cost me $99 before tip. I just felt rushed there which may be because it was a busy day being Valentines. I kinda felt like cattle being run through so quickly while it took forever to get another beverage. read more

Customer Service was excellent but my nail tech for my pedicure cannot paint polishing toes good. Do not ask for Lucy to paint your toes because you will be held up with a redo or leaving disappointed about the way it looks. She was kind and good with everything else except polishing. I went on 4/14 around 5:30, my service was great per usual but however when I was checking out I was rudely accused of coming in with nails already on (which would have made my bill more expensive) it was completely random and they said it very disrespectfully, they made a scene to seem like I was trying to lower my bill unrighteously in front of all of the other customers checking out which made me feel embarrassed for something I didn't even do. Even after realizing THEIR MISTAKE, considering I haven't had my nails done in months, and I offered proof of so, there was no apology for their rude accusations. FIRST TIME, LAST TIME ! I really wanted to love my experience here. It's a beautiful nail salon, however the customer service and lack of experience is a serious a problem. To start, a young lady was going to do my refill, but after talking me into ombré nails, suggesting I get a whole new set, and beginning to work on my nails, the manager came over and directed the girl to go somewhere else, and a new girl sat down. She wasn't very friendly at all and simply asked, pink and white or ombré?" I told her ombré. She started on my ring finger and dipped my nail into powder, put some white powder over it, and a clear coat then showed me the nail. It wasn't ombré. It looked light pink. She quickly said, "you want pink and white?" I said yes, that was fine since she clearly didn't know how to do ombré. So then she has to soak off the powder, use the drill to get it all off...it was just a mess. I tell her I'd like pink and white powder. She says, "dip?" I said no dip, pink and white powder. She then proceeds to dip all of my nails in pink powder, and paints on the white. She also cuts all of my cuticles. Not what I asked for at all. And she charged me $5 for a cuticle trim. Next, against my better judgement, since we'd already been there almost 2 hours for a "refill," my very patient husband and I get pedicures. Before walking to the pedicure chair, I use the restroom thinking my nail lady would give the color I chose for my toes to the guy doing my pedicure. To my surprise, my color never made it there. I had my feet in the water, pant legs raised, relaxing, when I was asked to go find my color. I had to dry off my feet, roll down my pants, put on my shoes and go find my color. My husband soon spoke up after realizing what was going on, and said my nail lady put the color in her cart. The man was able to find her and the color I chose. He was not overly friendly, and seemed a bit aggravated. About 20 minutes into my pedicure, a lady started on my husband's pedicure. I got a $75 pedicure, and my husband got the $58 pedicure, and both were just ok, especially since the guy doing my pedicure disappeared for 15-20 minutes while I was waiting on my paraffin wax and hot towels. Keep in mind we had been there almost 3 hours by now. When I told the ladies up front about my experience, they apologized, but never offered to get the manager, nothing. As I stated before, the horrible customer service and the lack of experience is enough to make me not want to return, regardless how nice this salon is. Such a waste of $250 and a huge let down. Don't go here to get your nails removed!! I went in to get a set of dip nails removed that I had done at a different salon, and Bliss completely destroyed my nails. Not only were my nails dry, brittle, and way too thin from how much they filed down, but they didn't even remove all of the dip! There were still A TON of scaley patches of dip powder and nail extensions left behind that were coming off for weeks after. Ruined my nails for a good few months. I received this service back in early September of 2025, and my nails are only now fully healed (January 2026). On top of that, when I went to check how much a nail removal would cost from their website at the time prior to booking an appointment, it said it was free. However, once my terrible service was completed, they charged me $15! I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon, and I'm not terribly picky. Can't believe I got scammed into paying $15 for my nails to be utterly ruined. I could've done a better job at home by myself like I had done self-removing my previous set before this incident. Waste of time and money. Save yourself! read more

Honestly the best nail salon I've ever been to in college station! The place was beautiful, it's SO CLEAN, the colors they have to offer are endless, the staff is super attentive, and there's a full bar that you have access to get 2 free drinks! Mya did my nails and I loved them so much, she was super attentive to making sure the nails were exactly how I wanted and the dip she used was perfect! 10/10 would book with her!!! Staff needs more training. During a pedicure I was in severe pain from the amount of force that was used during the madsage, and my legs were rubbed raw from the amount of pressure used during the scrub. Had good experiences other times I've been there but this time was not positive. read more

I came in to get my finger dipped and a standard pedicure with 2 acrylic toenails. When I get there they paired me with Sarah. And it started great until she put on the toe nail tip. So I had a missing toe nail but it was grown out long enough to get the service with acrylic. And she put the tip basically where my cuticle was. And when looking at it there was a space my finger could fit through under the nail that was placed. So I had to call someone over to explain to her that it needs to be filled. She understood finally. Well when she was shaping she did the one toenail so thick it looked like I had the whole bottle of acrylic on my toe alone! She didn't shave it down to shape it she left it the was she placed it. I should have asked for someone else knowing that is what I got but I let her continue (my fault) and she did the pedicure. The time she spend massaging I would have rather had a decent pedicure. Like scrub my feet please that's why we come! There was so many calluses left over. So I came back the next day to have it fixed. My toe nails look amazing now! They were filed and repainted but I got my nails done because they were unable to do it that day I originally went in. Well the nails are already chipped and I honestly don't want to go back because for a simple pedi I paid 75 dollars!!!!!!!! You are kidding me!!!! Definitely will not come back here again. read more

Me and friend went together for some maniPedis, Sophie did my pedi and Sarah did my nails. Tiffany and Mya did my friend, they were all very friendly though I caused some confusion at the beginning. They paid great attention to detail and quality, and i felt so relaxed by the end. Its just a really nice and bright atmosphere, and the best experience ive had a nail salon in quite a long time. read more
