If there was an option to give 0 stars then I would do that. A friend and I went in a week ago with appointments for noon to get pedicures and I wanted a full set of dip nails and she needed a fill. We waited for almost 20 minutes to be seated in a pedicure chair, which is not a big deal because I understand that they were busy. Once we were seated, I was poked, picked, and caused to bleed by the man performing my pedicure. Not only was I in pain, but he was EXTREMELY rude the entire time. The pedicure itself was a waste of money-- I could've done a better paint job myself. Seriously, after twenty minutes I was asked to go have a seat in his chair for my full set. That was no problem, he was very efficient and did exactly what I asked him to. Along the way through, once again I was cut, my fingers bled, and he would throw my hands across the table to move to the next hand. This was my experience alone. All the while my friend's pedicure lasted about 10 minutes longer than mine and she was told to have a seat next to me and her fill would be taken care of shortly. Needless to say, no one helped her until my nails were completely finished-- about 50 minutes later. Her polish was all over her fingers and the man doing her fill was also very rude. I didn't like coming here before because of the rudeness of the staff, but they did a decent job. Now I WILL NEVER give them my business. Especially since I left with $70 less in my pocket and I now have an ingrown toenail. Customer service is very important and they have no courtesy whatsoever. My first time at Lucky Nails left much to be desired. I arrived in the afternoon and had to wait about 30 minutes before they started on my shellac. That night, I had already noticed two chips! I came back in the next day and the salon was fairly busy. I asked to get the chips fixed as it had not even been 24 hours since my manicure. I waited for 30 more minutes before I asked if I could come back later that day. When I came back for the second time that day, I still waited for 45 minutes to get my nails fixed. They fixed the two nails and then asked for me to pay. I kindly declined and there was no big fuss. However, the most frustrating part of the experience is that today (not even a week after the manicure) EVERY SINGLE NAIL has chipped and peeled! My nails look horrible. I should have taken previous reviews to heart and never gone. Another res flag, 2 other unhappy customers leaving when i walked in and I assumed they were just difficult or had unrealistic expectations. Now Im pretty sure, their unhappiness was justified. Went last week. Wanted toes and dipped nails to match as close as possible because regular paint on toes and dipped nails. Went i went to get brows down the girl and i both noticed toes were bright red and nails dark red. She was going to re do nails but thats were it got bad. Her solution was to to use the electric nail tool to rough up top dark layer and paint top layer light. I said no it wont look right with a dark base. She kept on and i kept saying no. I got tired of arguing and told her just to take it all off and redo but she kept on about just a top layer. Finally said take it all off and no paint because i will go somewhere else. Then she started talking bad about me i native language (thank you translate app!). I told her to stop saying those things and said she wasnt and she was only telling the other person what i wanted. But that other person's English was far better. I ended up leaving with only part of the dip color removed. I was over her trying to continue push me into other options while its soaking to take it all off and the bad mouthing. I paid my bill and left. Never again. Those previous bad reviews aren't just salty people or one off bad experiences. It was true. Oh and same girl took 4 calls for appointments while doing my nails. Never wrote it down or asked anyone else to write it down. When these callers asked if there were openings on specific days and times she just said yes while she was doing my nails and not looking at a schedule! They just say yes and never truly make your appointments. No point of calling for one because they dont check much less write it down. Oh and all 4 called almost back to back when i first sat down so long before we had our disagreement on how to fix her mistake so they can't blame me and say they were trying to help me so they forgot. They flat out didn't check or write it down. Go somewhere else. Looking for a good nail place now. I will 100% go off yelp reviews. A place with this low of reviews isn't salty people complaining. First and last time going here. Was recommended by a friend and read reviews, so I figured the experience would be good. I'm very simple with my request. Short, squoval and shellac fill. The nail tech even had 2 pictures of what I wanted, as far as length and shape. I have 2 nails on the same hand which are not the same length as the other 8 fingers. My middle finger is so short, that while she was filing, she started filing my finger and said..."its too short". This nail was also a brand new tip as this one popped off last night. Visited here today and got a pedicure and I won't be back. I was placed quickly in the chair after picking my color and my nail tech was very nice but after he did my left foot I had to tell him not to cut or file my toenails because he was almost down to the raw meat. You can clearly see where my toenail is supposed to be and where he kept filing and now it's a little irritated. All my toes look like this on my left foot but my big toe is the one I feel some irritation so hopefully it grows out quickly. read more

I've been here multiple times and I've never had service like this before. First off I walked in and a lady asked me what I was I getting done. I said manicure and pedicure. She said "follow me" as we go to the pedicure station. Pedicure was fine other than the water being like boiling hot it was okay. She asked if I was getting anything else and I said yes I'm gonna get my nails done. When we were done she helped me get my stuff and moved to get the manicure. When it got to the manicure she started to paint my nails (me being a little lost) I let her continue to see where she's going. I stopped her and told her, I didn't want that -- that I wanted fake nails. She stopped and proceeded with the process of putting on fake nails. She didn't ask me what length I wanted the nails she just cut it really short and said "is this ok?" I said sure cause it did look fine. Until she continued to cut all of them seeing if they were the same length. EVERY-TIME SHE DID SOMETHING NEW (like a new step) SHE CONTINUED TO FILE THEM AND I DIDNT REALIZE HOW SHORT THEY ENDED UP BEING TILL I GOT HOME AND THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. DO NOT COME HERE! First of all.. I waited in a pedicure chair with cold water for over 30 minutes before anyone got to me. I would rather them just tell me it would be a 30 minute wait and I could have went else where. When I finally got serviced the lady was extremely fast and rushed.. making my cuticles bleed twice. Her name tag said Rose. She used a used pumice stone on me that had clearly been used on someone else. After she used the grater on my feet she then dumbed all the dead skin into my pedicure water and put my feet back in the water. I was seriously so caught off guard I just froze. She then "cleaned" the used stone and grater in my dirty pedicure water which I presume is the only cleaning those devices are getting .There is absolutely no way they would pass a health inspection!!! To top it all off there is a very odd white man working there that seems to be their handy/cleaning man of some sorts. When he came to set up the water in my chair he got so uncomfortably close to be I had to scoot back in my chair. Then he reached into the bath salts with his bare hands and dropped, I kid you not, 2 grains of salt in my water. He was so creepy that I didn't even want to ask for more. He is clearly not licensed in any way. When it was all said and done I basically paid $25 for a mediocre pedicure that took 15 minutes but I somehow was in there for over an hour . read more

I have been here twice now, and I had a really great experience the first time with Tammy - she was phenomenal. Then I went on Saturday to have my acrylic nails removed and to get a regular manicure because I'm having a baby in 3 weeks and did not need the extra length. The woman who took care of me came off extremely rude when I told her no I did not want shellac or gel, just a regular manicure. I then sat soaking in acetone for over twenty minutes while she disappeared. The smell was awful and my hands were starting to burn, not to mention the fact that I'm 37 weeks pregnant, so I took my hands out and almost walked out. Then a completely different woman came to finish my nails but did not even finish the entire manicure before asking if I need help paying because they are "still wet." She then grabbed the card I told her I wanted to use, swiped it, gave me my receipt to sign and then she disappeared as well. I waited for 10 minutes and never saw her so I left. I wish I could have crossed out her tip. Now two days later the polish is already chipping and wearing off. The service I experienced was AWFUL, I won't be back. read more

When i first went to this salon back in may 2022 , Tammy did my nails and i had a pretty fence to Experience. I went last night 6/22 and it was a mess. I called to see if i could come in for a full set. The girl at the desk spoke with tammy and she confirmed , as well i asked her what the price would be for the full set of acrylics with french tips medium length. I HEARD Tammy say $42. When I sat in tammy's chair, i showed her MULTIPLE pictures of the set i wanted , shape and length she then changed the price to $50 and i was okay with that. As she was doing my nails she did the tips with polish, in which it came out extremely messy (as seen in pics). In person it looks way worse. The polish is chunky and the shaping on my mail flares out at the tips like duck tips lol. I asked her a few times while she was doing it if she wouldn't mind cleaning up the lines a little more and fixing the shape , she attempted but very lazily. When she was done , i walked up to the desk where they then told me my charge was $65!!!! I immediately said NO and told them what she quoted me. I shouldn't have been charged shaping, it was just supposed to be tapered square , but i WAS for coffin nails and these CLEARLY aren't coffin lol. I went back and forth with them for a while and gave up. I will NEVER go here again and will make sure to tell everybody about my experience. I paid $60 because if i didn't they were going to call the Cops !!!!!! Ridiculous. This set is definitely a horrible set, i should've said f them and walked out !! Horrible customer service ! The people here are very kind, but I'm not happy at all with they way they do dip manicures. She left some of the previous nail polish on even though it was just regular polish. Never pushed back my cuticles, which led to the dip lifting after a few days, and caked on the powder with a paint brush which makes them thick. She also filed my nails down way too much, which was painful and I now have a lot of hang nails. I don't recommend this place for dip manicure. read more
