Very disappointing I found a nail shop that I like and I can get my eyelashes done at the same time. Unfortunately I made an appointment for 430. I did arrive about 10 minutes late, but my lash specialist Vivian was not available and couldn't get me till the next day or an hour and a half after my appointment. We have busy schedules and this is not fair as the customer so unfortunately, I'll be finding a new nail shop. Is valuable. Went in for a pedicure, usually no problem. The new boy working is not ready to do nails, my deluxe pedicure was definitely rushed but really wasn't upset at all. Then he paints the nails which also seem fine, I'm sitting waiting for a good 20 minutes for them to dry and finally I go to get up assuming they have dried and they are still super super sticky and tacky. The older lady comes over to fix the toe I messed up and takes a look at the other, puts another top coat on. Finally after 15 more minutes of sitting I leave assuming they will dry soon. I sit in the car waiting for another 15 minutes with air blowing and still the paint is super sticky. I hate being a person to complain, I didn't want to go back but I had to. I nicely tell them they won't dry/set and they take a look and the boy is immediately trying to say I've been touching them or messed them up...I havent. It was an overall fine experience except for when I go back for them to fix their mistake they act like I'm a dummy who messed up my feet. They didn't fix them at all, they just added more gunk to sit on top. Anyways...an okay experience turned bad after an easy fix. The nails are still super tacky as I'm writing. Update: 30 minutes later after leaving town they are still wet, sticky, tacky. Going to have to redo them myself after spending $40. If only they would've fixed them like I asked...so irritating. read more

I expressed my complaint to the manicurist multiple times but I realized she was just not understanding and I'd just have to suck it up and go somewhere different next time. On the plus side: I've had a great experience here once before for a pedicure and there was no wait either time. If the price was a little lower I would just chalk it up to the manicurist having a bad day and try again, but for $41 I should not have crooked nails and acrylic stuck to my skin. read more

I came in my lunch break so I let them know I needed to be in and out and due to the fact that I travel a ton for work so it is super hard for me to consistently get my nails done at the same place during my travel season. I have a place back at home that I swear by but ya girl NEEDED a fill. I checked yelp for acrylic nails salons and saw a few good reviews on Fancy Nails and boy am I happy I picked here. It is super clean, everyone is very friendly, chic - new and updated interior and my nails came out great. She spent her time and made sure they came out exactly how I liked them (I'm picky and I am the first person to admit that) but I also make sure to be very kind to my nail technicians because they work hard. The color and shape came out great - there are a few spots where the nail lacquer is a littler lighter on my fingernail but I get this light pink bubble gum color a ton so I know this happens sometimes so it doesn't bother me too much. There are a few places by the nail bed where I felt myself getting knicked but I am also super rough on my hands so that could have been something else so I won't hold that against her. The nail polish by the cuticle is a little spotty on some nails but it's not the end of the world. Overall, I absolutely will be back and I absolutely will visit Fancy Nails again. 2 week update - I 10/10 would go back. Not a single crack- lifted nail - nothing. Amazing. read more

Last time I when I went I'm not sure who did my nails but I asked for fake nails and the guy drilled off almost all of my finger nail and it hurt so bad. So now I literally don't have a finger nail on my pinky finger (my natural nail along with the fake nail ripped off). All of my nails are completely destroyed thanks to this nail salon. Believe the bad reviews and absolutely not worth the money. I've had a good experience here about a year and a half ago but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. Tina was my manicurist and dug so hard into one of my cuticles I bled. She then continued to dig into it until I asked her to stop because I was in so much pain. Tina's son was also my manicurist for a small amount of time because she and him were switching in between my friend and I. He snapped rudely at me for moving my arm. My nails are crooked and honestly looked better before I came in than they do now. Not worth 54$ especially when I went home and had to fix the manicure I just paid for. read more

Just wanted to quickly say that these nails and the other sets i have gotten at Fancy nails since have been the longest lasting nails I have ever had. They are not only beautifully done by Kevin but they LAST!! I had a set on for a month and a half and although they were grown out because nails grow fast they looked brand new otherwise, no cracks or chips. I am pretty rough with my nails and I am the first one to break a nail after getting them done but it was sure a challenge to break Kevin's work . Both are super thin (in contrast to my naturally full brows) the right brow is rounded, and part of my arch was removed; the left is squared, and my high arch remains. Needless to say, I won't be coming back for a waxing. Aside from this bad experience, my nails came out great and the nail tech was super fast. Everyone was super nice (including the brow tech) and they even gave me a refund. The owner even reached out to me when he heard about my bad experience (excellent customer service). I come here a lot and after my last 2 experiences I won't be coming back. I was cut several times during my pedicure and one of the cuts wouldn't stop bleeding. I also asked for a classic pedicure and didn't get all the stuff that comes with it. I ended up being charged for the classic even though I didn't receive all the things that comes with the classic. Also my manicures haven't been all that well. The polish applied hasn't turned out right on all my fingers and it makes the shape of my nails look thick and sloppy. Also when I got home, I noticed that the gel was already peeling and I just left. If you do end up going here, I would recommend finding somebody and sticking with that person.
