While ours were very crispy (and hot), the predominant flavor was fryer oil and the tiny (truly tiny) bits of ground pork in the wontons didn't help. They gave us 2 LARGE orders in a to go containers and they were thoughtful too by giving us plates, some sauces and plastic utensils and chopsticks! Our food was still hot when we ate them about 30 min later. The flavors were good, not salty at all like some places.
