    WUHAN HOT & DRY NOODLES

Every dish I have tried was amazing and the prices are perfect! The first time I went was approximately $20 for two mains, and the next day I went again for dinner which was $35 for two appetizers and two mains! The vegan veggie options were phenomenal! The environment is absolutely perfect! The owner is so sweet and creates such a great place to eat where you're not afraid to ask for anything! The seating is perfect to get the sense that you're eating alone even if there are a few other tables. I highly recommend the peanut noodles and have tried to recreate them every day since I ordered them and mine just don't taste the same. It is my go to restaurant now, and I will be back often!

Char siu pork bao has a lot of char siu pork every bite.

I was pleasantly surprised by Endless Noodles. The taste was quite authentically Northern Chinese. The several noodle dishes we ordered, although all had he same type of noodles, each one tasted different from the other. The Dan Dan noodles were spicy hot; the sesame noodles had a vinegar soy based dressing; the stewed beef noodles soup had the traditional anise and peppercorn aroma; the peanut noodles had a tasty peanut sauce. The char siu pork bun had a good pork to bun ratio. The weakest dish was the won ton, the filling was very bland. The service was friendly and fast. We were the first table of the day and there was only one server and two people in the kitchen.

Did not expect to walk into such an upscale and authentic Chinese restaurant in St. Catherines. We…read morewere visiting nearby for a photoshoot, and just needed a place to unwind and grab some food. With its nearly two thousand Google reviews and tasty looking menu, it was a no brainer. Instantly as we stepped in the restaurant we were blown away by the elegant decor and ambiance. You could have a classy dinner date, birthday celebration, or even wedding here if you wanted to! The space is built for all kinds of occasions and has many private rooms and spaces for the same. We, of course, sat on the main floor, with a couple other people eating at 4PM. The service was professional and fast, although I didn't feel too confident on the menu suggestions they gave me. We ended up ordering the Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($18), DongPo Pork ($27) and Xiaolongbao ($7) to share between two people. We did not need the dim sum dish - the other two items had sufficient portion to have us full. The star was definitely the DongPo Pork, which was perfectly braised and super tender. With rice, it was delicious. The noodle soup, while tasty, was a bit overhyped by the waiter who made it sound life changing - not at all mad at it, but I have definitely had better. In St. Catherines, I would assume that 'better' does not exist, so I understand. Overall, great visit. On the pricer side for Chinese food (around $80 all in for two people) but it certainly is upscale dining. I don't live anywhere close to St. Catherines so unlikely to be back, but I will recommend it to my friends if they visit the area.

Many may already know them through the Wind group and their other locations. The atmosphere is one of the standout features -- modern and warm, while still embracing the building's historic architecture, with beautiful wooden rafters and ambient lighting that create a very inviting dining room. We enjoyed several Hong Kong-style dim sum dishes, and everything was tasty. That said, for a place specializing in authentic dim sum, I'd be remiss not to mention the surprising omission of Ha Cheung Fun -- with its silky delicate texture and sweet soy sauce, it's one of the true classics. C'mon guys, it's part of the "Big Three" of dim sum -- Har Gow, Siu Mai, and Ha Cheung Fun! Service was excellent -- our server was wonderful, attentive, and very thorough throughout the meal. A helpful tip many people may not know: there's a large parking lot directly across from the entrance, making parking much easier than it first appears. Overall, a beautiful space with solid dim sum and excellent service -- still one of the better options in the Niagara region. Saluti.

They have a big tablet at the front for the waitlist. There's a waiting area by the fish tanks (around the corner, behind the wall), plus some stools up front. The stools are not comfy and it gets pretty cold near the entrance with people constantly coming in and out so try to get a seat more inside. Service was great, especially for dim sum. There were lots of staff on the floor, always moving and attentive. My favorite dish was their specialty BBQ pork bao. It's a classic char siu bao topped with a sweet, crumbly pineapple (bolo) bun crust. SO good. Easily a must-order! Our cheung fun came out much later than the rest of our dishes and honestly felt like it had been sitting out. It was a bit disappointing since the whole experience was positive. Overall, I'm really happy with this spot and can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!

We came here an hour or so before closing and they were still serving their Peking duck deal, definately look through the menu for the $98 duck set (enough for four people). We were specifically here for the duck and the service was fast and great. We ordered other items to enjoy as well and the portions were large, a fried rice, a veggie mushroom dish, and a pork belly dish. The duck took some time to prepare so we enjoyed the other dishes. The tableside duck cutting was very impressive and worth the trip for anyone who has never had Peking duck. They have a floor manager explain each of the steps and also how best to enjoy the duck. You also get the duck bones, etc. to take home when you are done. It makes for great duck stock. They serve 24 pancakes for this combo and that was filling. It is recommended to have a tea, the chrysanthemum is a great choice to help cut the fatiness from the duck skin. Tea is an extra $5 but not too much and you can ask for refills. For the overall price and amount of food and food quality, it's pretty good and compatible with eating out at most places nowadays. Highly recommended and much closer than the Markham location. Will be bringing other friends and family in future to enjoy.
