Honestly, I didn't expect to find such an authentic Chinese restaurant in Niagara Falls! The storefront looks pretty simple, but once you sit down, you realize the food is made with care and real heart. The two of us ordered a few dishes to share, and the total came to CA$52.26 (before tip) -- great value for the quality. Signature Taiwanese Braised Pork on Rice (CA$15.99) Perfectly balanced between fatty and lean, finely chopped and braised in a rich soy-based sauce with a hint of five spice and sweetness. The minced garlic and crispy shallots on top add extra aroma, while the pickled mustard greens on the side help cut the richness. The soft-boiled egg with that jammy yolk was a nice touch -- mixing it into the rice was pure comfort food bliss. Scallion Chicken (CA$10.98) Tender poached chicken topped with a generous amount of fragrant scallion and ginger oil. The meat was juicy and smooth, and the sauce was flavorful but not greasy. Served on a bed of fresh veggies that soaked up all the savory juices -- simple but delicious. Pork Wonton Soup (6 pcs, CA$7.69) The wonton skins were thin yet held together well, and the filling was nicely seasoned with a touch of ginger. The broth was clear, light, and comforting with a mild peppery note -- the perfect warm-up after a long day of sightseeing. Stir-Fried Vegetables (CA$8.99) Fresh and crisp baby bok choy, cooked just right to keep its crunch and sweetness. Lightly seasoned with salt and oil -- a clean, refreshing balance to the meal. Overall: The food came out quickly, the portions were fair, and the service was polite and efficient. The restaurant itself is clean and straightforward, but the flavors absolutely deliver. If you're in Niagara Falls and craving real Chinese comfort food, this place is a hidden gem worth stopping for.

We found it difficult to find good food in Niagara, lots of chain stuff...so happy we accidentally found this place. We both got the brisket ramen and shared the mango salad. Flavorful food and friendly staff. If we were ever in the area again we would def come back.

Though the place is small, the flavors are excellent. Their signature Taiwanese braised pork rice is rich but not greasy, and the prices are very reasonable. Especially in the Niagara Falls tourist area, this is truly a hidden gem.

Falls Best restaurant is a hidden gem in the Canada side of Niagara. Situated amidst a Papa Johns and an Indian restaurant on a street corner, it's easy to completely miss the restaurant front which is only a couple doors wide. There's a parking lot nearby and parking is usually ample. Atmosphere (4.5 out of 5): Casual seating either in tables or at the low bar near the kitchen. They've made the most out of the small space, and it's quite cozy inside, reminding me of a family style kitchen and dining room. Service (4.5 out of 5): I believe this is a family-owned business, and the wait staff and chefs are all very nice. It felt almost like eating at a friend's family place. The menu is clear, and ordering is straightforward. My water cup was filled constantly throughout the meal (I drink a LOT of water) and the wait staff (who was just one lady) was very attentive to ensure everything tasted great. Food (5 out of 5): I had the shrimp wonton noodle soup with a braised pork rice on the side. The broth was amazingly flavorful and I was told it was clear stewed pork broth (and I believe it!). Just like my own family makes. The wontons were freshly made (the chef took out a covered tray of prepared wontons) which was a nice surprise (not frozen or pre-made) and were great as well. The braised pork rice was pre-made (at least the braised pork) which is understandable, and heated to order. Overall was very flavorful as well. I was very happy at how traditional these recipes seemed to be - it definitely tasted authentic. Value (4.5 out of 5) - Reasonable prices and solid portions overall - you won't leave here hungry. Highly recommend stopping by this restaurant if you're in the area and craving some traditional authentic Chinese food. I also witnessed the host being extremely kind to someone who had came in looking for money, they were treated with dignity and respect and given a bottle of water on the house.

The serving area, the tables, and even the bathrooms are pristine. The food quality and variety is great. They offer all the normal stuff you see at a Chinese buffet plus extras like Maple flavored meatballs and wings. The sushi section is a little smaller than others but gets the job done. The desert section is incredible and you will want seconds. Try the maple ice cream! We went here twice in the short week we were in town, and I were a local this spot would be on my regular rotation for sure.

Was provided a hot lemon infused cloth to clean up prior to going up to the stations to eat. Cup never emptied without an ask for refill. Very attentive the entire time. We were sat in the 'C' dining area area. There were room upon room so there's plenty of seating. Each room with a slightly different theme. Ours had a wall of beautiful fish tanks. The dining area, food stations and bathrooms were all very clean, which is so important at a buffet. They even have gloves at the end of each station in case you didn't want to touch the serving utensils with your bare hands. The variety of food goes from everything you can imagine at a Chinese buffet like sushi and fried rice to American options like burgers and fries, to surprises in-between like New England clam chowder and prime rib. Tons of dessert- hard ice cream, cakes, pies, fruit, jello, even Crème brûlée and waffles. One of my favorite surprises was the variety of mocktails. Most places offer me pop as a mocktail or a Shirley Temple at best. Decent pricing. Father's Day special dinner menu was $50/pp (Canadian) about $36/pp (American) which is pretty great for all you get and that's WITH their high tax. I believe the refular pricing is about $10/pp less. A must try only 30 minutes from Western NY.

The place looks like a home that was converted into a restaurant with parking in the back but once you enter, you feel like you are going into one of your Auntie's places for an actual home cooked meal. And they did not disappoint! Each dish was made to order and took a short time but you could tell it was prepared by a chef with a lot of experience and care--just looking at how the veggies were chopped/diced you can see they put their energy into each dish. The flavors were really superb and not at all overpowering and one major bonus--nothing was over salted or over oily as you might think typical Chinese food can get. Our party of 4 loved every bite and finished all our dishes, no leftovers. As you can see in the photos, they make an excellent meal. Prices are also very affordable and competitive with anything near the touristy areas. So if you want a solid, great meal prepared by a true mom & pop kitchen that feels like a home cooked meal, you really gotta try them out. I asked them how business was in summer vs winter and they said it's tough when it's winter (less tourists) but they make it work. It's also nice and quiet/intimate so you can have an actual conversation with your group rather than try to talk over some loud music at a chain restaurant! ----TL;DR---- Pros: excellent Chinese cuisine at very affordable prices and great portions. Not too salty or oily. And super nice, friendly owners who provide great service and great food. Cons: not easy to walk to from the main strip but if you have a car it's an easy drive. Skip the touristy places and come here! Bottom Line: it was the best meal we had in Niagara Falls and everyone was full and satisfied. I'd definitely go back again.

Service was slow and there was really only person trying to handle everybody. We were told to simply write down the numbers associated with the meals listed in the menu because the waiter was too busy and seemed to have limited English. Although the waiter vacuumed the floor by a previously used table he was able to get to bus or clear that table left with dishes from a previous diner. So the ambiance was marred by the lack of staff to clear the tables. We were treated with an extra dish of four hot and spicy fried shrimp and took it home because we were too full to eat any more because we still had some lobster left over.

The hours on Yelp are wrong, refer to their hours on Google (seemed to be only open for dinner on weekdays, perhaps their weekend hours are longer). I got here as soon as they opened at 5 for dinner and ordered a sesame chicken over white rice for dine in. FYI there's a 15% gratuity charge for dine in vs take out. They make each order fresh so there was a bit of wait for the food and they also had signs around that they were short staffed. There was only one staff member taking all the dine in and take out orders and waitressing the dine in area. I can't attest to their bubble teas but I think they just make it when ordered rather than batch make a lot of drinks. They also had soda, water and alcohol for sale. The sesame chicken came out piping hot and I could tell it was fried fresh. The sauce flavor had a very strong vinegar taste. It also came with 3 pieces of boiled broccoli and the rice tasted okay. I'm too used to eating jasmine white rice at home every day. All in all, it was a good amount of food for the price in this area and I left feeling very full with at least a cup of rice left in my bowl.
