So because they are trying to remove my rating on Facebook and because I received rude remarks by the owner. They also "kindly," and conveniently removed the rude comments they made on a separate post.
I'm just so angry and disappointed! Yesterday was Friday the 13th, and most tattoo shops do a special deal on pre selected 2in tattoos ($13 plus $7 tip). Well I found a shop that let you bring in a design (3in) for just $31. I was excited to try a new place! I messaged the shop beforehand to make sure it was ok to use the design off my phone since I don't have a printer. They replied back with "sure." So I headed out and got there at 1pm cst. Well for that day only they were opening at 12pm and knew there would be a wait. Well to my surprise there wasn't! Then I found out the owner was over an hour late with another artist. I filled out the paperwork the other employee handed me and turned it back into the desk. So I waited and finally the owner showed with hotdogs for their free food (but I'm on a strict diet so I couldn't eat them). The line started to move and I got excited! A girl and her boyfriend/husband came in to get matching tattoos and was immediately seen by the tattoo artist. I thought whatever their are plenty of artists (like 4) so I will be seen next. Little did I realize that I wouldn't be seen. A group of guys came in after that as well as other people. The girl Tattoo artist looked flustered as she looked at the stack of sheets not knowing who was next. They were all disorganized on the desk and I guess they could not keep up. She picked the group of guys and called out one of their names. I was about to say something (even though I have social anxiety when I'm by myself), when one of the boys stepped in front of me and commented how pretty the artist was. The other boy looked at me with my face in disgust. I knew after that point I was not being seen next. I watched as some artists were outside eating food. I was just going to wait a few minutes but then the whole family of the couple came in making tons of noise (with beer in hand for 1 man). My chest started hurting and my ears from my meniere's started hurting (small space with lots of noises hurt). So I left knowing I was defeated after over 3 hours! Afterwards I posted a review of how it went that day. I really just wanted them to acknowledge that it was wrong. I even commented on a post when someone asked how long the wait was. Well the owner I'm guessing basically called me a liar and that other places had longer waits. true, but the other places has been doing it for years, and had a line system setup to make it run smooth and fairly. Also he stated it was done fairly with first come first served. Well I commented back with how he might not have read my comment fully. I was their before 6 people and was looked over and glanced over. He told me to come back before midnight (it was already too late in the day) and to speak up (which was hard because it was loud and no one wanted to listen to 5ft 1 me). Unfortunately I have to work at 7am cst, so I would be too tired to wait 3(+) more hours. Today I had a notification on my review on Facebook. It was him saying he tried to fix the situation but I never showed up, and that it was all in order (first come first serve). He also either blocked me or just limited me to only being able to see their page. He reported my review (which had originally lowered their stars), and deleted our conversation from the comments on the post. So it made me feel like I had no voice and that I was wrong for feeling how I did.
I really just wanted to rant somewhere even though nothing is going to change.
