Went to get a few ear piercings, nice environment, welcoming piercers and professional all around.

They were super quick with the tattoo, but not friendly AT ALL! One artist there named Lucky or Web (whatever he went by) was SUPER mean to a customer coming in to get a piercing. read more

My artist Chris was a 10/10 He made me laugh the whole time. The whole space was very welcoming and I left with an awesome tattoo. read more

Would go anywhere but here. Workers are sweet but pricing is unreasonable. You can go anywhere else for a better price.

Picked this place for its reviews and wasn't disappointed. The service was quick, clean, professional, and looked exactly as expected. A simple, single line phrase. Took about 10 minutes. Felt like a tiny stabbing pen, gnawing at my foot read more

I am from New Mexico, walked in and was able to get a tattoo on the spot. The artist I received was Dennis, he was able to capture what I wanted ( I didn't even know what I wanted except my sons name) he did a stem rose using my boys name and I absolutely love it. Definitely worth going to if you're up for tattoo, I know that I'll be back if I happen to make it back to Destin. Great Job Atomic Frog! read more

Walked in looking for a girls trip tattoo, left with tattoos and permanent jewelry. Friendly staff, exceptional work.

My nose piercings were very close to painless. The technique used made me so happy I didn't go anywhere else. Thank you for a great experience RIAH! read more

Terrible service, and they are not upfront about pricing. We called and asked very specific questions about pricing and we're never told about the following: They charge a Non-cash adjustment fee 3.5%, an arts and entertainment fee 2% and a service fee that amounts to 5% and THEN they ask you to tip at least 20% on top of all of their fees. This doesn't take into account the increased rate you pay for the convenience of having something done here at the commons. Price gouging at its finest! Go somewhere else and save your money. Do better Atomic Frog, do better. read more

They were able to accommodate 4 walk-ins at the same time for 3 tattoos and 1 piercing. Very clean studio. Knowledgeable staff.

I would put 0 stars if i could Took a trip down to Destin and decided me and my husband wanted a tattoo. Went in at 12:15 and was told they would call us when a spot was ready so we sat inside and waited until 3:30 and still was not called. We left and didn't get a call until 5 and was already halfway home. I understand it could take a while since its a tattoo shop but i've never waited that long for a tattoo and never heard of a 5 hour wait for it. Not recommended by me, sorry read more

Way too expensive for what it's worth and the artists were rude as hell. Don't know how they have great reviews and yelp says it is not too expensive. I got a 2x3 tattoo on my hip for $220. I have much larger tattoos that were done for cheaper(and better). save your money and go somewhere else. read more

My aunt and I went for a cartilage piercing and double lobes. The piercer was very friendly! Really, all of the staff was friendly. The piercings took about twenty minutes in and out the door. It was all clean and sterile too. They take walk ins! Would recommend! read more

I cannot brag enough on Atomic Frog! We went on a bach trip and a bunch of us got tattoos. Patrick was amazing in all aspects - professionalism, art work, personality. I am so happy with my new tattoo and everyone else I was with had an amazing experience with their artists! read more

I came here as a walk-in because my son has therapy close by and the traffic is insane. I didn't actually get a tattoo but I got my daith changed out and Addie was soooooo phenomenal. Unfortunately I have a lower pain tolerance and she made it so quick and painless, plus she was so clean with it. I want to get my conch pierced soon and I already know who I'm going to come to! High recommend! I will be coming back soon! read more

I will never go here again. The artist did not know what he was doing. Thankfully I got it fixed today and it looks great. I suggest Destin Tattoo Company. They are much more friendly and talented. Also the artist charged me $250 for this.... DO NOT GO HERE. Also the artist was named Zander. read more

My best friend and I went in to get tattoos as a memento. On both of our tattoos the shells are infected and no ink showed up when the scabs fell off. I've had many tattoos and we both took excellent care of ours and unfortunately they are ruined and we can't drive all the way to Destin for touch ups. I don't know if the ink was bad or if the artist didn't go deep enough but we now have to pay even more money once they heal to get them fixed. This place rushes the process to get as many people through the door as quickly as possible and I think that may have something to do with the bad quality of our tattoos. I wish we had chosen a different place. I feel like we were overcharged as it was and regret getting the tattoos. read more

Zach absolutely killed this tattoo design. I had a wish list of symbology that I wanted all incorporated into one tattoo. Essentially about 12 references to some of my favorite songs/books/movies but zero idea how to tie it all into one tattoo. It took him about 20 minutes to take my ideas, design my tattoo and it's better than I ever imagined. If you're in the area and you need an artist to take your idea and make it real, he's the man for the job! read more

We came here because of the reviews, but I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews. The person who was at the front desk was extremely rude and pretentious. We did not feel welcome and certainly do not trust a place who employs such people. Save yourself the trip. read more

Addie is the best. So happy that she did my piercing. Very attentive and you could tell she was really focused on making sure I not only got it done right but that I was cared for during the entire process. This is my go to spot for piercings. Also, as far as pricing goes, very reasonable. Also, the space is super clean and open with a great early 2000's punk rock playlist coming through the speakers. read more

On a girls trip to Destin decided to move forward with a tattoo in honor of my late grandmother. Showed up with a group of 6 friends and met artist Zander. He was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive. Wasn't willing to discuss the design I wanted - just said "I'll draw something, it'll be fine" Wanted to charge me $385 for a small black and white butterfly, $650 for color. The gal at reception was super nice but I did not get my tattoo because of Zander's terrible attitude. He told me he could charge more for a butterfly tattoo because it was a Tiktok trend. I'm a 41 year old woman and looking to get something permanent on my body in honor of my grandmother. read more

Staff was friendly, place is awesome looking. Good reviews on Tattoos. I was disappointed in our henna however! It was $50 each for matching hennas. Pricey but hey it's touristy I get it but it didn't even work! Attached is the picture of 3 days. I followed all the rules, this isn't my first henna. I went in at 10 am on my 60th birthday to get a tattoo They told me they would call me in couple of hours. They called at 4. Then I went in and waited for an hour before finally leaving. If your over 30 don't bother. Hey have no interest in serving you. read more

Staff was polite. Went in for 4 Henna Tattoos. They were $20-30 each. All of them faded that same night. We waited the 2 hrs and some, before moving around freely. I had a horrible reaction to the piercing jewelry, the bar was extremely to short and didn't allow any room for swelling, and I was bleeding all over the place. (I have never had a reaction to an ear piercing before) read more

Completely unprofessional and standoffish as soon as we walked in the door. Wanted a small tattoo that took the shop we ended up going to (tattoos forever) 45 minutes start to finish, but Atomic frog laughed us out the door because they closed in 2 hours. Coming here from California for vacation I wanted to find a good place to get a tattoo. The shop had high ratings and was recommended. Well I get there put my name down and say what I want to get. Was quoted a good price and was told about 45 minutes. So I go eat come back hopefully to be seen soon. More people show up go inside look like they're being helped before me, which is not cool. I wait another hour nothing no one comes out to tell me that I'm going to be next. I get up walk around for a little bit finally somebody decides to come out and tells me oh you're going to be a little bit still has the artist is working on other people ahead of you which mind you they were not. So I do not recommend this place as a tourist or even a local it seems that they don't care to take people's money. I was a willing and paying customer but apparently not to them. I know I will never be back over this way anyways so therefore I'm going to give them a one-star rating. read more

Diamond Dave made this the easiest tattoo I've had to date and I already have several. He was very patient and sat with me and helped me choose the best layout. He listened to me when I expressed the colors I wanted. He also drew up an amazing design and got it right the first time. Listen to me when I say I was blown away how well he did when I got to first see the piece. It was exactly what I have always wanted and even better of what I had imagined it would be.
