The artist I received was Dennis, he was able to capture what I wanted ( I didn't even know what I wanted except my sons name) he did a stem rose using my boys name and I absolutely love it. Terrible service, and they are not upfront about pricing. We called and asked very specific questions about pricing and we're never told about the following: They charge a Non-cash adjustment fee 3.5%, an arts and entertainment fee 2% and a service fee that amounts to 5% and THEN they ask you to tip at least 20% on top of all of their fees. This doesn't take into account the increased rate you pay for the convenience of having something done here at the commons. Price gouging at its finest! Go somewhere else and save your money. I came here as a walk-in because my son has therapy close by and the traffic is insane. I didn't actually get a tattoo but I got my daith changed out and Addie was soooooo phenomenal. My best friend and I went in to get tattoos as a memento. On both of our tattoos the shells are infected and no ink showed up when the scabs fell off. I've had many tattoos and we both took excellent care of ours and unfortunately they are ruined and we can't drive all the way to Destin for touch ups. I don't know if the ink was bad or if the artist didn't go deep enough but we now have to pay even more money once they heal to get them fixed. This place rushes the process to get as many people through the door as quickly as possible and I think that may have something to do with the bad quality of our tattoos. On a girls trip to Destin decided to move forward with a tattoo in honor of my late grandmother. Showed up with a group of 6 friends and met artist Zander. He was INCREDIBLY rude and dismissive. Wasn't willing to discuss the design I wanted - just said "I'll draw something, it'll be fine" Wanted to charge me $385 for a small black and white butterfly, $650 for color. The gal at reception was super nice but I did not get my tattoo because of Zander's terrible attitude. He told me he could charge more for a butterfly tattoo because it was a Tiktok trend. I'm a 41 year old woman and looking to get something permanent on my body in honor of my grandmother. read more

Staff was polite. Went in for 4 Henna Tattoos. They were $20-30 each. All of them faded that same night. We waited the 2 hrs and some, before moving around freely. Coming here from California for vacation I wanted to find a good place to get a tattoo. The shop had high ratings and was recommended. Well I get there put my name down and say what I want to get. Was quoted a good price and was told about 45 minutes. So I go eat come back hopefully to be seen soon. More people show up go inside look like they're being helped before me, which is not cool. I wait another hour nothing no one comes out to tell me that I'm going to be next. I get up walk around for a little bit finally somebody decides to come out and tells me oh you're going to be a little bit still has the artist is working on other people ahead of you which mind you they were not. So I do not recommend this place as a tourist or even a local it seems that they don't care to take people's money. I was a willing and paying customer but apparently not to them. I know I will never be back over this way anyways so therefore I'm going to give them a one-star rating. read more

He listened to me when I expressed the colors I wanted. He also drew up an amazing design and got it right the first time.
